The family room had a curtain between the two beds so children could go to sleep without being disturbed by lights. Clean. We slept well. Our room was tired. The flooring was lifting and sticky. Breakfast was difficult for those with allergies or an intolerance to certain foods. Nothing was labelled. No instructions in room to figure out airport conditioning. Noisy from the street.

Расположение отеля очень хорошее, рядом с центральной улицей, маркеты, рестораны, кафе. Мы остались очень довольны. У нас была резерва на троих человек, по фотографиям я выбрала номер с отдельной комнатой для двоих и с диваном-кроватью для третьего на зале. Но по прибытию нас посетители в маленький номер с тремя кроватями. Было неожиданно, но уже невозможно было что-то изменить.

Direkt um die Ecke liegt eine tolle Markthalle mit allen Arten von Leckereien. Das Personal am Empfang und auch beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war geräumig wirkte aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war ok. Zimmer und Bad müssten renoviert werden.

Sería genial si en las habitaciones hubiera un calentador de agua o hervidor para poder hacerse una infusión caliente por la noche e incluso una mini nevera. Muchas gracias .

• Marlen (7/5): Tolles Hotel für einen Städtetrip - Für einen Städtetrip vollkommen ausreichend. Sauberes und auch großzügiges Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Beim Essen könnte es etwas mehr Gemüse gegeben. Ein paar Gurken und frische Tomaten.

• Maria Anna (10/5): Una estancia excelente - Nuestro apartamento era súper grande y acomodada casi personas. Estaba súper limpio, las camas eran muy cómodas. Se ubica a casi unos 15 minutos a pié desde Ribeira y muy cerca del mercado de Bolhao. De verdad, la próxima vez que visitemos Oporto, nos alojaremos ahí. Nos quedamos muy satisfechos.

• Eva (6/5): - L’emplacement est idéal pour un week-end et visiter le château. Le parking gratuit, le parc est très agréable et le personnel très accueillant. Nous avons été directement déçus par la chambre à notre arrivée. Nous avons aperçu une terrasse qui n’avait pas été nettoyée depuis un bon moment. Nous nous sommes retrouvés avec de petits radiateurs d’appoint, car ni le chauffage ni la climatisation ne fonctionnaient. Nous sommes un peu déçus au regard du rapport qualité-prix, qui n’est pas au rendez-vous. Le hammam était en panne et la piscine un peu fraîche. Les couloirs des bâtiments peuvent parfois être bruyants. Dans notre bâtiment A, il y a eu quelques petits travaux de rafraîchissement qui n’ont pas été terminés : on peut apercevoir des traces d’enduit qui n’ont pas encore été repeintes.

Personal super amable y diligente, te ayudan en todo. El desayuno muy bien, variado y de calidad. Si vuelvo a Oporto me volveré a alojar aquí. Un 10! Todo estuvo genial.

Gute Matratzen, kleine Kitchenette mit Gläser/Tellern und Besteck. Kleiner Tisch. Das Badezimmer war verhältnismäßig klein, aber man konnte sich gut im Zimmer fertig machen. Für Familie oder Freundesgruppen super. Frühstück war gut 👍 Nettes Personal. Vorab Kontakt auch sehr nett. Dadurch, dass das Hotel ziemlich auf dem Hügel liegt, waren die Heimwege immer etwas anstrengend. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Am Fenster war ein bisschen Schimmel.. wird bestimmt regelmäßig entfernt.

• Nathalie (8/5): Très agréable si je reviens à Porto je réserverai cet établissement à nouveau - L’emplacement, le personnel très agréable, l’hôtel était propre, le ménage fait quotidiennement et les serviettes de toilettes étaient changées tous les jours. Dommage que deux groupes (un de garçons allemand et un de filles espagnoles) ne respectent pas les personnes car ils étaient très bruyants au petit déjeuner et très mal installés à table.
