- Ernest Curtis (10/5): - We have been going to Aruba since 2009. We usually stay somewhere else to be near friends, because we were the only ones going this year we tried something new. This was like a private oasis. The accommodations were nice. The bed was very comfortable. The cleaning girl polite and helpful. There were other guests but primarily we had the pool and lounging area to our selves most afternoons . We truly found this comparable to our usual lowrise hotel but for half the price.

- Stephen (10/5): - Bakval Suites is an excellent property for anyone looking for a quiet stay that is conveniently located to Arashi, Palm, and Eagle Beaches. You can go enjoy the properties and fun on the beaches and return to your own space that gives you access to an outdoor kitchen and in room kitchenette. Each room is well maintained, and the grounds and pool are perfect. Ana and Ramon are very responsive to any need or question. We have stayed before, and we will stay again.

- Wendy (10/5): - Will not gate keep, this property was excellent for my family! We stayed in the 2 bedroom as a family of 4. We had a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. There are 7 units that surround a well kept pool. Other units are 1 or 2 bed studios I believe with private bath and mini fridge. communal outdoor kitchen and plenty of seating around the pool for relaxing. 5 min walk to the beach located in front of the Marriott resort at palm beach. This is the end of the high rise hotels but still plenty of dinning, casino and activities on the beach. Tres trapi is a 2 mile scenic walk or quick taxi ride as well as the butterfly farm! 5 min walk to nearest market for basics. We did not rent a car but there is parking at the property if you do. We grabbed taxis at the resorts near by when needed. Everyone was so friendly and informative of the island. We enjoyed having a quiet home base here. Would stay here again, other guests were quiet and respectful!!

- Renee (10/5): - We had Just the best time staying here in Aruba, once you realize there is a shortcut path to the Marriott you are on the beach in 5-10 minutes. The pool was wonderful to lounge in. The jetted tub wasn’t a hot tub but it’s Aruba so heat not needed, so relaxing. The shower was hot and had great pressure, the ac was strong. Anything you asked the host would answer immediately to. Cannot recommend this place enough. Peaceful serene, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron. They did have a combo shampoo/conditioner, but I always bring my own conditioner.

Quiet spot, but only minutes from restaurants, beach and casino s. Plenty of parking if you have a car rental. Outside grill is available for your use. Enjoyed our stay.

There’s also a grocery store nearby, which was super convenient for picking up snacks and essentials. The room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, quiet, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with a great mattress that made for a restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the swimming pool – it’s absolutely lovely and well-maintained. It added an extra touch of relaxation to my trip. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient getaway!

Not enough lounge chairs outside to accommodate everyone if everyone is at the pool. Ramon the manager was so nice and helpful. You really need a car if you are going to stay there. We will return.

We rented a car and we are glad we did, as there were limited activities within walking distance. We requested additional towels and were told they only bring towels every few days. I saw a small ant in the bathroom. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay. We would choose a hotel closer to more activities if we return; however, I would not be opposed to staying there again. I think this would be good for couples or families traveling together. The owners allowed us to have a late checkout.

We used the fully stocked kitchen and the pool pretty much daily, the pool had floaties that my daughter loved. We did not need the chairs or cooler but loved that this was an option for the beach. - Jennifer (8/5): - The location is ok if you don't mind walking 10-15 minutes to get to the beach. The bed was not very comfortable. The pool and outside areas were very nice. The other guests were very considerate. Security is good. The "Hot Tub" is not a hot tub. The water is the same temperature as the pool. If you want clean towels, you have to contact the host and request them and they will deliver them to you later in the day. Overall, good value for the price.

The room had kitchenette, equipped with microwave, fridge, toaster, utensils and coffee maker. The property has communal outdoor kitchen and grill. The property is in a residential area less than a 10 minute walk to Marriot Stellaris on palm beach. You can walk to back of Marriott hotel by the beach side and it will lead to several restaurants. The area is not lit well at night but I still felt safe. Neighborhood was quiet. The owner was responsive through what’s app and was helpful. I would come back and recommend property to others.

The rooms were not fully cleaned, I found broken glass pieces all over the floor, the toilet seat was broken, roaches inside and outside by the pool area, dust under the bed, couch and dresser, molded wall behind the couch. I did advise the owner and he brought bug spray and wanted to spray the room while all of our stuff and the baby sleeps there didn’t offer any other solution. Had to constantly beg for new towels, no new bed sheets, no one came to clean the room at all. Definetely wasn’t a pleasant stay

- Cherron Netra (10/5): - I woud recommend this airbnb as well as it's owner's Ana and Romon to anyone travelling to Aruba. While this is a business for them, they are still understanding when issues arise and are willing to be flexible. I stayed in suite #4 which was immaculate. There is a large living room with a nice size kitchenette and refrigerator. The bedroom is large and well decorated. The matress is extremely comfortable which was paramount because my husband has a bad back. The bathroom is inside of the bedroom, was spotless and has a spa-like tranquil quality. Both the beedroom and bathroom have plenty of storage space. In addition the outdoor set-up with all the rooms surrounding the large, well maintained pool and hot tub, makes each unit feel like its own personalzed area.The residence location is the perfect distance where only a quick walk or taxi ride to most island hotspots, but removed from the noise and hustle of the hotels and traffic. The neighborhood is quaint and resemblance a regular surburban area with many residences being newly built.

- Koren (8/5): - Great location. Short walk to the beach strip. At night, use your phone - the path has no lights. Suggest renting a car so you can explore. The unit is very clean, peaceful and calm. Outside our unit, furniture was limited. Didn't realize others may have moved around for their own use. We did a lot of water sports and showers. We needed more towels switched out. We had a great time. Highly recommend.

- Darlyne (10/5): - The apartment was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and well -equipped. The host Ana was in constant contact to ensure I had everything I needed. The location was a quick walk to Palm Beach, resort hotels/casinos , and restaurants. Although I would recommend taking a taxi at night because the walking path to the main palm beach hotel area is not lit. Overall 10/10 accommodation and value for the price. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The pictures and description was very accurate. Ana and Ramon were very responsive and helpful. The other renters were all very nice snd thoughtful. Enjoyed chatting around the pool. Used the shared grill one night. Plentiful parking. Highly recommended.

There are only six units in a locked courtyard around a pool and they are always clean and well-maintained. This is a great option for people who want to spend less money to stay in Aruba it still have a very nice accommodation.

- antonietta ilaria (8/5): - Loved the vibe . The outdoor kitchen was sweet. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioner was the best. The location was unbeatable. Loves having my own couch outside. May I suggest changing towels more often and replacing the camping chairs with new once or even better replacing them with beach chairs. I would recommend it .

Our room was clean, large, and we appreciated the quiet away from the resorts. I was especially impressed with the shower and the fact that they provided a cooler and towels for the beach

Great jumping off point to try different beaches each day. Would recommend and will come again. Would be great for a group of friends.
