Jahanara (9/5): Amazing facillities, beautiful pool, helpful staff - The staff are so friendly, consumate professional and always helpful. The house keeping team, restaurant/kitchen/cafe staff all helpful. Great facilities and great management. All the staff work so hard, and friendly. Amazing scenery from pool view. Beautiful green courtyard and live cooking for grills and nan. The restaurant menu is extensive, covering Turkey, Bengali, Thai, Turkish and English food. The bathroom finishing could improve and the cleanliness practices just need to improve however housekeeping always theyre to help you.

My AC sometimes would make a loud noise and shut off completely a guy came to look at it a few times but after they said they would change my room the AC would come back on intermittently. I think if they changed my room would have been better.

We checked in and asked for a refund within an hour. Not suitable for foreign travellers standards. Rooms and hallways smelt damp and nasty. All pillows smelt like sweaty armpits. Cheap for a reason

Mizan (5/5): Although the room itself was clean and comfortable and the cleaner Ahmad together with the security staff were polite an - The room itself was clean and comfortable and there was very little noise which made sleeping easy. The cleaner Ahmad was excellent, very polite, hardworking and attentive. The security staff were also friendly and respectful throughout our stay. Unfortunately the rest of the experience was very disappointing. The reception staff were poorly organised, lacked professionalism and communication was very poor. We were given inconsistent information about charges including additional fees for my wife’s stay and breakfast which created unnecessary confusion at checkout. The television in the room did not work properly and it was not a smart TV so streaming services such as Netflix were not possible. Breakfast was extremely disappointing considering it cost 700 taka per person per day. The menu was the same every day and the food quality and taste were very poor. The chicken bhuna in particular was not enjoyable. We also paid 1000 taka per person for the first Ramadan iftar buffet but unfortunately most of the food was inedible due to the poor taste. Overall the food quality and service standards need significant improvement.
