- Margarete (8/5): - Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber! Wenn die Touristen fort sind hat man Ruhr und Stille in der Kapelle, in der die Nonne Bernadette im Glasschrein liegt. Das Auto parkt sicher hinter den abgeschlossenen Klostermauern. Das Frühstück war wie in Frankreich üblich. Wir können diese Unterkunft, die was besonderes ist, weiterempfehlen!

- Kristien (4/5): - We stonden voor een gesloten poort. Geen wifi in de kamer. Restaurant niet toegankelijk, spartaanse kamers. Ontbijt heel sobet.

- Lejo (6/5): - Zoektocht met diverse liften om je kamer te vinden vanaf de parkeerplaats. Sober maar dat is niet erg. De kamer met badkamer was prima, alleen (te) harde bedden

Enkel de drie persoonskamer die op de foto bij de boeking werd voorgesteld komt totaal niet overeen met de kamer die wij in werkelijkheid hebben gekregen. We hadden een heel klein kamertje waar een 3de bedje was bijgeplaatst. Ontbijt sober maar verzorgd. Algemeen een heel rustig verblijf

- Megan (10/5): - If you are in Nevers for a pilgrimage to visit St. Bernadette, there is no better place to stay than this property. It is the convent where Bernadette lived the final years of her life, and it is her final resting place. The rooms are simple and don't have some of the frills of modern hotels, but that only adds to the "retreat" quality of the experience. The peace, quiet, and beauty of the property are incredibly special.

Le camere sono ampie e confortevoli ma molto basic - non c'è televisore, non c'è telefono, non c'è wi-fi, non c'è minibar e nemmeno una sveglia; l'asciugacapelli bisogna richiederlo in reception. A colazione solo prodotti confezionati e l'acqua si paga a parte.

- Ray (4/5): - When we arrived after a 7 hour journey, My 81 year old father in law along with my wife and myself were made to virtually argue at check as we were told we had 3 rooms, not two and they wanted payment for the third room, and would NOT accept that we only had 2 rooms booked. Eventually after 30 minutes they printed out the bookings and showed them to me. I pointed out that the third room they were wanting to pay for was dated April 2022, This is now July. Apologies all round, and I paid the City tax for 3 people for 1 night. Then after we checked out at 09:00 the next morning we were chased down the corridor and told we had to pay the city tax. Poor show all round for what is a beautiful place that we have visited many times before. This visit left a VERY POOR taste in my mouth, for what is a beautiful place. Reception staff need basic training, based on our experience.

O,ja ontbijt erg vroeg van 7 tot half 9 en uitchecken 9 uur

- Raymond (10/5): Always a Special Visit - St Bernadette is a Special Saint in that you can pray just a few feet away from Her Incorrupt Body. My life completely changed when I first visited here almost 8 years ago. Thank you Espace-Bernadette for taking care of this Chosen one from Lourdes!

We found Nevers itself to be a clean, welcoming town in which we felt at ease.

- Michael (10/5): Great location, fab accommodation. - Wow - a real privelage to stay at such a place. Quiet and reflective. Breakfast good. Rooms basic but very clean and facilities spotless. The mummified body of Saint Bernadette reposes here - a site of significant religious meaning to Roman Catholics. Would stay again most definitely. The grounds are wonderful, parking great and secure and internet good. Staff wonderful.

Rooms are simple, but, clean, comfortable and very quiet. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast is included. Great place for a good price. There are many things you can see within the hotel, the grotto, the Chapel where you can see St. Bernadette incorrupt body, a museum, the gift shop, the gardens, the statue of the Virgin of Lourdes.
