• 1MissMac (10/5): Sceptical due to bad reviews but pleasantly surprised. - For the price it would be very difficult to find an issue with this apartment. The location is amazing and it's ideally situated for exploring Warsaw by foot bus tram or subway. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped. Check in was fantastically easy using the lock box and codes that were supplied with a really helpful set of photos if you are easily confused like myself. There was clean bedding and towels, toiletries, liquid and sponges to clean dishes, toilet paper and kitchen paper, free WiFi and tea and coffee! The apartment was clean and all the appliances worked. There is a shop 2 mins away which sells anything you may need including fresh bread etc. I would definitely return to this apartment if we come back to Poland and I would suggest to be wary of the bad reviews as for the price this is excellent. It is not located in the basement it is ground level you just enter from higher up as it's on a slope and there are blinds at the windows in the main living area and nets and curtains in the bedroom. The door to the bathroom is frosted and is a sliding door but there are no issues with this as you cannot be seen and there is a shower curtain. The apartment did not smell like other reviews suggested. The only things that would have improved our stay would have been an extra small towel each for our hair (only one towel was supplied each) a hand towel for the bathroom and a towel for drying dishes. The shower head didn't have an attachment for the wall and this would have been helpful.
• Nikoleta (1/5): ATTENTION SCAM!!! Very dirty the worst experience!!! - Nothing ATTENTION!! Dont book its a scam!!! This room was so dirty it hadnt been cleaned from many customers before. Everywhere there was blood, dirt , insicts, spiders , mold and many more. When i told them they told me that they will give me half of the cleaning fee back (which is unfair i wanted a full refund) and they never gave me even the half of the cleaning fee back and never spoke to me again and even not respond to my messages ! Shame on you thats disgusting

• Igor (8/5): Good location and spacious apartment for a business stay, with minor interior issues - I stayed at ShortStayPoland for a work week while on a business trip. Overall, I was satisfied with the apartment. Liked: - Check-in was smooth and easy. The keys were in a safe nearby, and everything was quick and straightforward. - The apartment is spacious – it's a two-room flat, which is great for a work trip. - It’s fully equipped: there are dishes, a microwave, a hairdryer, a bathtub, bed linens, and more. - The location is very good – close to both the metro and tram stops. It was especially convenient for me since the office was nearby. - The internet connection was excellent and reliable throughout my stay. - The interior is a bit worn out – the furniture shows signs of use. - The sofa in the hallway had cigarette burns, which left a negative impression. - There are no curtains or blinds in the living room. Since it's on the ground floor and faces a street with foot traffic, this made the space feel exposed and less private. - While not critical, the lack of curtains affects the overall appearance and comfort of the apartment. Conclusion: If you're traveling for business and need a convenient, well-located place with good internet, this apartment is a suitable option despite some minor drawbacks in interior condition.

• Oliver (8/5): - Pretty good, TV has HDMI so we could plug in our computer to watch Netflix. The shower was good but unfortunately I had to hold the shower head as there was no holder to hang it properly. Property was warm and in a good location. Kitchen was good.
• Mikulich (3/5): Overall, experience was bad. You cant feel comfortable in that appartment, surrounded by all dirt and garbage and kind o - The appartment was very bad. Its dirty, smelly, half of stuff is broken, owners are not helpful and there is lack of hygiene products. Firs of all it was very, very dirty. Almost every corner had a lot of spider web and a spider as well - we counted around 8 spiders during stay. Bathroom hood looked like it was never cleaned and under sofa there was some garbage left from previous guests. A lot of fungus in bathroom. Bedsheets had some hair on it as well. Secondly, a lot of stuff was broken, damaged or not working properly - couch had some holes and was broken (you can find reviews 2 years old that couch is broken and within 2 years they didn't bother to fix or replace it!). Bathroom door is poorly made, is shaking every time you touch it and feels like gonna fall straight on you. Finally, owners are very cheap, non-cooperative and try to save on you. They gave only 2 bath towels for 2 people - no towel for hands or kitchen towel, nothing. When we asked, they refused to give us any other towel, even though its standard to have 2 towels per person. There was 1 tiny bottle of shower gel for 2 people for 5 nights!! - nothing more, no soap or anything. And those people use this appartment to dump all useless stuff like old cassette player, old parts of coffee machine (when no coffee machine in appartment), old non-working scales.

Very good value - Great location, only a 5 minute walk from main bus/tram routes in the area, with a convenience store 2 mins away. Very peaceful and quiet location, no traffic noise or loud neighbours during my stay Nothing to complain about, really. Everything exceeded my expectations. The only thing I can say is that there was no extra toilet paper or kitchen towels in the apartment so I had to buy some

• Ida (8/5): - The location of the apartment was excellent, only a 10 mins walk to the Old Town. There was a supermarket Biedronka about a 3 min walk away. The only downfalls are the bathroom is very small and has a translucent glass door so you can see the shadow of the person inside it. The bed is not a king sized bed it is a double. The internet was fast and worked great. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall I would recommend the apartment.
