Guest Reviews
- Luiz Cleyton (10/5): Expectativas atendidas - Local excelente. Fomos muito bem atendidos. Bairro tranquilo. Acesso fácil. ----
- Alison (8/5): Apartment Emilio, Cusco. - Mili was an excellent host. She responded very quickly to our requests. The apartment was very secure, a little out of the centre next to a lovely park. There was a supermarket and service laundry nearby. The apartment felt cold at times as it didn't benefit from the sunshine and there was no heating.
- Alfredo (10/5): -
- Juan (10/5): - Property nice clean quiet close to ride with taxis to moll shopping center etc strongly recommend
- Lourdes (10/5): - Great experience in our staying, the host was very nice and helpful
- Biswa (10/5): Happy stay - The caretaker Maxi is amazing lady with prompt response to any ask that we had..Thanks a lot all your help and we had a very nice and friendly stay in the property.
- Sandra (7/5): Good - Very clean Charged extra $50 for a small heater just to warm up one room.
- Alison (9/5): Super apartment with an exceptionally helpful host. - Mili was super helpful with our unique needs and put herself out to assist us with getting places at odd times of the day. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable and in a location close to the historic centre of Cusco. It was all good!
- Geneviève (8/5): - The property is very good for a family travelling and wanting to make some lunch/diner at home. We had difficulty getting hot water to take a shower even if we were taking a very fast shower but I think it is the same case everywhere in peru during the winter. No towels and face cloth were left to take our shower. No extra paper towels and nothing in the kitchen: no hand soap or dish soap. Just be aware to bring everything needed. Overall the place is very good.
- Phoenix (10/5): - Everything is great about this property. No complaints.
- Johanna (10/5): - The apartment is very large with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with hot water, laundry and a full kitchen. Very clean and quiet. You have an open communication with the manager Maxi, who will take care of your needs, very fast. In case of looking for tours, she covers that to bringing a tour representative to the apartments.
I definitely recommend this apartments for families, and will come back soon to stay at Emilio Apartments. We were very pleasant and happy.
- Roxana (8/5): - Apartment is very spacious, very close to center, only thing is , no hot water for shower and no heater unless you want to pay 20 dollars a day
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This is very nice place to stay at emillios apartment . Everything was very close and convenient for as to shop arrown. Mrs Maxi is the best person to comunícate and always attentive in everything that we need it . I highly recommend this comfortable place for your stay
- Chonghyun (10/5): Great clean place for a family!! - Our family of 5 people had a wonderful time staying at Emilio condo. Location is not at center of Cusco but took only a few minutes by Uber (about U$ 2 / one way). Maxi was very responsive and helpful with any question or issue. Definitely recommend this place.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - no running hot water, no toilet paper. So disappointed
- Verified traveler (10/5): Would definitely recommend. - Everything went pretty smoothly, from the check in to our last day there. The place was very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood seemed very safe and they had a concierge 24 hours. The only bad thing was that the gas ran out the last day we were there (3 days in total) and it was too late in the night to ask someone to come replace it. COLD showers. Not a big enough deal to ruin the experience. Great minimart around the corner!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very nice accommodations for a larger group. Felt very safe and comfortable.
- Iris (10/5): All the comforts of your own home - My family of 5 booked this apartment in Cusco last minute before our trip to Macchu Picchu. We were pleasantly surprised of this spacious 3 bedroom apartment offering all the amenities to stay for our Four nights. The apartment was clean and well furnished. Maxi was very attentive and helpful in making our time in Cusco memorable. She connected us with a representative to plan our trip to Machu Picchu, who took care of everything to make our experience perfect from start to finish. The apartment is about 25 minutes walking distance from the center of town but you can easily get a taxi right out the door for no more than 5 soles, which at the time is about $1.50 usd. I suggest bring extra toilet paper and towels unless you want to pay the fee to have them changed. There is no concierge or front desk but Maxi is only a phone call away with any questions or concerns. Thank you for making our family feel at home!
- Jenifer (10/5): - Host was very helpful, we had a late arrival and were really hungry. She even went to pick up our take out order for us. We were just back from a 5 day Machu Pichu trek and were dead tired.
- andy (10/5): SecureNew building -Great management sleeps 5 to 6 - I have already recommended these apartments to people. The manager picked me and my family up and drove us to the apartment- after our stay - she arranged for a ride to the airport.
During our stay she set up a travel agent to come to the apartment to explain local tours and we ended up doing 2 in 2 days. One to the sacred valley and one to Machu Picchu. Both were amazing
- Hyemin (10/5): Excelent arpartment! - We stayed 4 nights in this apartment. Maxi was the best host we've ever got. During our entire stay, Maxi was willing to help us with whatever issue we had. One of our company suffered from the altitude sickness and She came over at night to hand over some coca teas. She arranged the transportation service and tour service, which turns to be much better than doing it with other agency. This apartment was our home in Cusco and all staff and facilities made us very comfortable and happy. Highly recomended!
- Alicia (8/5): Clean, spacious apartment - Great place for our family of 5. Maxi who we communicated with was fantastic. Although the apartment is outside of plaza da armas area out was easy to get they're via taxi or a 15 minute walk. Thanks for everything Maxi.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Outstanding apartment. Beautiful floors and unit. Maxi was very helpful. Only shortcoming is that the hot water tank is small.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Leaking propane tanks. - Don't get me wrong - the place was very clean and everyone was very friendly; however, two of the people I was traveling with got extremely sick that it warranted us going to and staying one night in the hospital due to propane toxicity. The hotel still uses propane tanks to supply hot water and usage of the stove, which is fine with us, but one of the tanks was leaking the entire time we were there. This was a huge inconvenience as we were only in Cusco for a couple of days and we spent one day in the hospital instead of sightseeing.
- Verified traveler (8/5): A night in Cusco - Nice apartment in a securited building, despite surroindings are not nice is not much far from old downtown.
Only negative thing is was quite chilly inside and we must pay 5US$ for an small heater
- Adda (10/5): Convenience in every way - Very confortable acomodation , clean segure. All of way the city of Cusco was wonderful.
