From the moment we arrived, they made us feel special and welcomed. The rooms were very comfortable and well-maintained, and the food exceeded our expectations in both variety and taste. The pool and common areas were always clean and organized. The warm and helpful attitude of the staff made our vacation even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality holiday experience. We are already thinking about coming back again at the first opportunity.

Otelin atmosferi çok huzurlu, odalar hem modern hem de oldukça temizdi. Yemek kalitesi beklediğimizin çok üstündeydi damak zevkime uyduğunu söyleyebilirim özellikle açık büfe çeşitliliği ve tatlılar mükemmeldi. Deniz, havuz ve genel alanların gerek görüntüsü gerek temizliği iyiydi. Hem dinlenip hem keyif yapmak isteyenler için kesinlikle tercih edilebilecek bir otel. öncelikle resepsiyon ekibine teşekkür ederiz yeniden görüşmek üzere
• Stanislav (10/5): Проживание в отеле- это только положительные эмоции, комфорт и приятное общение с персоналом. - Я много путешествую, могу сравнивать, поэтому хочу с уверенностью сказать, что отдых в отеле превзошел мои ожидания и приятно удивил..Завтрак, как, впрочем, и все питание, был на высоте, спасибо шеф-повару, он настоящий мастер, а так же бармену-официанту Денизу за его великолепное обслуживание. Может быть, не было большого разнообразия, как в дорогих отелях, но все было качественное, горячее, свежее и вкусное, неплохое вино и пиво. Очень понравилась сотрудница ресепшена Мелисса, всегда была готова помочь. Каждый день отличную уборку делали горничные Хаят, Султан и Дилан. Огромное спасибо всему персоналу, они настоящие профессионалы! Отель содержится в чистоте. Местоположение отеля идеально: в первом ряду от моря, на красивейшем бульваре - набережной, в самом центре города. Отличный песчаный пляж- напротив отеля, шезлонги и зонтики всегда в наличии, отличное обслуживание, порядок и чистота! Обязательно приеду еще и порекомендую своим знакомым, а также рекомендую всем, кто собирается на отдых в Аланью! Понравилось все, недостатков не заметил.

• 91lynseyb (8/5): Great location Hotel - Me and my husband came here in 1st September 2025 we stayed for 2 weeks all inclusive the room was immaculate and had a great view, staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location close to everything you would need lots of restaurants and shops and the beach is right across the road perfect location.
• kerrisI6997UA (2/5): AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! - I have never in my life experienced anything like this so called hotel! In fact, the best thing about it is the exit! Unbelievably rude staff! Pretended not to understand any English, but knew enough to tell us off 5 times on our first night for laughing! It wasn't even 9pm! Staff would not acknowledge me at all, but did my friend.... Until they realised he was gay! Food is diabolical and what isn't eaten at night is served the next day! There is no entertainment, no free WiFi and they even have the audacity to try and charge you to go on the beach! We made friends with 2 lovely ladies and 1 of them had left a little hair dye on the pillow case.... She was made to scrub it clean!! Also, don't go if you are a person of colour.... One poor woman, originally from Jamaica, was threatened with the police because her son jumped in the pool and made a splash! Horrendous experience!! Outside of the hotel, the people were friendly and welcoming, but inside the hotel was like a concentration camp!!

• jannaway2019 (4/5): Massively disappointed. Awful hotel. Really sad - Book with extreme caution. The hotel has been photoshopped to the max. Poor staff, poor facilities, poor attitudes. Budget hotel. Booking not found on arrival. Room broken in to on first night. Really poor support. No atmosphere. Would not issues branded spirits at the bar as brochure promised. Only 5 sun beds. Tried to charge for everything. Not worth the money. Careful.

Bedding didn’t get changed often , the room smelt of sewer and the air con let out a fishy smell . Staff are unpleasant and unwelcoming , we got threatened to be kicked out when we challenged paying an extra €300 for a room with a balcony (we had booked and payed for a room with a balcony in our booking ) food OMG awful rotten , not much to chose from , no labels to say what it was , most of it you couldn’t tell by looking at it . Pool area was ok but the sun loungers are disgusting you couldn feel the dirt when you sat on them and the smell of them was vile . No entertainment , no vibe or atmosphere , all round awful hotel and not worth the money

• J2037NMhollyl (2/5): WORST HOTEL EVER!!! - That was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. To start with me and my mum arrived at the hotel at 12:10am Friday 3rd October and when we arrived they tried to charge us £300 extra to upgrade our room because they didn’t have any economic rooms left we refused to pay and had gotten the upgrade for free as it was a big inconvenience. Then walking by some of the staff as me and my mum walked to our room we were stared at from reception to the lift. Then after we slept we went for breakfast and it’s the WORST food I’ve ever eaten before but me and my mum let it slide thinking it was a one off. We then went back to the room so we can get some things to leave when there was a knock at our door and a maintenance guy came asking if we were checking out we said no we just got there he then came back 2 minutes later and told us reception wanted us so my mum went down and they tried to move us to the economic room we booked which they told us it was previously flooded which is why we couldn’t have it my mum explained she didn’t want the room in case it flooded again and ruined our clothes. we left the hotel a couple times and Friday evening me my mum and 2 Swedish women who was also mother and daughter went out when we came back we had 3 staff tell us they were coming with us to the beach and one staff member kept trying to grab my arm or hand I didn’t feel safe as a young girl because every time I moved my arm away he would try and grab my arm and hand again. Then the next day that same staff member asked for my instagram I told him I didn’t have it then he asked for my Snapchat so I told him I have a boyfriend but not long after I saw a notification on my instagram he had found my instagram but he didn’t know my last name so I think he’s looked at my passport information on the computer in reception and found it that way which made me feel unsafe and very uncomfortable. I think it’s disgusting how the staff can get away with actions on young women that make us uncomfortable because we left my dad and brother at home so it was only me and my mum and neither of us felt safe it’s absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!!! They also lied about their hotel they said free WiFi but we were charged £30 for 2 of us for 7 nights, they also said they had a snack bar 10am-12pm in-between breakfast and dinner but they didn’t, they also said they had a children’s splash pool but it should not be classed as a pool. The staff don’t clean things, they have stray cats around the hotel which u will find everywhere to keep rodents away which is fine but what wasn’t fine is a cat had done its business on a sun-bed and the staff didn’t clean it they just flipped it which is absolutely vile they also left dead flies, live flies and stains on the seats indoor I have honestly never been in such an appalling hotel. Then on Tuesday me and my mum was with some people we had met playing cards and having a laugh trying to make the best of our holiday with zero entertainment from the hotel it was 9:30pm and staff was coming up to us telling us off for being too loud but a table in front of us was being just as loud and not a word was said to them we felt targeted as we were a group of English and the only English people in the hotel I also felt very targeted for rejecting the staff which I shouldn’t have had to do in the first place. But I would never EVER recommend this hotel to anyone it’s absolutely ridiculous. I have genuinely never stayed in a worse hotel in my life the experience for me and my mum was that bad we were nearly crying to go home every night I will never be returning

• taylorbW3627TO (2/5): Disgusting, awful, rude hotel stay far away from it - Ive stayed in multiple hotels across Alanya and this was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, they charged an extra €300 for a room with a balcony even tho we originally payed extra for a balcony the food is absolutely disgusting im pregnant and it didn’t state what it was I was eating, they threaten to kick us out because we tried to explain we already payed for the balcony I think they are just doing this to con out more money of people, the staff are rude calling us disrespectful because my family where playing ball in the pool, we stayed for 16 days and the sheets on the bed got changed TWICE! nothing got wiped down only topped up the toilet paper. Disgusting hotel stay far as possible
• Andrea (8/5): Prisvärt boende med underbar personal och finns det man behöver på plats, nära till mycket. - Stranden låg precis över vägen, samt nära till både shopping, hamnen och andra sevärdheter. Personalen var tillmötesgående och trevlig. Jag blev rätt så skrämd av de negativa recensionerna och förväntade mig det värsta i och med att det var väldigt billigt. Särskilt när jag ville be om exempelvis städning i rummet eller nya handdukar osv. Men alla var faktiskt väldigt snälla och tillmötesgående, städerskorna frågade ofta om vi behövde något till rummet eller städning. Alltså hotellet är ändå fint, särskilt med tanke på priset. personalen är trevliga och glada, det finns vad man behöver på rummet som schampo, tvål, fön, etc. Visst allt var inte helt nytt vissa saker kunde kanske bytas ut, typ duschhandtag eller kran, men det är trots allt tre-stjärnigt hotell så man kan inte förvänta sig största lyxen utan man får det man betalar för, helt, rent och inga insekter 😂🥰För mig var det viktigast att jag har någonstans rent att sova med ac och mat i magen, allt annat var faktiskt en bonus och jag kan säga att min vistelse var jättebra, över förväntan. Det fanns olika maträttter så man kunde äta sig mätt och olika drickor (om man köpte all inklusive). Kanske lite tråkigt utbud då det var likande maträtter varje dag MEN mat är mat. Fanns mycket att välja mellan. Vissa dagar var maten riktigt god andra dagar var den medioker. Personalen i receptionen kan engelska vilket är ett stort plus, men all personal var trevlig även de som inte kunde mycket engelska verkade göra sitt bästa att vara service minded och det var de. Vi hade lite otur att ett av våra rum inte gick att bo i pga något som gått sönder och rummet ej var beboeligt första dagarna, ursprungligen skulle vi ha två rum, ett till min mor och ett till mig och min man. Men de löste det ändå fint tillfälligt med att ge oss en svit där vi ändå hade ett större och ett mindre rum typ som en liten lägenhet. Sedan fick vi separata rum snabbt. Så det var egentligen det som var negativt samt att tvålen man får i rummet torkade ut mina händer en del, men det är kanske bara jag som är känslig. Så är du en person som behöver specialprodukter till hud eller hår, ta med eget. När det gäller maten så hade vissa saker kunnat förbättras, tex så var vattenmelonen som serverades inte alltid helt färsk, likadant med några andra grönsaker. Dock fanns det alltid ett stort urval att välja mellan så det går ingen nöd åt oss. Brödet kunde också ha varit bättre eller åtminstone att toastern funkade eftersom brödet verkligen var ”tråkigt”.

The food was great , it's in Turkey so it's not English food. It's delicious and fresh every day. I have no complaints whatsoever, had a lovely time and will come back.

• John (8/5): Good value sea front , great.location - Very impressed.with manager gave me an excellent free upgrade to huge family room with balcony overlooking sea front. There was a heater in the room as it is cold this time of year. it also had its own large fridge and small safe. Could have done with 2 glasses in room. Breakfast was poor, no cereal or juice Only .basic cooked meats and bread.

• Haseena (2/5): Lovely clean room but I wouldn’t recommend as the little bits and bobs are not there - It was clean and spacious. There wasn’t a huge selection of food like you would expect for a buffet. There’s no evening entertainment. I had paid for 3 massages but only had 1 and didn’t get a refund. Pool was small not enough sun loungers. If you go to the beach part of the package you have to pay for everything. It’s not all inclusive at the beach.
• 893galed (2/5): Appalling - Do NOT ruin your holiday by staying at this appalling “All Inclusive Hell hotel” Rooms in prison would be more appealing than staying in this place -arrived late on after a long flight to find a pokey room two beds with only sheets over them (no blankets or duvet) went to reception and was told it would be sorted in the morning and to just put up with it tonight!. All inclusive ? My friend and I are in our 70s and only like a glass of wine or two at most in the evenings - we were told almost nightly we couldn’t get a drink as they had ran out or one night at 9.30pm after a day shopping we arrived to order our first glass of wine that day only to be advised by a very RUDE barman all inclusive had closed if we wanted a wine we had to pay for it! It was an absolute joke this hotel is appalling Pls trust me and stay well clear off it or risk spending your holiday in misery counting the days to your flight home arrives Absolutely appalling

• Jamilla (10/5): - The food was not good. The salat bar was the same every day. The breakfast was left overs from the day before. NOT GOOD. The all inclusive concept, did only have vodka, with juice or cola! As a free drink.. 👎 And they was turning eyes of some of the guests. The hotel in general was nice and clean, cleaning every 2. Day, and new towels when you want. Area around the pool was nice and clean all the time. I could com back, when they dont have all inclusive anymore. 👍

The Staff who work in the day and everything are 5 star ⭐, the cleaners the lads on bar ect are great 😃, the girls are lovely 🤩 make you laugh and feel happy 😊, I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a cheap getaway 👍. beautiful view from the balcony,couldn't ask for anything better.nice and relaxing 😎 in the evening playing cards.The food is ok plenty of fresh salad and pasta, various meat options, the lasagne is 👌 and the chicken and rice 🍚 were very nice, the sweets section is nice if you have a sweet 🧁 tooth like my husband 🤩.all in all we have had Belly laughs with the lads and lady on reception 🫶 , getting a full hamma and sauna experience tomorrow so I will have to review that separately but all in all this hotel is great and the perfect location with the beach ⛱️ literally on the doorstep 😍 and shopping and restaurants in easy access either side, so spoilt for choice 👌 .

The food and drinks were disgusting and the room was terrible. Had no working toilet for the full week we was there. The staff mainly on reception didn’t care and at the best of times were very rude Every one who I spoke to who were all staying at the hotel was all upset and said it’s been a nightmare.

Room was terrible, food disgusting and not at all fresh, pool closed at the most popular time of day and, alcohol and no alcoholic drinks were watered down and the most basic accommodations were at an additional charge, with the staff and manager being no help at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!

When I arrived at hotel I ve been told by a friend, that nobody allowed in hotel apart from guests ,who are staying there, I asked what the problem and been answered by a guy( manager, or owner, I don't know ,because he haven't given his name) to leave hotel in a rude way. So, I think a manager, or owner doesn't have brain at all , because, after visiting my friend in hotel I could come next year for holidays for a stay in this hotel if I would like it , but I was not even let to have a look. Terrible manager, or owner. Shame on you. But ,I think, he doesn't have any shame. Don't book this hotel, guys!!!

So I don't recommend for every people to go this hotel.

• 540gillh (4/5): Worse Food & service I’ve experienced - AVOID……On arrival the hotel looked ok. Average. The receptionist instantly told us as we had booked a standard room she could offer us a sea view room with a balcony for an extra £150. She didn’t show us the standard room but we were excited and loved the view and space the upgrade gave us. Breakfast. Well this is the downfall. Hot cooked minced beef with pouched eggs on top. Cold chips soup or salad for BREAKFAST. The bread what had and the toaster burnt it every time. One selection of cereal which I would rate at lower than ALDIs cheap cornflakes. Milk was left out but was warm. Lunch greasy chick in some kind of sauce. Cold chips. Stuffed peppers but the rice inside wasn’t cooked. The selection again was soup or salad. Or small tasteless desserts. Evening meal minced beef again, burnt greasy potatoes, tasteless soup or salad. Day two we looked but literally couldn’t face what was on offer again. If you have children avoid like the plague because there is nothing there that they would eat. Grown adults couldn’t even eat it. The seating area is small and if your not up early you won’t have anywhere to sit to eat. The staff are not friendly and don’t talk to you. We spent more money on this week away having to eat out. The all inclusive drinks are very limited and a glass of beer comes with a flake as the head is always that big. Bar closed at 10pm. Pool is so small you can barely swim in it. Very limited loungers which are always taken up with towels at 8am. The room we upgraded to was lovely because of the view but the shower was moldy, the wood on the sink and door from was worn away. Never would I stay here again. I absolutely would not recommend this cheap and unfriendly hotel.

Location * * * * *, right on the beach, plenty of markets and bars around the area. Taxi rank and bus stop right outside, new coffee shop similar to Starbucks right next door which is great. Food and drink * *, Only one meal choice per dining time, sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s awful, if you’re a picky eater or have young kids, I wouldn’t recommend. Plenty of salad though! Not much choice of alcohol on the all inclusive, Efes beer, wine and vodka. The sodas are from a bottle so sometimes it’s flat and sometimes it’s not depends on when the bottle was opened. We ate out most the time as food was mostly catered for the Eastern European guests which is fair enough. Cleanliness * * * * *, seemed perfectly clean to us, bedding and towel change every 3 days, room clean offered everyday. Cleaners were lovely and everything remained safe in the room so no stress about security and safety of items. Pool and bar areas constantly getting cleaned so no faults at all. Staff * * * * * (and extra * for Sasha) All staff were very warm and welcoming, any issues you have they would help you with and show genuine interest and support. One staff stood out to us the most which was Sasha, she made our holiday so much better by chatting with us and giving us fun ideas to do, after the 4th day, we were invited to a birthday meal and karaoke with her and her friends which really showed her caring and generous nature, she’s a great asset to the team and our view of the hotel was massively improved my her kindness. Overall- It’s a okay hotel. If you’re looking for a massive variety then I wouldn’t recommend, if you’re looking more for a good location with the option of a few drinks in the hotel then doing your own thing then it’s decent. We hoped for more variety but you get what you pay for. It’s not the worst hotel I’ve been in, but it’s also certainly not the best. Good for a cheap getaway, but would definitely not recommend if you have kids or are looking for a hotel with a “stand out” vibe. It costs 4 euros for a beer and you have to pay for the food. we did not pay extra for sunbeds and parasols. Then over to the hotel............WAY too little sunbeds. And you are not allowed to move those who are there, God forbid !! They should have had several piled against the wall in the evening which they had put out during the day. An eternal battle to get a sunbed. Several of us were sitting in chairs all day ..... The chefs certainly did their best with the ingredients they had. That the hotel has nothing more to offer is up to them. We had a day of pomes frites and it went away. Why not have it every day for kids !!! If you want to have fruit, bring it from breakfast or lunch. There's nothing between meals (we did) Then we have our dear lady at the bar....don't quite know what to say She is in a good mood, is cheerful and pleasant, has a twinkle in her eye, as long as the boss doesn't have a finger in her eye. This is how it looked to us, messy ....We didn't have the best start when I was supposed to bring a glass of wine to the room, but that's not allowed. You cannot bring ANYTHING into the room. Nor can you bring drinks to the others in the traveling party!!! You will get comments and questions about it. We never left drinks or food for garbadge, if it edible. The worst was the company of 8 men that seems to be in family with the owner. HORRIBLE behaivior on them in and around the pool. NOT friendly

• laneyl223 (8/5): Lovely hotel and staff - Overall the hotel was lovely, perfect for couples! Me and my partner stayed for 7 nights, I would recommend this hotel for couples or friends, not families with lots of kids. ROOM: our room was a standard double room (balcony, double bed in bedroom with very up to date air conditioning unit, bunk beds in lounge area with bench, fridge and TV). The room was very clean, very spacious, cleaners respected the do not disturb sign, towels and bedding changed every 3 days. Did not request pool view so can’t comment on that but we could see the surrounding hotels and it was lovely. POOL: Pool was lovely, not the biggest but we knew that before coming, there weren’t many sun loungers around the pool so grab them whilst you get the chance (no fault of the hotel). Music around the pool, staff dancing and singing, plenty of fun. DINING: plenty of space for dining both in the restaurant, outside and in the communal area. ALL INCLUSIVE: me and my partner stayed all inclusive, they were open until 22:00pm. If you, or the person you are coming with, is a fussy eater then I would not recommend the all inclusive. Unfortunately there weren’t many options (one main to choose from) but plenty of choice for salad bar. There weren’t many drinks included on the all inclusive, ie you have to pay for cocktails, however me and my partner aren’t fussy drinkers so vodka redbull became our favourite! STAFF: well, the staff were absolutely incredible. They catered to all of our needs with no complications, very friendly and welcoming. We left for the airport at 4am this morning and the lady at reception helped us fill our noodles so we could eat, very accommodating SPA FACILITIES: me and my partner enjoyed the spa very much, and recommended it to everybody that we could. We had the package deal 3 which was an estimate of £32, included many specialities. We enjoyed the massage that much that we booked again before we left! The girls who did our package were incredible regardless of their lack of English they tried their best and were very good at their job. SURROUNDINGS: the beach was at the doorstep practically, sun loungers were cheap at the beach and lots of bar and restaurants to chose from. Many restaurants to the left and right of the hotel, and plenty of markets too! I highly recommend CASPER BAR ANTALYA which is to the left of the hotel, the ALANYA STEAK was just incredible and we must have had this 3/4 times! We would also recommend BONES, to the right of the hotel, their customer service was exceptional and staff from both restaurants were very accommodating. We booked a boat tour from the tourist place a bit further up from bones, around £32 each for 4/5 hours on the boat with a foam party, music, plenty of chances to swim in the sea etc, highly recommend! The only downside to this hotel was that there is no entertainment on during the night, however plenty of places outside of the hotel to enjoy. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would definitely come here again!

All the soft drink was warm, it was not in the freezer, just on the bench - the floor in the eating hall was full of ants, and then crawling on tables to. - they wash some glasses where you wash you’re feet - the door to toilet in one of the room cold not be closed. It took 3!! Days before they fixed it. - they did not give you new towel when they took the dirty one. Some days they hang up the dirty towels instead. - the sink in the room was not cleaned one in two weeks. And the floor was not cleaned - give dirty glass to guest - The tv almost fell off the wall. - not enough knife and fork, you sometimes had to wait until they had cleaned it. Then the food on your plate was cold. - when we leave they says we have steel bad sheet and pillow! All was on the room, they woldent even check or listening to us. - the balcony door could not be closed.

• Raza (4/5): In dire need of a makeover.. - Firstly the staff do really try to make your stay bearable and are very friendly. The hotel really needs some updating, the decor is tired and the bathroom room we had, unfortunately, leaked when you had a shower. The worst thing was the building site next door which was outside our window, not much the hotel could do about it but it really affected our stay as we couldn't open our balcony door as we were 10ft away from the builders, it actually put you off going for a swim in the pool as the workers would be glaring at you. As for the hotel, the little things make a difference - free WiFi is available but only in the lobby, if you want it in your room then thats extra (2 Euro a day per person) this should be clearly stated. As is bottled Water, something you would expected to have in your room as part of an all inclusive package but that too is extra.. there is a theme here as you can see. The food was basic on some of the days, we ate out most days as it really didn't agree with our palate. The hotel location is brilliant but if they don't take care of the look and feel then people will stop coming.

I travel to Turkey in many areas and never experience the horrendous treatment as recieved with smiling faces here at this establishment. 2 days Before checking in I had requested date change and was told to speak to day management . This issue was never resolved after daily questioning and several attempts made to refund just 2 days . And although they claimed length of stay restrictions to my reservation they have no such restrictions listed with booking.com No such policy in advertising. They have no issue with making up policies on the spot that are simply ludicrous. Lack of housekeeping I had to ask 4 times over 2 days to have room tidied up. No cleaning of the following days in either room. Upon arrival found the toiletries shampoo and hair conditioner were already used half full .(disgusting) Lack of proper bed linens was given threadbare thin blankets two to cover bed not proper covers at all no warmth at all Hotel was under renovation not advertised of course. I was given less then 1 hour to move room to a even colder room which did not have any form of heat in main sitting area. TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT Told no visitors Harrased by staff when having a visitor NOT A GUEST just visitor This lack of respect to my honour caused me to leave this pitiful place. After they harrased me I n my own room , causing my own blast of anger. I didn't know I had such anger in me. Lack of proper customer service from hotel . A lot of shaking head yes I understand you which turned out to be sort of standard reply every when they had no clue . Just poor communication with English speaking . Total disregard for guest an overall attitude of pompous behaviour exhibited. Be aware that booking.com can and or does little if anything at all in regards to assistance in the country of Turkey due to political issues. You will be unable to use the internet to access booking.
