• Lea (10/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! - Mit dem Auto von Artá nur eine kurze Strecke entfernt liegt das schöne Anwesen. Wir haben direkt „entschleunigt“ und hatten die beste Zeit mit Blick auf arta und die Berge. Das Frühstück war ein kleines Buffet, welches sich täglich leicht geändert hat. Den ganzen Tag über konnte man sich Kaffee an der Maschine holen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
• Félicie (9/5): Luxe, calme et détente au coeur de la campagne d'Arta - Séjour placé sous le signe du luxe, du calme et de la détente, au cœur de la campagne d’Artà. L’accueil est à la fois chaleureux et efficace, et l’ensemble de l’établissement nous a séduits par son architecture minimaliste et ses aménagements parfaitement pensés. La décoration est particulièrement soignée, jusque dans les moindres détails : draps brodés, panier pour la piscine, pillow menu… Chaque suite est très bien agencée, avec une salle de bain comprenant une grande douche à l’italienne, un lit XXL très confortable, un petit salon et un accès à un jardin privatif. Les extérieurs sont tout aussi remarquables, avec un magnifique jardin composé d’agaves, de bambous et d’oliviers, ... ainsi qu’un espace détente abrité très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et varié, avec de nombreuses préparations maison (pâtisseries, jus de fruits, etc.). Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la magnifique piscine et des sunbeds, la météo étant encore un peu fraîche lors de notre séjour. Nous serions ravis de revenir à la belle saison pour renouveler l’expérience. Un endroit que nous avons véritablement adoré. Le plus très apprécié: hotel adults only, parfait pour les amoureux ;) pour profiter du calme et du charme de cette spelndide Finca.

• Marcos (9/5): Agradable. - El diseño, la calidad, la limpieza, la tranquilidad, todo hace que la estancia en Sestelrica sea maravillosa. Pese a que el horario de recepción era hasta la tarde, llegamos a las 4pm y ya no había nadie y nadie nos recibió. Al dia siguiente tampoco había nadie en recepción y la camarera, muy amable, nos hizo el check out.

The natural surrounding of the hotel is amazing & welcoming . Very big & beautiful room with annex bathroom with amazing view , jacuzzi on the terrace . We arrived during the weekend & there is no welcoming at the reception & so we received few information . Breakfast was ok but not really exceptionnal & a bit messy

Das Frühstück ist äusserst reichhaltig und die individuellen Wünsche werden berücksichtigt. Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren mit dem Auto da. Falls aber jemand ohne Auto da ist, ist die Lage etwas abgelegen.

The room was nice and spacious, the grounds were beautifully landscaped and everything was clean and well maintained. The design and furnishings were all very nice. The surrounding landscape was beautiful and it was a nice quiet part of the island to stay. Artá is a cool little town. The breakfast each morning was really amazing. There were so many options and everything was very fresh and delicious! It was a very quiet and peaceful property. We would stay again if we ever make it back.

Very calm and serene, good breakfast, friendly staff, really nice room and a great view with a little terrace. The whole place was very well designed to the last detail. The pool area was a bit simple but worked very well with the sunbeds and the necessary shading. We enjoyed everything about our stay There were a lot of families with young children, which interrupted the peace for us a bit. Kids are fine for us if they are a bit older. The air-conditioning in the room was barely noticeable so it was a bit too warm in there for us to sleep

Room 14 and 15 habe their own terrace by the pool with hot tub. Breakfast was great. Also the snacks in the afternoon that they prepare if you want something little to eat. Twice a week they organize dinner for the guests who want to attend and eat there (40€ per person). I can just everything recommend because it was perfect. Everything was perfect.

• Martina (10/5): We definitely recommend it. - It is a very beautiful Finca. The rooms are clean and luxurious. The breakfast is delicious and coffee and fruit are always available in the kitchen. On the day of departure we had packed breakfast as we were leaving early in the morning. They have sheep and chickens in the garden. You will experience the real Majorca hier. A car is definitely needed.

• Veronica (8/5): - Nicely decorated, modern. Rooms are brand new and comfortable. The cleaning ladies and service people are very nice. Pool is nice but doesn’t have much shade in the summer. The breakfast is great. The hotel is marked 4 stars but doesn’t have restaurant so no lunch or dinner there. The front desk is helpful with tips and other reservations but they are not there 24/7- it is more like 8-5pm service. Great for couples. We had a room with jacuzzi that worked for us but wouldn’t recommend the hotel for families with young kids because there are lots of stairs to the pool and there is no food offer other than breakfast and mini bar/ Honesty bar.

Breakfast and hospitality could be improved. - The finca is beautiful, with a stunningly designed interior in our room and a perfectly landscaped garden and outdoor area. The bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom were both spacious and well-appointed. The breakfast service is handled by a single person, creating a chaotic atmosphere. Items were not regularly refilled, so on our first morning, we were left with “leftovers”. On our last day, we witnessed other guests packing breakfast into their Tupperware, leaving the buffet nearly empty once again. The check-in process was somewhat “dry”; we were handed the key without any further instructions. We had to return twice to ask for information, which detracted from what should have been a welcoming experience at such a beautiful place. Moreover, the toilet was very dirty upon our arrival, which made us question the overall cleanliness of the establishment. Considering we paid over 300Euros per night, the lack of hospitality and attention to detail was a bit disappointing.

Travelling with a baby, we would have been better off staying in one of the rooms having no neighbour above as the insulation of old houses are not optimal. Also, traveling as a family it would make things easier if dinner was offered every night but that would just be a bonus.

Everything is nicely designed and the rooms are like little apartments, very spacious, super comfortable and with a private terrace for every room. There is no restaurant for lunch and dinner, but some amenities to still enjoy a snack or drink in the room's terrace.

It's a good place to clean your mind. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool doesn't have night illumination, so when it's dark, swimming is not possible anymore. The breakfast is moderate in choice, though everything was fresh. You get a plate with various snacks, and it's not possible to pick snacks yourself as it usually is in hotels. There is no restaurant on the territory, so you need to organize dinners yourself. The hotel is in remote location. I can't imagine staying there without a car. Though might be fine with a bicycle, too. There are very friendly and curious chickens walking around the territory. Once I was not looking and two chickens went into the room and pooped on the floor. It was not a big deal, we are still laughing about it. I grew up with chickens in our garden but for some people it might be annoying.
• Isabella (10/5): Very beautiful week in Arta - We really loved the little details put into the hotel (e.g. decor elements, honesty bar). All the staff was super friendly and helpful all the time. We didn’t need their help, but saw from other guests that they really put an effort into making you feel welcomed and enjoy your stay. We also enjoyed breakfast everyday, which was a delicious mix of local specialties. The room was very clean and beautiful, with a lot of sand and earth tones. -

• Felix (7/5): all in all an OK Hotel but we have had better on the island for less money. - nice property, clean rooms, fresh eggs from their own chicken for breakfast nice pool big rooms with an own terrace umbrellas instead of the heat containing sunroof at the pool would be better the breakfast was nothing special. Of course many things were possible on request but we’d prefer more local fruits and veggies as other hotels we stayed in for less money offered those things presented in a more lovely way. all in all compared to the other hotels we stayed in (all were less expensive but in a similar price range) it feels a bit like the passion was missing at this place.
