• Chris (9/5): Gewoon top! - Heerlijk appartement in het centrum. Uitzicht over de gezellige straatjes is ook leuk!
• Kirsten (8/5): Great location - Great location, clean and comfortable apartment with helpful / friendly staff. Bed and sofa bed were comfy. We didn’t use the kitchen area so I can’t comment on that. The lighting wasn’t the best and the only mirror was in the bathroom.

Silenzioso e con ascensore che arriva al piano. Siamo stati seguiti dall'inizio alla fine dall'host, cordiale e disponibile a rispondere e consigliarci.

• Maribel (4/5): - La ubicación y la amplitud del apartamento La entrada pésima, maloliente, las escaleras estrechisimas, el ascensor que subía con llave hasta dentro de la habitación se estropeó y subimos a otro piso que no era el nuestro, el lavabo del baño no filtraba bien el agua, el sofá cama, el colchón era incómodo, la bañera para entrar era muy alta, incómoda, no había donde dejar la toalla del lavabo, no había ni una balleta de microfibra ni producto para limpiar el cuarto de baño....en fin , no lo recomendaría

• Francesca (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto - Appartamento grande, posizione centrale e comodissima per raggiungere ogni punto della città a piedi. Nonostante la posizione centrale appartamento silenzioso e ben insonorizzato. Check in gestito in presenza su appuntamento: sarebbe sicuramente più comodo poterlo gestire autonomamente. Poco igienica forse la tenda nella doccia, ma è un'opinione personale. Non siamo riuscite infine a far funzionare la televisione, ma si vive lo stesso

• Anca (7/5): Good location - Location Excellent, in the city center. It wold be nice to have a bag of tea or coffee, or a bottle of wather, not even salt in the kitchen, the shops in the area open late , so if you are a morning person bring your own tea , or coffe. The beds are really unconfortable, the master bedroom has 2 single beds and there is a gap between them , and the sofa bed is extremly bad the matress is sliding and the pillows fall behind the sofa. Beware of the house rules, if you do not clean de apartamanent and take out the trash they wold charge you 50 euro . They do not have a cleaning lady I guess.

• Isabella (1/5): TERRIBILE - Appartamento carino e comodo al centro. !!!ATTENZIONE!!! NON PRENOTATE IN QUESTO APPARTAMENTO!! Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana. Dopo quattro giorni ci hanno cambiato le lenzuola e il giorno dopo, quando siamo tornati da una giornata al mare, abbiamo trovato la valigia, che era chiusa con combinazione, scassinata e i soldi che avevamo all’interno erano spariti, non c’era nessun segno di effrazione ne’ sulla porta d’entrata ne’ sui serramenti, quindi sono entrati con un altro mazzo di chiavi che l’agenzia aveva. Dopo aver chiamato il numero di emergenza dell’appartamento, hanno mandato a risolvere la situazione due ragazze che avevano diciannove e venti anni. All’inizio si sono mostrate gentili ma il giorno dopo, quando dovevamo andare a fare la denuncia, non ci hanno più aiutato, dicendo che non era compito loro. Il proprietario poi non si è fatto vivo, nonostante l’avessimo chiesto innumerevoli volte, perché lui durante il weekend non lavorava. Siamo andati a sporgere denuncia e ora la polizia sta indagando, anche perché è successa la stessa cosa due anni fa. Appartamento carino e comodo al centro, mancano gli oggetti di prima necessità, come detersivi, forbici e carta igienica ma non lo consiglierei a nessuno perché entrano e rubano.
• Ilaria (4/5): - É in una buona posizione Sporco, l’entrata con le blatte morte, in casa il divano sporco di qualsiasi cosa, cuscini e lenzuola macchiate di sangue e altre cose non identificate. Avevamo prenotato per 4 ma era chiaramente una casa per 2 in quanto il divano letto non è un divano letto (non hanno le lenzuola e il resto per poterlo fare). Il bagno sporco di capelli e il pavimento non ers stato pulito.
• Daniel (10/5): Perfect place, perfect location and perfect city. Going back in 2 months time - ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING YOU NEEDED AND MORE, there’s also lift that comes from downstairs INTO your apartment. Can’t say a thing to be honest. It’s definitely top in my books.
• Federico Luis (7/5): - La ubicación era muy buena. Algunas cuestiones de higiene y mala iluminación del lugar. Si bien uno no va a ver Tele a estos lugares, sería bueno un Smart TV. No me gustó que me hicieran firmar un contrato aparte, cuando la reserva estaba concretada y (para mí paga) a través de Booking.com. La demora de Booking en el pago a los propietarios, no es motivo para que trasladen eso a los huéspedes.

• Mattia (7/5): Posizione buona, appartamento carino, ma con arredamento danneggiato ovunque, prima volta in vita mia in cui devo versar - Prima volta in vita mia che per alloggiare devo versare una cauzione per eventuali danni all’appartamento, che mi sarebbe stata resa dopo valutazione post check out, senza la nostra presenza - mi puzzava un po di scam. Ma la cosa bella è che l’arredamento dell’appartamento era già tutto danneggiato, quindi per evitare di essere accusati di aver sciupato qualcosa, ho dovuto controllare e fare più di 40 foto a tutti i danni già presenti sull’arredamento e sui muri dell’appartamento. Ripeto, mai successo in vita mia e in tutti i viaggi che ho fatto.

• Juan Jose (9/5): - La ubicación, y las instalaciones en general son muy buenas. El anfitrión muy amable y predispuesto, nos ayudó con info de la ciudad. Es 2do piso pero hay un ascensor pequeño,que ayuda sobre todo al momento de manejar equipaje o si volves muy cansado o cargando cosas, de todas formas las escalares no son tan difíciles. La conexión a Internet para trabajar me anduvo de 10. Pondría sillas más cómodas para la mesa, no son buenas para pasar un largo rato.

• Peggy (9/5): - Diese bezaubernde Ferienwohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum der Altstadt, sodass man sofort in das Leben und Treiben der Stadt eintauchen kann. Mercado Central, die Seidenbörse und die Kathedrale erreicht man zu Fuß in 3 - 5 Minuten. Auch Lebensmittelgeschäft, Apotheke, Cafés und Restaurants liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das urige Treppenhaus ist eng, aber es gibt zum Transport schwerer Sachen einen kleinen Fahrstuhl bis in die Wohnung.
• marcella (10/5): - Tutto. L'appartamento è a due passi ( davvero) dal mercato central. Pur essendo in piena movida, nessun rumore la notte. L'appartamento perfetto, pulito e super funzionale. La ragazza che ci ha accolto super carina e disponibile. Viaggiavamo con tre bambini piccoli, non abbiamo avuto mai il minimo problema di nulla. Sotto la casa un minimarket e altri poco distanti. Sotto casa un rent a bike italiano, super carino e disponibile. La lavastoviglie ha anche qualche pasticca per i lavaggi. C'è il riscaldamento e il raffreddamento. C'è anche il caffè per la moka. Nulla.. forse se ci fossero almeno sale, olio in piccole quantità, sarebbe meglio, ma davvero nulla di non risolvibile.

• Jürgen (9/5): Den 21k Valencia Trinidad Alfonso mit einer wunderschönen Woche in dieser großartigen Stadt erlebt! - Das Appartment lag im Herzen der Altstadt - einfach phänomenal da alle Highlights zu Fuß erreichbar waren. Einige Ausstattungsdetails waren nicht optimal, z.B. wäre ein minimaler Bestand an 'Waschmittel' hilfreich.

• Robert (2/5): - Good location They have a real security issue. Someone has keys, or another way in the apartment. While we went for a quick dinner someone got into the apartment and went through all of our things. Luckily they only took our cash we had in our suitcases. We were told that we have the only key to the elevator and there is no way to lock it. The main door has a lock, but is never used. Anyway, nice place, but we can't stay in a place that is unsafe and I don't recommend staying here.

• Penny (8/5): A very pleasant apartment in a fantastic location. Despite some minor things I’d definitely return to this apartment. - The apartment was in a great location, spacious and clean. The staff responded quickly to any queries and hopefully may implement some small suggestions from guests to make the stay more enjoyable. It was unfortunate that our arrival was delayed due to the ferry running 3 hours late. Midnight is not a good time for anyone, so both the ‘greeter’ and ourselves probably wanted to get everything sorted quickly but importantly ….we were not told about the lift that accessed the apartment directly and my aging partner had to manipulate the steep, narrow winding stairs with heavy suitcases. Not a good start.

• Jasper (8/5): Apartment in the centre of Valencia. - Wonderful location 2 minutes from the Central Market and 5 from the cathedral. Apartment nicely furnished and well equipped. Owner gave us clear explanations, and helped with luggage. She told us how to get cheap bus tickets. Lift opened straight into the apartment: unusual! Asked to check in early, and was told we would be given a time the day before arrival, but we heard nothing, and couldn't contact the office. So we had to drag our luggage around for 3 hours. Finally arranged a time to meet, and she was very helpful. On a narrow street, so apartment was a bit dark. No English television programmes.

• Somaaya (7/5): Great location but property needs work doing on it. - Good location and decent lift to get into the property. The bathroom needs works doing to it, the ceiling was unfurnished with some kinds of Perspex material and lots of tape and you could see cockroaches at the top whilst having a shower so not very comfortable.

• Rose (9/5): Fantastic! The best location you could ask for if you want to explore the city. - The location could not have been better. We were able to walk everywhere very easily. Most places of interest were no more than 5 minutes walk away. It was lovely to be opposite the market and lots of tapas bars! The only thing the property needs is a full length mirror and a little more lighting in the bedroom.

• Jacqueline (8/5): we had a great stay in this apartment but it needs a bit of TLC. - right in the heart of the old town. comfortable beds. comfortable sitting room. lovely and warm it needed a bit of maintenance. no plugs for sinks, lots of power sockets but some didn’t work. No tv as it had lost all its signals. looked like a faulty aerial connection.

• Robin (8/5): Loved this apartment and the location! - The apartment was spacious with a perfect location, close to everything in the historic centre. Loved the private elevator (tiny as it was!) that went right into the apartment! The apartment looks just like the photos. There was a bar downstairs across the street which was a bit loud at times, but with the soundproof windows and shutters, it was never a problem to sleep at night. Loved watching the activity below from the wrap-around balcony. The hosts were extremely helpful, and very responsive when we had a few minor issues. We had problems with the outside door key from the very first day and it continued throughout our stay (it took several minutes to get the key inserted "just right" to open the door). We were told by the host that it was an old lock. We would kindly suggest that a new lock be installed.
• Vrijnt (10/5): Fantastic appartment on a wonderful location! Will absolute recommend this appartment. - Location is super! Situated in the citycenter and on walking distance to good metro connections. The beds are separated and the cushions were a bit too soft.

Depsite being in the city center, it remains in quiet area and we don't hear any noize The host looked very shy and didnt explain anything about the city and the flat. The light didnt work and she seemed not to care about it. The kitchen was not well equiped. The flat really need a refreshment (walls, bathroom etc).
