• AMY (10/5): - The Villa is exactly as expected. 4 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a private, clean pool. The host was very quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely recommend and return.
• Anatolii (3/5): - Расположение если на машине, то 5 минут до отличного пляжа с прозрачной водой. Данная вилла, в очень удручающем состоянии, все внутри требует ремонта, какого-то дизайна. Все очень простое дешевое, я так понимаю, задача была хоть как-то заполнить пространство, но реализация получилась не очень. Очень очень старые кондиционеры, которые трещат, гремят и толком не охлаждают, их вообще никто не обслуживает, внешние блоки все в грязи и с большим слоем пыли и плесени. Уборка проводится, не касаясь деталей, просто главное, чтобы было визуально чисто, но если присмотреться или заглянуть в угол, видно халатное отношение, очень грязная сантехника, и это прям сильно бросается в глаза. Бассейн холодный и не подогревается, настил возле бассейна это вообще что-то, на сколько хозяевам плевать на своих гостей, он весь ходит ходуном, с большими дырками, это очень очень не безопасно, особенно для детей. Он требует полной замены. Это касается москитный сеток, их всех надо менять или регулировать, открываются и закрываются очень плохо. Матрасы мягкие, а подушки высокие, выспаться не получается. Диван в гостиной требует химчистки. Хозяин просит поставить высокую оценку, аргументируя, что снижение оценки сильно сказаться на частоте сдачи виллы, но не пытается, что-то сделать комфортным для гостей: сделать ремонт, заменить или хотя бы обслужить кондиционеры, починить настил и т.д. Грустно видеть такое неуважение к гостям.

• Norma (1/5): Wir haben uns geweigert dort zu übernachten aus Angst vor gesundheitlichen Folgen! - Tatsächlich leider nichts, es war leider überhaupt nicht wie in der Beschreibung oder den Reviews angegeben. Dennoch war das Haus geräumig und preislich günstig. Als wir ankamen haben wir verstanden warum es so günstig war. Als wir das Haus betraten wurden wir von einer unfreundlich wirkenden Gastgeberin empfangen. Uns stieg direkt ein unangenehmer muffig schimmeliger Geruch in die Nase. Es war alles sehr schmutzig, klebrig und kaputt. Die Klimaanlagen und Ventilatoren waren verklebt und dürftig zusammengeklebt sowie teilweise ohne Funktion. Die Möbel und der Grill auf der Terrasse waren kaputt und sehr schmutzig. Die Bäder waren ungereinigt, klebrig und es waren überall Staubflusen. Selbst die Toiletten waren schmutzig. Als wir der Gastgeberin mitteilten, dass wir dort nicht bleiben könnten und ihr den Schmutz zeigten entschuldigte sie sich und meinte nur, dass das Haus ja keine 5 Sterne hat sondern vergleichsweise nur 3 Sterne. Wir baten darum uns das Geld zu erstatten, wir sollten uns dazu an Booking wenden. Leider konnten wir weder per Chat, Anruf oder Mail jemals jemanden erreichen, der uns weitergeholfen hat. Zurück in Deutschland wurde uns versprochen zu helfen aber da die Gastgeber nichts erstatten wollten, bleiben wir nun auf den Kosten sitzen.

De accommodatie zag er als de foto’s uit, een mooie vrij staande villa met een mooie omgeving! Ideaal voor een groot gezin/vrienden/vriendinnen groep. • Martina (7/5): Buono - Struttura abbastanza moderna , dotata di tutti i comfort. Piscina più piccola rispetto a quanto ci si aspetta dalle foto ma comunque bellissima Pulizia scarsa. Dietro i letti c’è molta polvere e animali morti. La proprietaria è stata un po’ fredda nei nostri confronti, ma comunque gentile.

• Liza (8/5): Erg genoten! - Zwembad was echt heerlijk! Bedden waren fijn! Super fijne locatie, rustig (op geblaf van honden na). En een oase van groen om je heen. Interieur heeft een opfrisbeurt nodig en een extra handdoek voor het zwembad zou fijn zijn. In de buurt zitten honden, die je vaak hoort blaffen.

• Arslan (5/5): It was not good - The owner. She was extremely rude. I think she is just there to rob people off. She took our deposit and blamed us for using the bedsheets - she was expecting us to give us the sheets back as new as they were before. She harassed us to the point where we wanted to call the police. Also, there is no food or taxi service that comes there even 7-11 is far away.

All amenities including washing machine were there. We really found the owner Lana very approachable. She was there with a smile when we reached and even as early as 6am during checkout. 10/10 None to think of.

Villa was really comfortable and nothing missing. Lana is a lovely host and lady. Not the villa's fault but very early in the morning we had many dogs barking from surrounding areas which was not ideal.

• Arkadii (10/5): Amazing privacy in a large comfortable villa - We enjoyed our stay for two weeks very much. The best feature of this large 4-bedroom 4-bathroom villa is privacy. The home contains everything you need. A deck with a swimming pool overlooks the creek and the forest behind it. It is not visible from anywhere. Squirrels jump from one tree to another, butterflies eat ripe bananas on a banana tree, bats can be seen occasionally. You can see geckos and iguanas too. Surprisingly virtually no mosquitos. Our grandson spent much of his time in the pool. A car is definitely needed to go shopping or to a beach. Silver beach is 7 minutes drive. Lamai beach is a bit further away (12 minutes) but it is not suitable for kids. Two very good family run restaurants with authentic Thai food are within 5 minutes walking distance (but beware of the ice cubes in your drinks). Shopping for food can be done in one of the two Lotuses in Lamai or Chaweng. Fresh food market in Lamai is great. Some maintenance issues in this large villa emerge from time to time. They are quickly resolved by Lana who is responds almost immediately. Occasionally you may be disturbed by stray dogs barking but this is the problem typical for all Asia and you can get used to it. • Abadi (10/5): Worked really well for us. Good value for money and the hosts were very helpful. - The Villa was much larger than expected, the pictures do not do it justice. There were 5 of us and we had so much room, It was a real treat to be able to spread out and not be on top of each other all the time!! The pool is big enough for a splash/swim, not often you get your own pool in Thailand so for us it felt like a huge privilege to have a pool at all. The kids loved being able to wake up and jump in! The villa was was well maintained and very clean. The owners came after 2 days and cleaned sheets and towels which was not expected and very lovely! Main road at the end of the road (5/10 min walk) was hard to cross, but for what we paid and the space we got it was worth the compromise. We were hoping to not have to hire a car and walk every where but this was not possible as the closest beach (which is lovely really lovely!!) has been bought out by 5 star hotels. You can visit it but can be expensive. Turned out to not be a problem as we hired a car for a good rate from Yury and it gave us much more choice as to where we could go, there are some stunning beaches under a 10 min drive so it worked out really well.
