• Cassandra (6/5): - Room was cute, check in was easy, they let us keep our bags there until our train. The location was excellent and the value was overall good. Some of the items in the bathroom had not been dusted in a while, and the bathroom layout was awkward for both me and my friend (we are both a little tall). There was also an unpleasant smell in the lobby area during the day

• Borklu (1/5): Stay away, worst experience we have ever had. - Stay away! The hotel was run by turks, so we were happy to have booked there but were disappointed when we arrived. the hotel is not as new as it is in the photos.The rooms are noisy, there's no elevator, and it's not worth a penny. The bathroom and rooms were quite clean as I'd expect from turkish owners, that's the only good thing. There was no water or anything like that in the room; we had to get everything ourselves. The photos show tea and water as if there were some. There's no elevator; someone carried our suitcase to our room on the top floor, and we had to carry it down ourselves, sweating. The hotel constantly had a heavy, unpleasant smell of food. Whenever we asked the young man in the lobby for something, he could barely hear us and couldn't give a reaction. We asked him 3 times about something, and he said he would come to our room, but he didn't for hours. We called him 2-3 to remind him, but still got no information. He seemed completely distracted. When booking our hotel, we chose a no-prepayment, last-minute cancellation option for flexibility. And due to a mistake we made with our train tickets, we realized we needed to check out one day early. The guy in the lobby first said it's totally fine for us to check out early, our booking type even allowed us to change our check-in and check-out dates, but the change was sent to the hotel for approval. In the morning hotel owner claimed that Booking didn't offer refunds and they couldn't do anything. I contacted Booking customer service, who confirmed that in such bookings, the decision rests entirely with the hotel staff and they have no involvement. The hotel staff refused to refund us for the last day of our four-day trip and kept our money, despite having many empty rooms and our early check-out not causing them any harm. They did this by lying and deceiving us, claiming Booking wouldn't have allowed them to issue a refund.
• TANYA (5/5): Not a 2-bed room! - Really close to the station but very quiet - nice terrace. We booked a room with twin beds but were given a double - we asked for a discount but no - on the first night one of us had to sleep on a camp bed. (Apparently there is only one room with twin beds and someone else had been given it.) They did move us to the twin-bed room on the second night of our two-night stay -- but this meant we had to pack and check out and then check in again. Also the curtains in the new room were too short so we were woken by light coming in. They should not advertise rooms with 2 beds of they only have one room like that.

• ELISA (9/5): agradable y cómoda para una estancia corta - Muy buena ubicación cerca de la estación donde llegamos y frente al tranvía que te lleva al centro histórico el sistema de jabon en la ducha no funcionaba, vinieron a intentar repararla pero siguió sin funcionar, el sistema era malo. pero intentó arreglarlo.
• Raul (8/5): Al lado de la estación - La habitación es grande y la cama también. Está al lado de la estación de trenes. Tiene nevera en la habitación y el baño es cómodo y estaba todo limpio y las paredes blanquitas. Las ventanas aíslan bastante el ruido ya que daba a la calle principal y tiene tránsito. Entraba mucha luz por las ventanas ya que son grandes y las cortinas no tapan lo suficiente, le pondría unas persianas, para evitar tanta luz. Tuvimos que subir 2 tramos de escaleras pero eran cómodas.

Posizione molto tranquilla, mezz'ora a piedi dal centro ma credetemi ne vale la pena se volete vedere ammirare tutta la città L'accoglienza dello staff lascia molto a desiderare ma soprattutto la pulizia della stanza è pressoché pessima, il letto era pieno di capelli.

Cuando llegamos en recepción no había nadie, y nos tuvo que atender la señora de la limpieza (que luego parecía ser la de recepción). La habitación que reservamos no fue la que nos asignaron. En las fotos parece mucho más moderno de lo que en realidad es. En general todo era bastante cutre, el baño incluido. Relación calidad-precio muy caro.

• Gianluca (7/5): Comodo appoggio per chi viaggia coi mezzi pubblici. - Posizione molto comoda, a 5 minuti a piedi da stazione dei treni e fermata Flibco per l'aeroporto di Charleroi. L'insegna dell'hotel è poco visibile. Il personale era gentile ma non sempre presente. Al giorno del check-out dovevo lasciare le valige in struttura (servizio gentilmente offerto), ma ho dovuto aspettare un'ora per poter parlare con qualcuno della struttura, che poi non parlava neanche inglese.

La personne de l’hôtel me demande si je fume, je dis que non et toutes les nuits une odeur de cigarette était présente en permanence dans ma chambre. Mon voisin de chambre parlait au téléphone en haut parleur tellement fort à minuit que je pouvais suivre la conversation sans aucun problème. Impossible de bien dormir dans ces conditions à tel point que j’ai abandonné ma dernière nuit et je suis allé louer une autre chambre dans un autre hôtel beaucoup moins chère et bien mieux.

Ik had wat reviews gelezen over het geluidsoverlast van buitenaf (tram), maar ik ben een persoon die daar goed tegen kan dus had er niet veel last van! Had meer last van mijn buur die enorm luid aan de telefoon sprak om half 11 in de avond 😅

En la ducha no habían repuesto el gel de baño, y echamos de menos haber recibido un desayuno, ya que el precio era bastante elevado como para no tenerlo incluido.

• Sibylle (1/5): Heizung kaputt, eiskalt, keine Hilfe, miserabler Service - Die Nähe zum Bahnhof. Mein Aufenthalt war im Winter, es war schon kalt draußen. Mein Zimmer war eiskalt, als ich ankam. Der Eigentümer zeigte auf eine Heizung und drehte sie auf. Als ich spätabends ins Zimmer kam, war es immer noch eiskalt, die Heizung funktionierte nicht wirklich. Ich rief den einzigen Mitarbeiter. Er sprach weder Französisch, Englisch oder Deutsch und stellte sich dumm. Er konnte mir keine Lösung anbieten und wurde unfreundlich. Ich verbrachte die Nacht mit drei Decken, voll bekleidet im Winterkleidung und musste mich ab und zu warm Fönen… Ich fror sogar im Gesicht. Ich kann von diesem Hotel nur abraten.
• Mercedes (1/5): Casa abandonada - Nada. Una de las peores experiencias que tuve con Booking Parece una casa abandonada habitada. En la recepción no había nadie, vino una persona desde otro salón a atenderme. Me dieron una habitación que no se correspondía con la que salía en las fotos. Además no funcionaba la calefacción, la alfombra estaba sucia y la habitación olía a humedad. Solicité el cambio pero me dijeron que no tenían disponibilidad cuando en Booking pude confirmar que habían habitaciones libres. Entonces me dijeron que si quería irme, me fuera. Afortunadamente tomé esa decisión y me fui a otro hotel mucho mejor y al mismo precio. Os recomiendo NO ir a este hotel.
