• Nancy (10/5): The location of the apartment was perfect for exploring Lisbon, yet a bit off the busiest streets. - The apartment is comfortable, bright and clean, making it a great place to relax after exploring the city. It is conveniently located to the primary tourist sites and easy access to all forms of public transit. The daily breakfast of cheese, fresh pastries, jam and fresh orange juice was a lovely treat, and we enjoyed sitting in the apartment having breakfast before heading out on a busy day of exploring. Access to laundry facilities at no additional cost was a pleasant surprise and it was easy to store our luggage after checkout until our driver arrived. Should our travels take us back to Lisbon, we will certainly stay again.

• Claudia (10/5): - Wir können die Ferienwohnungen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Dame, die uns empfangen hat, war sehr freundlich und hat sich viel Zeit genommen uns alles zu zeigen. Die Lage ist ideal zum Erkunden der Stadt. Die Wohnung mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail und individuell eingerichtet. Das Frühstück wird jeden Morgen frisch geliefert und ist wirklich sehr lecker. Wir hatten sogar einen Plattenspieler mit einer tollen Auswahl an Platten in der Wohnung, den wir sehr gerne genutzt haben. Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

Fresh juice and pastries were dropped off in the morning and a great coffee store was around the corner. It was in a great part of town walkable to everything. Check in was extremely easy and convenient. Would highly recommend for any traveler looking for extra room and comfort beyond a hotel.

• robert (10/5): Great stay - clean- well serviced - location -snacks. Perfect. - Comfortable two bed apartment with sitting room/dining/kitchen area and one bathroom. Very comfy beds. Lift. All the amenities in the little kitchen one needed. Every morning we received fresh rolls pastries orange juice and during the day the fridge was stocked with cold meat cheese milk jam and butter refreshed daily. Apartment was serviced daily. Friendly and very clean every day. Great aircon throughout. We discovered the laundry room too late to use it. The sitting room and main bedroom had windows opening onto the street. It was quiet. Great location a few minutes to Alfama on one side and to the central Baixa area on the other. Walking was easy. We didn’t use metro or bus transport ( the day after the terrible Gloria tragedy) but Ubers were plentiful and very cheap. Nearby was a great supermarket (Pinco - they are everywhere). Would definitely stay again. Sharing one bathroom might not work for everyone.

• Reema (10/5): Loved it, 10/10 would recommend! - The location was perfect all types of restaurants and cafes are only a minute walk from the apartment, The staff were so welcoming and polite and nice they made us feel very welcome and they helped me with a close apartment to the elevator for my elderly parents. The apartment itself was spacious and very well designed and decorated it felt homey and modern and it was very clean For me personally none! But If you are renting your own car you won’t be able to park there because it is a very very narrow street and a extremely steep as well and because of the steep streets that go up and down it may be a little but tough for elderly and sick to walk on them but not completely unmanageable and also there is always the option of ubers which are so very easy to find and book!

Breakfast goodies including fresh fruit, bread and pastry bites delivered daily to your door was a very nice touch. Most comfortable beds! We had to wait outside on the steep roadway outside of the apartment with our luggage for hours before the office opened at 9am to store until checkin. Shower drain clogged and despite requests to fix, it wasn’t addressed.

It was super easy to get to all the shops, food, buses and trams. The front desk staff were super warm and knowledgeable. They were so sweet with our 2 boys and made them feel so comfortable. They were accommodating and helpful when we needed help with something. Breakfast was also super fun w a fun pastry every morning along. Definitely would stay here again if I come back to Lisbon! Maybe the elevator was a bit small but whatever. We just had to make multiple trips. Not a big deal.

The facilities for tastefully done. The staff was very helpful and responsive on booking.com, but they were only available during limited office hours. I would definitely stay here again because of the location and overall spaciousness of the rooms. The 5th floor (penthouse) required stair access only, so only people who can carry luggage up a full flight without the elevator should book that room. I would have liked to see more artisan made decor in the rooms. They were a bit simple and modern but not very unique.

But unfortunately when we came back at the end of the day, the host never sent another towel and at that point there was no staff to ask again for a towel so one of us was forced to use someone else's used towel.

It was beautiful, for starters, with huge windows overlooking charming streets, and within easy walking distance of the Alfama and Baixa. Our rooms were bright, extremely clean, so comfortable, and modern. We loved coming back to our rooms after our days exploring Lisbon. And the breakfast..every morning, the Lisboans delivered fresh pastries, breads, and juice, from a local place, and this was in addition to the breakfast cheeses, meats, and fruits that were replenished daily in the fridge. My family of four didn't want to leave. Highly, highly recommended. N/A
• David (10/5): Excellent location, clean apartment. Wine bar is great! - The apartment is in a great location to explore Lisbon. The apartment is well appointed. In addition to the stocked fridge with breakfast items, orange juice and fresh bread are brought to your room each morning and it is a nice breakfast experience. We had a small issue with our room at the beginning and Marina at the front desk was so helpful. The issue was resolved immediately. The wine bar which is part of the hotel was fantastic and we highly recommend the food and dining experience!

Great communication prior to our arrival and the staff was very friendly throughout our entire stay. The fridge was stocked with meats, yogurt, milk and strawberries, and the fresh bread and orange juice delivered to our room every morning was a wonderful treat! It is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend the Lisboan Apartments to anyone visiting Lisbon.

• Shu (8/5): Beautiful apartment and convenient location - Tastefully decorated and comfortable living space for two. Staff were warm and very helpful. Breakfast daily was fresh and pastries were varied which we appreciate. Watching sunlight streaming through the windows in the living area every day was amazing. Location was convenient and we could walk easily to quite a few places we wanted to visit. Nothing much, but just some small notes for future guests to be aware of. Parking is some distance away, property is on a slope so best to unload luggage right outside especially if multiple luggage. We stayed at the top floor and at night could look into the window of the adjacent property through the bathroom window which meant they could also see us and the bathroom window has no means of privacy - felt like we were in full view. Being picky here, but bed is quite shaky hence if sharing a bed, this could be an issue.

• Chelsea (8/5): Great location for a short stay - The location is perfectly situated right in the middle so walking to everything was great & the staff were very welcoming & friendly. A few negatives from our side, the bed linens had a bad smell & didn’t feel fresh. The dish washer kept leaking even though we didn’t use it, so unfortunately we kept walking into water. Staff did try to fix it but they had to come two days in a row as they were unsuccessful along with the fact that there were renovations happening to the rooms near us. So we felt disturbed on a few occasions. Overall we felt it wasn’t worth the money we paid for.
