• Raphael (5/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Toilette war bei Ankunft nicht geputzt. Das Problem wurde jedoch rasch durch das Personal behoben. Die Zimmer sind nicht mal ansatzweise so schön, wie auf den Bildern. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis eher schlecht.

• Jürgen (2/5): Lehrgeld - Die Lage ist richtig gut Wir haben das Hotel ausgewählt, weil uns der rustikale Look gut gefallen hat. Nun war es so, dass es recht kalt war. Es gab nur eine Klimaanlage die auf „Warmluft“ (30 Grad) gestellt werden kann. Das Teil hatte aber dadurch, dass alles - also wirklich alles komplett durchgefroren war, absolut Null Chance. Der Chef hat uns mehr Decken angeboten, aber das ist ja auch nicht der Weisheit letzter Schluss. Trotzdem sind wir zwei Tage geblieben (gebucht hatten wir vier) bis wir festgestellt haben, dass es auch kein warmes Wasser gibt. Das war dann zu viel. Wir mussten das Hotel wechseln. Vor dem Hintergrund, dass der sonst wirklich sehr nette Besitzer, dass ganz sicher alles weiß und ja schon zuvor abgeschmettert hat, sind wir einfach gegangen. Geld gibt’s eh keins zurück - egal ob man sich vor Ort oder bei booking beschwert. Alles schon durch. Also wer im Sommer da hin geht, auf kalt duschen steht und die semi Sauberkeit nicht stört, noch dazu gerne mehr Geld für lediglich eine gute Lage ausgeben will, kann sich das gerne antun.
• Rotem (5/5): זה ממש זול וזה מעוצב יפה. אם אחזור לשם אני פשוט אבקש שינקו את החדר טוב טוב, ואנכס לעשות בדיקה, ואם לא יהיה נקי אז אבקש ל - כשהגענו שדרגו אותנו לחדר יותר שווה, והעיצוב של החדר היה מאוד מיוחד עם קיר לבנים יפה. הבנים היו רותחים במקלחת והחימום עבד ממש אחלה. המיקום פצצה היה מלוכלך מאוד… ברמה של הייתה כוס קפה מאחורי הוילון על אדן החלון כזה, ונייר טואלט זרוק על הריצפה בשירותים, והעמדת שתייה חמה הייתה מטונפת והרבה שקיות היו פתוחות. וזה הגעיל אותי… ישר אתה חושב ״אוי בטח לא החליפו מצעים״, את בודקת טוב טוב אם המגבות חדשות… זה לא נעים.

• bibermanadir (1/5): מלון הלני, אכזבה קשה ולילה הרוס - כלום!!! אחרי כ3 שעות, התקפלנו חזרה הבייתה. לא ראוי לאירוח הזמנתי דרך Booking. ראיתי תמונות של חדרים קסומים והמלון קיבל ציון מאד גבוה! ללא ספק, הצלם צריך לקבל בונוס! אין קשר בין הצילום לבין המציאות. לובי מוזנח, מגבות על הריצפה כדי לספוג מי גשמים במקום למרות את המים. מסדרונות עם ריח של עישון וגומי שחור מגעיל בכל קצה, לא ברור לי למה... והחדר, במקום להראות חדר קסום מאבן ירושלמית, קיבלנו קופסת גפרורים מוזנחת, קפואה, מזגן חלש שלקח לו כמה דק' ארוכות עד שהוציא חום (ישבנו על המיטה עם מעילים מרוב שהחדר היה קר.) המים חמים תלויים בדוד (כנראה מאד קטן, כי אחרי מספר דקות נגמרו) חוויה רעה רעה רעה. יצאנו למסעדה ופשוט הבאנו שלאחר הארוחה אנחנו חוזרים למלון מתקפלים וחוזרים הבייתה בלילה. הפקיד שראה, שהחדר היה בקשותינו 3 שעות, אפילו לא שאל מה קרה. נראה כאילו הוא רגיל לסיטואציה.... בושה של מלון. אסור להגיע לשם! לא ראוי לאירוח.

• Hillel (4/5): Worst experience in Jerusalem, and I travel a lot. - Location It’s picture perfect but it’s a slum. Starting from the wobbly entry door to the „hotel”, continuing with the patched floor, keys that don’t open the doors, signs of leaks in the ceiling, remote controls missing, exposed light fixtures, uncomfortable beds, „pillows „a shower head that flies all over and more. If it wouldn’t be a rainy and cold night, I would leave. It’s no more then a cheap hostels.

• Tom (2/5): Do not be mislead this is a 1 star hotel - We booked this hotel a month in advance because of the convenient location to the center of town and the low price (normal price for a 3 star hotel). Unfortunately, we showed up and this was anything but a 3 star hotel. The receptionist was watching tv in a different room and no one was there to see us in. All the sheets had hair on them and the towels smelled disgusting. The AC did not work. The blinds were broken. Our room smells like cigarettes and there was no screen on the window so when we opened it mosquitos came in. We came back late at night and the door was locked. No one had told us there was a code we needed and we were locked out. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!! Do not br fooled by the price, its not worth it.
• Alexandra (6/5): Ok - Für den Preis insgesamt ok, warmes Wasser zum Duschen hätte es noch besser gemacht. Leider musste ich drei Tage kalt duschen.
• Fabienne (2/5): Décevant, même pour une seule nuit… - L’hôtel est très bien situé, à 10mn à pied du kotel. La chambre ne correspond pas du tout aux photos de Booking ! Il manquait des équipements (chaise, commode, lustre, tableau de décoration….), la salle de bain est horrible et doit être absolument rénové, pas de savon dans la douche !! Les serviettes de bains étaient défraichies dont une était déchirée… pas de tapis de bain, la bouilloire était entartrée, le verre sale, le réfrigérateur était bruyant au point qu’il a fallu le débrancher pour pouvoir dormir :-( Le balcon était minable, mal entretenu et donné sur un parking. Le petit-déjeuner était minimaliste avec des gâteaux du commerce du coin… pas de pain, pas de beurre… et à la fin, on apprend que cet hôtel ne propose pas de petit déjeuner… alors qu’il était compris dans le prix de la réservation !! La personne a l’accueil semble seul à tout gérer et quand je lui ai fait la remarque sur la chambre, il m’a répondu : c’est comme ça, tu as été surclassé, je ne peux rien faire pour toi… quel surclassement bidon ! Bref, c’est dommage car cet hôtel a un gros potentiel, il est très joli de l’extérieur mais doit être absolument rénové.

• Aaron (6/5): Get what you pay for… - We stayed here two times. Excellent location. The first (room 13) was good, the AC worked well and it was relatively quiet and comfortable. Our second night in room 12 was terrible. The AC did not work and there was no hot water in the morning. We did get a bargain both times, $50 and $65 respectively. Not sure I’d stay here again, likely because the price was artificially low due to lack of tourism at the current moment. I’m sure they’ll be charging more once the regional conflicts come to an end. The gentleman working the desk was kind and hospitable.

• Andy (1/5): Bad - - The room has ants all over the place. we left a bag with food for an hour and had dozens of them on our food - There's no hot water! After turning on the boiler for 50 minutes, we had hot water for a minute or two. - The bathroom is flooded with water, and the toilet seat is barely attached and moves when you sit on it. - We received an automatic wake-up call at 5:20 in the morning without requesting it. We couldn't go back to sleep. - Other poor room conditions, tv glitching, only two small towels, etc. - The desk doesn't work on Shabbat, but they only told me the code to the hotel when i called to ask about parking. I don't know how they expected us to enter the hotel.

• Justin (8/5): Very good - Was clean, had all facilities, super close location to main street of Jaffa & bordered with Meir Sharim the ultra religious community, close walk to the old city. owners were not present on site when I was there however answered my every phone call & helped me out with whatever I needed. was best value for money at the time.
• Ls (8/5): Great little find in good location. Lovely room. - Lovely room. Comfortable bed, nice size run, nice simple design, good curtains, nice door to balcony. Easy to access. Quiet, private. Lovely terrace at the front for a morning coffee, to read, chat. No/not much storage space for clothes, but nice having a refrigerator to keep water cool.

• Amit (1/5): STAY AWAY!!! - The location I booked a room for my parents for a night. The room was different from what appears in the pictures (probably they took pictures of the nicer rooms), there was a strong smell of cigarettes, there were no towels and there was no representative of the hotel present (other guests contacted a hotel employee for them to ask for towels). They went to a concert and came back at night to find that the employee put 2 towels but they were dirty, the shower didn't close all the way, the shower head fell off the wall, the bathroom sink causes flooding if used and foam came out of the drain. In the morning there was also no representative of the hotel, later I spoke with him on the phone, he answered rudely and claimed that my parents (60+) tore the shower head from the wall themselves and that they should have left immediately after the check-in (most of the problems were discovered at night and they had tickets to a concert). Recommend to stay away!

• Eitan (7/5): Good - The rustic stone walls and the comfy bed, pillows and cotton bed linen. Very dirty 'blind spots' in the bathroom, eg behind the wash basin tap and behind the toilet. The shower doors were not sparkling clean. Fridge was extremely noisy and we had to unplug it. No shampoo and conditioner only shower gel and liquid soap dispensers.
