Plenty of standard breakfast choices, breads, pastries, yoghurts, cereals, fruit. Less than 15 minutes to/from Disney and Cite de Europe for shopping and dining. Friendly English speaking staff on the desk for check-in. Plenty of free safe private parking. We stayed for one night before our stay at Disney so that we could get an early start with our Extra Magic Hour and it was ideal, we were the only ones at breakfast at 7:30.

Plenty of parking, very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was nice with a decent continental choice. The town is lovely and worth the 10 minute stroll to find restaurants and shops. We booked this as going to Disney and it’s a 10 minute drive away. Ticked all the boxes for us. Budget friendly. Would recommend

The staff were very welcoming throughout our one night stay and extremely helpful when we acquired about foods suitable for a milk allergy for breakfast the following morning.The only downside would be that there were no options for gluten free/vegan/milk allergy to eat at the breakfast buffet although there was dairy free milk available for tea and coffee and fresh juices. I would advise if this was a requirement to take your own breakfast option. This is not localised to this hotel asI have found that this to be an issue at other hotels in France outside of The Disney park hotels. A really good budget option.
• Martin (10/5): - My family are frequent visitors to Disneyland Paris. This is a convenient hotel for the park. Parking is free at the hotel unlike many of the closer hotels. There is no shuttle bus to the park however we do not mind as we get free parking with Disney annual passes.

• Peter (8/5): - Definitely worth considering as an option if you’re off to Disney. With the bus stop only a short walk away, number 2234 can get you to the parks in around 20-30 minutes. The hotel was of a good standard for the level they position the property at; check-in and out was quick and straight forward. The room had plenty of space for us as a family of 3 and breakfast was a continental buffet, not masses of choice, but enough to keep everyone going till lunch and non-dairy milk options too.

• Melissa (2/5): - I do not recommend this location to any families. The location should be marked as a one-star motel not a two star hotel. The only benefit of this hotel stay is the distance to Disney. There were a number of things wrong with our stay. After 12 minutes of arriva, the staff was outside smoking on a break and did not welcome my family. After calling and asking for a day room use, The staff was unwelcoming and would not accommodate our request. We were asked to use the lobby toilet, to freshen up and change our luggage/travel clothes in lobby with no privacy. The list did not stop there of complaints. My family reserved a three-bed room however two of the beds had stained sheets, the carpet was soiled and several places and the toilet was broken and wiggly at any point that you use the toilet. We also found a silverfish bug in our bag when packing to leave the hotel. Absolutely ridiculous! I do not recommend this hotel and would like Expedia to rewrite the description for future guests. I will be filing a complaint and have attached pictures of our stay.

Toilet flush wasn’t great though as you had to hold the flush for a bit otherwise water would keep running. Comfortable beds. Staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming. The room was excellent, large enough for the 5 of us, enough towels and plug sockets for us all to charge our phones! Bathroom was great, very clean and the shower was brilliant, large and fab water pressure. Breakfast was a very relaxing experience. Lots of choice, continental as you would expect , with fresh fruit juices and lovely coffee. Pastries and bread accompanied by good quality preserves .

The shower did not drain, we waded in ankle deep water our entire shower and it wasn’t plesaworking at 1am, staff doesn’t know why or how to fix it. Weird gate in front of the parking lot which is inconvenient when coming home after the fireworks at disney

Next morning when we wake up i was shocked when my daughter come to me with someone eaten apple which she found under the bed,when i check there was also fries,and some other rubbish. I went to reception and kindly ask twice someone to service our room.After spending all day outside we went back to the hotel where the rubbish was still under the bed,i contact reception and i was told that at the moment there is no one from housekeeping, i assume that maybe they expects me to clean it.Poor amenities,only breakfast was ok.We ask to pay for late chack out as our flight was very late, reception denied straight away. If you are looking for a clean and nice room or you stay with you child this is definitely not the place to stay.Realy disappointed ,i can't rate the hotel even as a 2 star.Next time we will definitely look for different place to stay.
• lee (2/5): - Cleanliness was poor, lady bugs all around the room. Spent the first half an hour cleaning the room ourselves. Beds are rock hard, room is hot with no air circulation. Breakfast was non existent, most of the machines were broken and the two that worked were difficult to get hot water from. Ended up leaving the breakfast and went elsewhere.

• Katherine (10/5): Perfect Base for Disneyland Paris - We love staying at the ACE Hotel Paris Marne la Vallee when we go to Disneyland Paris. Rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. They also have air conditioning. Great free breakfast. There is no shuttle to the parks, but there is a public bus that picks up right around the corner from the hotel. Perfect if you plan on driving to the parks or using public transportation.
• Verified traveler (2/5): unfriendly environment/terrible customer service - It was a very terrible hotel with very bad service, the customer service was poor and they were aggressive. Just because we asked if the other night can be cancelled or if they can give us a better room. The shower was blocked and the water was coming out and smelly. We had to check out and lost 1 day payment,of about £150 which they did not refund.

• Martin (10/5): Actually Ace hotel - Really close to Disneyland resort Paris, literally minutes away. Really friendly and helpful staff. I was impressed by the included breakfast which whilst not up to the standards of the Vienna House Magic Circus was very similar to B and B hotel on the Disney site. Most impressed by the size of the room and the comfort of the very large bed. Only negative Water pressure is noticeably low in shower.

However the family room that we stayed, TV was not working on arrival till we left (4nights) it seems that the staff had reported a day before our arrival but we were not informed and didn’t even offer a change of room although I reported it everyday. All they said they will let the manager knows . The shower has low pressure and the water drain very slowly .

• Rachel (10/5): ACE Disneyland stay with ease and comfort - Great hotel, lovely check in staff and such great family rooms. You don’t get the kettle in the room perks but what you get is so much better, large beds for teenagers, black out blinds that really work, a large and clean shower room and an excellent breakfast. The only other food is from vending machines so just be prepared with your own drinks etc and you’ll be fine. Parking was easy, there’s a themed restaurant next door (we didn’t use) the area is quiet and our fully loaded car felt very safe to park there. It was a ten minute drive to Disneyland and also to the Val D’Europe massive shopping centre. We went to Disneyland one day and then next parked the car at the free parking at Val D’Europe and got a train (40 min) into Paris. We loved our stay and will definitely use this hotel again.

• Julien (10/5): Good stay - Over all good stay and not far from Disneyland, Bus (no 34) 2 euro per adult and Taxi about 15 euro which is 12 min drive. Basic hotel but clean and comfortable for our stay. Breakfast is continental and not that many choice but sufficient to start the day. Staff speak English and they polite and helpful. Only option for dinner is a steak house next door and priced reasonably, no restaurant or bar facilities at the hotel itself except breakfast room. The are choices to get take away (Indian/Chinese and kebab) using just eat if needed and can be delivered to the hotel

• Verified traveler (2/5): - This was a terrible experience. Checking was at 2.30 and we arrived at 3pm and it was pouring rain, the girl at the front desk did not know how to open the front door. She took almost 5 minutes to figure out how to open the door while grabbing her assistant. When they figured out how to open the door and we walked up to the desk she took a phone call and waited 30 seconds for her to get off and all she said was hello. No apology for taking so long for opening the front door, nothing. She then informed us that the room is ready and that they needed pillow cases to be put on in the bed. Keep in mind we only booked the room for a couple hours of downtime while at Disneyland. We waited approx 15 minutes to have someone come up to put the pillow cases on and no one showed. I called the front desk and informed the same girl that no one has come and she said someone will be right up knowing at this point we are only sleeping for a couple hours and will be out. We waiting another 15 minutes and still no one showed when we went downstairs to figure out what the delay was. When we got there no one was even at the front desk and waited ten minutes for an attendant to show. Miraculously the same girl showed up, when she approached and we explained she said that she would need to go to another room and get some cases. She managed to find two pillow cases when we needed three for the queen and single bed. Totally unacceptable for failing everywhere.

• Dashnor (10/5): Fantastic stay, everything was perfect - We went two families of nine people on a trip to Disneyland Paris and stayed in Acehotel for two nights and can say with full pleasure that it was an amazing experience, the hotel is very close to Disneyland only 10 minutes drive, parking was very safe and free with electronic gate ,very very clean even by my wife's standards, the staff are very helpful and polite, very nice breakfast with different choices of food and drinks. The kids did really enjoyed the breakfast and were full of energy for Disney rides.There is a Buffalo restaurant next to the hotel and we went there for dinner loved the food. We didn't see everything in Disneyland and would like to go there again and definitely will book the hotel again . If I'm being honest I didn't expect to be so nice because we've been to different hotels were they make it look like paradise on the their website and it has been rubbish, I even made 1 comment in 1 of them and told them that you must have hired a professional photographer because the hotel is nothing like you present it on the website.
