- Verified traveler (8/5): Average hotel with minimal amenities - It is mentioned in Hotels.com that there is kids' area but it's not there. We booked a rio superior but looks like we got a rio studio only. The receptionist told she'll get back with an update when complained but it never happened. The service was very average and restaurant is very normal and rates are expensive for the food they give. But the complimentary breakfast they provide is excellent with a variety of dishes. That's one very good positive thing we noticed there. Otherwise it's a very normal hotel

- Thyagaraju (2/5): Not Good at all - I don't know why Hotels.com have this property in their list , it is so far the worst booking I had thro hotels.com in the last 3+ years. It is not a hotel , just an upgraded convention/marriage hall. Very primitive bathrooms , smelly rooms , door locks not working properly , noisy guests. I won't recommend this to anyone. Got deceived by the previous reviews and the photos.

- Anup (10/5): - The hotel is quite clean and it proudly displays awards it won in this area. Rightly so. The property is clean and well-maintained. Rooms are large and comfortable. Service is good. And with all of this, it is packaged with pricing that makes the hotel a compelling proposition. I stayed here in March 2019 and enjoyed my stay.
