- ANTONIO (10/5): - Hotel great spot to walk to restraunts Hallways had a bad stitch to them. Maybe adding air freshners or shampooing the carpets once in awhile
- Veronica (7/5): - Room was clean and comfortable..and quiet! Breakfast was excellent. Nice that there was a bar in the lobby! Friendly staff!! Comfy bed! NO ESPN!!! The newer tv's...like in the room we stayed in..did not have ESPN or other channels to watch the NCAA final four basketball games!! And Marriot/Bonvoy is a sponsor!! Fortunately we were able to watch the games in the bar in the lobby.
Ice machine on the floor was out-of-order
TV in the room was hanging wonky..broken spot light on one side of the bed.

- Riyazali (8/5): -
- Paul (9/5): Overall, very good. - Breakfast was OK. Coffee good. Beds were comfortable. Sofa in room 322 needs cleaning.
- Kim (1/5): Terrible.uninformed employees that didn’t know anything.couldnt get any coffee at 10 AM because they don’t offer after t - Nothing The staff didn’t no anything! We had to change room. Upon checkin the person checking us in said the fourth floor was the best as far as receptions d Wi-Fi. That was incorrect and had to change rooms. This room was worse. There were ANTS in the bathroom a crack in the floor of the shower and the shower door was falling off. We will never stay here again!

- Sue (4/5): - The room phone didn’t work, I reserved a king bed and got 2 queens in a handicapped room. The toilet leaked. The shower had someone else’s hair in it… the parking lot had huge pot holes in it. Won’t stay here again.
- JOSE (10/5): - Everything was amazing. Cleaning crew was awesome
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Couch needed cleaning on right arm of chair and no trash bags in out waste baskets.
- Richard (4/5): - much traffic noise from I-40 traffic
- Londa (10/5): - We liked being able to walk to our choice of restaurants, the hotel staff were great.
- epage2020 (6/5): Don’t get breakfast - you’ll be very disappointed. - Room was clean, well appointed, and beds/pillows were comfortable. The room was very warm when we arrived - it’s August and the A/C was set to way too high at 79. The bathroom sink in room 322 would fill with water anytime it was used so there was obviously a clog. There were not enough outlets in the room for 4 people who needed to charge phones, ear buds, watches, iPads, and laptops. It would be great if USB-C ports could be installed for those whose devices don’t use USB. Also, breakfast was atrocious- scrambled eggs were flavorless, pork sausage was unappetizing, rubbery and did not look like actual meat. Frosted Flakes tasted bland, and boxed milk was watery.
- SCOTT (8/5): - Very nice property for overnight stay after long drive. Nice bed, sheets and comforter. Great front desk agent for evening check in.
- Renee (10/5): Wonderful - We love this place! Nothing

- Lenny (9/5): Superb -
- Armando (8/5): - Nice
- Bart (8/5): - Staff was great at check in. Very helpful and friendly. However, we had ants in our bathroom and on our nightstand. The walls are also pretty thin. We could hear the person in the next room snoring.
- Lisa (8/5): Big room in Amarillo - Nice and spacious, shower head needs to be replaced but otherwise good, wifi was out when we arrived but got restored eventually
- Amy (10/5): Nice hotel right off the Hwy - Great location. Easy on and off from the Interstate
- Faria (10/5): Exceptional -
- michelle (10/5): - This was clean. The person in charge was kinda rude to mu husband and daughter when they were in the gym working out.
- Asiya (10/5): - Clean rooms and plenty of food options around
- Peggy (10/5): - Had bar and common area for gathering up front. Clean. Friendly staff. Accommodating.
- Rebecca (10/5): - Comfortable. Defiantly first choice on our next trip.
- Jamison (10/5): - Great property, clean, newer, comfortable bed would stay here again!
- Dennis (10/5): - We stayed at many different brands of hotels across 3 weeks. By far the best one. Even the manager helped us greatly. The morning food service staff was Great. This was a very enjoyable experience.
- dcarp07 (10/5): Nice place and well kept - We stayed at this hotel during our home sale and move out of town. We stayed there several years ago and I must say that it is a huge improvement. I can't remember a staff spending as much time cleaning the property. It looks good and everyone provided great service. The breakfast area has a few basics, but does change daily with other items. The young lady there was good at engaging the customers and making them feel welcome. Would definitely recommend this if passing through or staying for several days.
- Gloria (8/5): - 1. The room was spacious and clean.
2. Staff was amazing and accommodating.
3. There were 3 tv’s behind the bar. All of them were on news channels that had the same propaganda. It would have been great if the hotel showed differing views for all Americans. The volume was low, so we were able to focus on the breakfast.
- Antonio (10/5): Exceptional - Restraunts were right in front of the hotel. The only thing you have to adjust to in Amarillo is the smell of horse manure.
- Amy (10/5): Nice hotel in a great location - Great location in Amarillo if you need a quick one night stay. Nothing. It was outstanding.
- Dmytro (6/5): Pleasant -
- Dumitru (1/5): Bad - The property is to noisy because is to close to the freeway
We can’t sleep at all because the noise from the room above was so bad
And we have to change the room at 2:30 in the morning because of that
We have a very bad experience staying at this hotel
- Jayden (10/5): The staff was amazing with everything we needed for our babys first time in a hotel! Such a great hotel! - I loved how clean everything was! And it’s just super nice in general! The staff was so helpful in getting everything we needed for our babys first time in a hotel. They were all so friendly!
- Katie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jamie (8/5): - Nice people and good location.
- Deborah (8/5): Very good - Friendly staff
- Mary (9/5): Close to the freeway yet slept soundly. Great stay for one night as we traveled through the area. - Front desk staff was very helpful. Restaurants close by and could easily walk to them.
- Victoria (8/5): Very good -
- Brent (10/5): Everyting was great. - The staff and stay was great. I can't think of anything that I was unhappy about.
- Lacy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeff (10/5): - We use this property every year on our way to and from Colorado. We love it.
- ANSHUL (10/5): - Eric at Reception was superb
- Casey (10/5): - The hotel.is nice and new. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. We there when a.ton of people were traveling through and everyone was still so good. A for sure.
- Billy (10/5): Lovely staff - Front desk staff were amazing. Nice bar area. Lovely stay.
- Jonathan (10/5): - It’s nice.
- Amanda (10/5): - Wonderful!
- Srinivas (10/5): - Close to attractions
- RinSunPhom (8/5): Pleasant surprise - We stayed overnight in Amarillo. Springhill Suites was a pleasant surprise, they offered us waters and snacks upon our arrival. The morning breakfast was adequate. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We will return Next time!
- Cheryl (2/5): - I had NO hot water! I stayed on Saturday evening, tried to take a shower around 9pm and there as no hot water. Management moved me to another room, still NO HOT WATER!
I was told the System was broken and may be fixed around 9AM. No help for me because I need to leave earlier than that. I was told I had to do the leg work to be refunded since i booked through Expedia and the manager will not be back until Monday. Horrible experience. I will never stay here again.
- Krystal (10/5): Stay here! - Very clean hotel overall, bartender was the best part! She’s amazing and was so much fun. We will be staying there again on our trips
- Adriana (3/5): Horrible. - Getting in and out was good. The room was dirty. Someone or some people left “happy playtime stains” all over the couch that looked very disgusting. Didn’t want to place anything on it. There were red stains under the coffee table. There were poop or pee stains on the wall next to the toilet paper. No soap for washing hands. The worst part was the feeling of something biting me almost immediately after sitting on the bed. I wanted to take pictures but husband wouldn’t let me. Couldn’t sleep and felt disgusting this morning.
- Allyson (4/5): - If you want hot water, don’t stay here.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent - Excellent
- Jason (10/5): SpringHill Suites - Amarillo - We stay at this hotel when visiting my daughter. It’s modern lobby and rooms make the stay amazing. The service desk employees are helpful and accommodating to my needs during my stay. The location is convenient with multiple restaurants in walking distance.
- Susan (10/5): - Rooms were quiet, beautiful, clean. Breakfast was good
- Ben (10/5): - Great staff and friendly.
- Shelly (10/5): - Lobby was clean. Staff we encountered were efficient. Breakfast was the standard fare, but warm and well made.
- Diaz (10/5): Exceptional -
- LaDonna (10/5): - Great beds and customer service! Asked for a late checkout and it was not a problem.
- Dana (9/5): Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. - Spacious, comfortable rooms. Helpful, friendly staff. Complimentary chocolate chip cookies. Nice breakfast. Road noise from Interstate 40 and huge potholes in parking lot.
- Leslie (9/5): Superb -
- Bourgoin (10/5): Exceptional -
- aaronwX3187ZU (10/5): Lovely Hotel!! - The place is clean, there was an excellent assortment at breakfast and the bar is always nice. Anyone that rates this lower than excellent is not well-travelled, there are ALOT far more exceptions to the high return-to-expense that you get at this hotel.
- Jon (2/5): - I have previously stayed at Hyatt Place in various states. This particular location was my least favorite. Upon arriving to our one-bedroom suite after a long day of travel, we discovered there were no essentials in the room. There were no towels in the bathroom nor bedding provided for the Pull out couch bed. With it being late fall, temperature drops to low 40's sometimes 30's. We waited an hour to be informed there was no comforters that could be located by staff. The thermostat connected to the central heating system is sensored. If movement is not detected, there is no heat. Which causes the room to be very cold when sleeping. The breakfast selections were awful and very minimal. Overall, my family and I will not stay at this location again
- Leslie (8/5): Very good -
- Daniel (8/5): Almost perfect. - The stay was great. The bed was perfect. However, there were small details that would make me second guess staying here again. The coffee bar was not fully restocked in my room with supplies, and the shower managed to leak water all over the floor. There were also a few small things that i'm not sure were properly cleaned/prepped for my stay or if they were that way on purpose.
- Christian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Patience (9/5): Highly recommend! - Great staff, location, cleanliness, and size of rooms. The pillows weren’t very comfortable
- Jami (10/5): I’ll be back! - I love this hotel it’s so clean and modern and comfortable.
- Darla (10/5): Hope to stay again! - The beds were SO comfortable and I liked the separated area for the desk and extra bed/couch. We really had everything we needed. I travel with a group each fall and will stay here again. It was quiet and there is a restaurant across the parking lot in case you don't wish to drive out for dinner. We were told one of our ladies would have grab bars in the shower -- but she didn't. There were plenty of empty rooms as we were travelling in the late fall. I don't know why she couldn't be put in a handicapped room (even though I did not originally think of asking for one). I would highly recommend you have them in EVERY shower.
- L. (10/5): Another great stay with SpringHill Suites - Great location with free parking. Friendliest staff of any Hotel we've checked into so far (7 weeks on the road!) Great room with a comfy bed. Made use of the laundry facilities which were immaculately clean and easy to use. Sadly despite the good weather, the pool was already closed for the season.
- Ayah (10/5): Exceptional -
