• Andrew (8/5): Clean, well-equipped flat with spectacular views of the city. - Spectacular views of the city. Clean, well-equipped apartment. Quiet. Near (<1km) restaurants and shops. Nice to find bottle of wine and some cheese on arrival. one bed very soft and bedframe in need of repair.
• Sally (8/5): Great view, cosy flat. - The view is amazing, a wonderful flat. Lots of lovely treats like the wine, cheese, coffee capsules. Everything you need. A beautiful place to wake up in and explore from. Very comfy beds. It is up a very steep hill but you can get Tram 12E up to a nearby road in the evenings when it's less busy (get a Navagante card from a machine at a metro stop and load some euros ready, we put on 10 each and it lasted us 4 days). Thank you Cheese&Wine! A few facilities were a little worn (I've told them which and they are updating). There's also only one huge mirror in the bathroom so take a small one if you can for when it's occupied and a few of you need to get ready!

Everything was close by, and the view from the window is stunning! This is hardly an inconvenience, but it's worth noting that the apartment is located at a very high elevation and requires a climb to Largo Monte. The apartment itself had very noticeable water stains on the walls.

• Hansjörg (10/5): Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einmaliger Aussicht - Die Aussicht auf Lissabon ist einmalig. Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet und super lokalen Wein und Käse zur Begrüßung. Einkaufen, Bars Tram und Bus in der Nähe wer nicht zu Fuß laufen will oder kann. Hatten ein Mietauto ohne Probleme für 2 Nächte am nahegelegen kostenlosen öff. Parkplatz Wer zu Fuß in die Stadt will sollte bedenken dass es runter und abends wieder hoch geht. Auch die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock.War für uns kein Problem. Dieser einmalige Ausblick ist es allemal wert

• Nicole (8/5): Gelungener Aufenthalt mit fantastischer Aussicht - Diese Ferienwohnung (im 2. Stock, 2 Schlafzimmer) liegt sehr günstig für Ausflüge in Lissabon. Wir haben fast alles zu Fuß gemacht. Nicht weit ist eine Bus/Tram-Haltestelle. Kleinere Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf liegen fußläufig. Am besten hat uns der fantastische Ausblick über die Stadt gefallen. Das Haus liegt oben auf einem der Hügel. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Für eine Woche lässt es sich hier gut aushalten. Zur Begrüßung gibt es eine Flasche Rotwein, Cracker und Ziegenkäse...das war sehr lecker. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist freundlich und sehr schnell. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, sowohl von der Straße aus (nachts war es im Januar aber sehr ruhig), als auch die Geräusche aus dem Haus selbst. Hat uns den Spaß aber nicht genommen. Wir würden hier wieder buchen.
• Claire (7/5): Lovely new year’s break - View couldn’t be beaten - especially brilliant on New Year’s Eve as we could watch all the fireworks without the hustle and bustle of thousands of other people. Cosy apartment in a great location with lots of facilities within a stone’s throw and a nice walk into the town (although pavements get very slippery when it rains). The wine and goat’s cheese was a thoughtful touch. Quite a few small maintenance issues and I wouldn’t have actually sat on the balcony which was tiny (and we were there in the winter as well).

• Minó (10/5): Apartment with a beautiful view - The place is in a great location, the view is amazing. The apartment is well equipped, clean. Check-in was easy (we received the apartment and entrance code on time). It was a very friendly thought that a bottle of wine and cheese was waiting for us upon arrival (thank you!). The windows are a bit old, when there was a big storm, the rain came through them.

• Tatiana (10/5): Obłędna lokalizacja - Obłędna lokalizacja. Co prawda, dostać się tam na własnych nogach i to jeszcze z walizkami to prawdziwe wyzwanie, ale widoki rekompensują wszystko. A na dodatek istnieją taksówki :) Apartament urządzony w stylu retro - z wysmakowanymi dodatkami i przewygodnymi łóżkami. Miłym akcentem była również butelka wina i lokalny ser na powitanie. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko czego potrzeba. Właściciele bardzo pomocni o każdej porze dnia i nocy - w sytuacji kryzysowej, szybko zareagowali i rozwiązali problem. Brakowało luster. Poza olbrzymim lustrem w łazience - żadne z pozostałych pomieszczeń nie ma ani jednego lustra. Przy większej ilości ludzi było to niewygodne.

• Rob Marshall (5/5): - The customer service needs work. Our entry to the apartment changed 3 times and was still late. We requested and were given a 2pm check in. Work on the door lock was being conducted, told to come back at 4, work not complete. Told to come back a 6pm. Came back at 6:30pm and the worker was just cleaning up his mess. We got into to apartment at this time. Requested some type of compensation for the inconvenience for humping our bags to the door 3 times. Given nothing, just polite excuses and the offer to move our check out time. Not impressed by the poor work scheduling and the lack of commitment to make the service better. In my mind we should have been given something off the room charge for your companies poor planning. Offer to move our check out time to later, isn't a positive, it is an insult. The departments involved in changing the locks and servicing the apartment need to plan better and try to not inconvenience guests.

• Rebecca (10/5): Loved it all. Will definitely return! - The views are incredible. The location is perfect! Such a nice touch having a bottle of wine and some cheese waiting for us when we arrived. It had been a long travel day and was very much appreciated. We all slept like babies each night as the beds were really comfortable. There were fans in each room which was amazing and necessary as it was quite warm. There really wasn’t much we didn’t like. At a push to find something, the apartment could do with a few more mirrors dotted around as the only one is in the bathroom which isn’t great if someone’s in the shower and others are getting ready to go out. Also, we were on the top floor so there’s plenty of stairs but this wasn’t an issue for us.

It was stunning. - Before we came we got a message that the wine and cheese will be in the flat as welcome snack. Unfortunately we did not find the cheese in the fridge. Of course, it is a minor prpblem bevause we were not hungry:) - The sheets on the bed was bloody. - Doors of the bathroom was really noisy at night (It was hot inside so we opened the windows. Wind was moved the doors). By the way, locker of bathroom doors was not working well. - The sofa and other stuff inside were dirty. - chair inside the bedroom was broken. - In the pictures we saw a balcony with a view. Balvony was not in the apartment.

• Gaylor (8/5): Sweet and tasty Days in Lisboa - Malgré un petit souci d’organisation à l’arrivée, l’appartement, le quartier, l’équipe ont permis de passer un bon séjour. Le vin et le fromage offerts sont de qualité. La vue est superbe ! Les portes ferment mal et peuvent claquer quand fenêtres ouvertes.

• Cloutier (8/5): - Superbe vue, lit confortable, bien décoré et vin et fromage à l'arrivée. Problème avec eau chaude pendant la douche qui devrait être un problème temporaire j'imagine. Et on a trouvé que c'était loin pour y retourner en fin de soirée le premier soir, mais on s'est ajustés avec Uber qui nous a vraiment facilité la vie pour les autres jours.
• Alexandre (9/5): Un très bel appartement à la vue sublime. - L'appartement dans le lequel nous logions avait une vue extraordinaire juste à côté d'un miradouro. Il était très très bien équipé. La déco était très belle et relaxante, personnalisée. Une double exposition permet de faire des courant d'air (sous les toits et pas de clim). Nous avons tout aimé. L'appartement était au troisième étage sans ascenseur et l'accès en voiture est difficile dans le centre de Lisbonne. Nous n'avons eu aucun contact à l'arrivée avec qui que ce soit. Mais un petit incident au départ nous a permis d'apprécier l'efficacité et la compréhension des hôtes.

• Colin (8/5): Blown away by the view in Lisbon - The view from the Balcony is simply spectacular. In fact, 75 feet away starts a view platform for the city that all the tour operators, tul-tuk drivers, and taxis bring people to see. There are a lot of good dining options at the bottom of the hill. I didn't like that luggage storage was 26 min away by uber. No air conditioning, but once you open the doors and windows, it cools off quickly. The street side bedroom window is a little scary to leave open while sleeping. It's just a few feet higher than the head of people walking by

We had way better apartements for same price - Great communication with the company handling the apartment Great location and view, but well , you come to Portugal to visit not to stay in the apartement... Decent mattresses and kitchen equipments There is no centralised heating or air conditioning. It's very bad during winter and most likely summer Was VERY cold in the apartment and the cheap small heating units could not cover the space. Merely do 19 C in the sleeping rooms , very problematic with a small kid. Was REALLY cold in the bathroom ( NO heating whatsoever ) and rest of the apartment. The electric boiler was not enough for 3 people having showers. I had to put it on max to have decent water. One of the beds/rooms has VERY poor design , as pillows fall in a hole , and there's no way to rest against a wall Some black mold here and there ( humidity issues ) which raise health concerns ( related to cold as well ) Price / Quality is quite bad , we had much better apartements in Portugal , this one was the worse by far. Centralised AC/Heating would be a must if we ever want to consider to come back + redesign of one the beds ( at least some bed head )

• Teona (3/5): I do not recommend anyone to stay at this particular apartment. - Just a view of the city from the window. There was nothing else to like about this house. It didn't even have a balcony. Maybe this company has better hardware. We paid so much for 3 nights that we didn't even get a service suitable for the price. We were told that the equipment was on the second floor, but it turned out to be on the fourth floor. The house is quite old. with old doors and windows. The door of the house opens and closes with difficulty. It's scary when it's windy, everything shakes so much, you feel like you're standing in the wind. There is a terrible smell of damp throughout the house. There is no tea or coffee machine in the kitchen, which was indicated on the booking. We used a kettle to boil water for coffee. There are no chandeliers in the bedrooms and you can only light them with a lampshade. The beds are narrow and low, the pillows are too small, you actually sleep without a pillow. If you have suitcases, the stairs are so heavy that you don't even think about stopping here. What we paid in this house, we paid half of that in the port, and I can't even compare it with the house and service we got there.

We were there celebrating the new year, beautiful fireworks right in front of us. And there's a free and safe parking lot nearby. Easy to get to the sights, restaurants and river. It was a functional and easy stay. There is no parking on site, parking is about a 5 minute walk away and is a parkade and you need to pay, we struggled with the directions initially given. We contacted the hosts and they sent us the correct details. the parkade is small and can get full. the downstairs door to the apartment block did not lock, from a security point might be better if it did!

Lejligheden indeholder alt hvad man har brug for og befinder sig i et dejligt lokalområde med flere gode hyggelige og autentiske restauranter som bestemt er et besøg værd.
