Room was absolutely stunning with views from the balcony over Kampot. 10-minutes walk to some lovely places in town. Really nice and plentiful breakfast. Also created a very, very cute display for our anniversary. Brilliant value for money.

There's a damaged floorboard in the breakfast area. The leg of my chair found it before I did and sunk down 40cm. I was nearly thrown on the floor.

Helpful English speaking staff. - Location was good, not a far walk (10 min) to the river, with markets, street shops in between. Balcony was large and good, I was able to see the sunrise. Beds were comfortable. Our room was spacious. The included breakfast was good. Our reception desk man was very helpful and also very efficient & spoke very good English. We booked this because it was one of the few in the city area with a pool but there was green moss on the grout lines so I only used once. I found this to be the same at my next location in Kampot. May be it is just a Kampot thing - so don’t book it for the pool. I like the outdoor bathroom but there was a small green moss where the water drained and there was a slight odor. If this was scrubbed up I think it would be a 9/10 property. I would still book again.

• Didine.M (8/5): Un agréable séjour dans un hôtel au calme mais à proximité de toutes les animations - Situé dans une petite rue au calme mais à proximité du centre et de tous les commerces, très facile de s'y rendre à pied. L'idéal quand même, est de louer un scooter pour se balader aux alentours et jusqu'à Kep. La chambre était très propre, le petit déjeuner à la carte suffisamment copieux et la piscine très agréable pour finir la journée. En bref une jolie surprise à recommander.

Kosal, the receptionist was excellent- friendly, thoughtful and efficient. No lift but Kosal carried our bag upstairs. Thank you. 68 steps to 3rd floor was worth it for the balcony view from our room.

Der kleine Pool ist sauber und für eine Erfrischung nach einem langen Tag perfekt. Das Zimmer ist einfach, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gemietete Roller können sicher im kleinen Innenhof geparkt werden. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber ausreichend. Man kann zwischen mehreren Gerichten wählen, die dann frisch zubereitet werden. Nichts, alles prima.

Avec un piscine également. Calme. La chambre manque un peu d'entretien (un évier bouché, le robinet de l'autre mal fixé). On vous demande s'il faut faire le housekeeping ou pas.

• Ulrich (7/5): Mittelklasse Hotel in ruhiger Lage - Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Zimmer sind groß, ebenso das Badezimmer. Das ordentliche Frühstück. In Zimmer 109 kann man die Dusche in der Badewanne nicht regulieren. Es kommt kochend heißes Wasser raus.

Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war gut, mitten in der Stadt Die Poolanlage war etwas klein, aber kein problem, da es anderswo Bademöglichkeiten gibt

• Andreia (5/5): Execllent location, great value for the money and very nice Staff. Book your own travels from Kampot to the next destina - The location is very convenient, with easy walking access to the main points of interest in the city. The facilities are comfortable and well maintained. The staff were generally very helpful and friendly. The receptionist arranged a tuk-tuk tour for us, and the driver was excellent — he respected our pace and gave great recommendations on where to eat and which pepper farm to visit as well as all the information we learned about Kampot. The property and breakfast are exactly what you pay for, and for me that was perfect. The only bittersweet aspect of our stay was the advice and booking service offered for the minivan and boat transfer to Koh Rong Samloem. Unfortunately, this turned into something of a “tourist trap.” The minivan turned out to be an old, very uncomfortable bus, and we were led to believe we were booking with the same company we had previously traveled with, which was not the case. The boat transfer was also misleading in terms of the company used, which ultimately meant we had to purchase a different return ticket in order to catch our flight. Lesson learned: it’s better to book transportation independently rather than rely on third parties. While the accommodation itself was good value, transportation advice and intermediary services should be handled with care, as recommending and arranging such services also comes with a certain responsibility toward guests.
• Klaus (10/5): Super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis - Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel, in einer guten Lage. Man könnt schnell zu Fuß zum Flussufer und es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Der Herr an der Rezeption ( habe leider den Namen vergessen, sorry) ist super freundlich und Hilfsbereit Gibt nichts zu bemängeln:)
