• Moacir (10/5): - Apartamento amplo, com dois andares, duas TVs e todo equipado. Vista linda para o mar. Adriana nos recebeu com suco gelado e muita simpatia. Embora não tivesse café da manhã incluído, fomos surpreendidos com croissant e café solúvel à disposição . A localização é perfeita. Há poucos passos do trem e do porto. Tudo próximo. Ao lado do centro histórico. Recomendo muito. Voltaria com certeza.

Great centralized location in the center of everything. Perfect No complaints, except having to take many flights of stairs, or to load you bags into a very tiny elevator made for one person and one large suitcase.

• Zorina (9/5): Great place, clean, safe, and the bed was super comfy and it was pretty quiet as well. - Location was excellent - the ocean view was amazing and so nice to have our coffee on the balcony which is wider than the photos suggest. The only draw back to renting an apt is that there was no living area to sit on a couch and relax. It was not a huge deal as we were gone most days and just came home and lounged on the bed for a little bit before sleeping.

• Martín Andrés (10/5): Hermoso hospedaje con todas las comodidaes y una anfitriona excelente. - Al Centro Suites tiene una ubicación excelente, ideal para recorrer Sorrento caminando y disfrutar de todo lo que ofrece la ciudad. El departamento es muy cómodo, cuenta con balcón y tiene unas vistas muy lindas, lo que hace que la estadía sea aún más agradable. Es un dúplex muy bien equipado, con todas las comodidades necesarias. El único punto a tener en cuenta es que tiene una escalera interna, por lo que puede resultar un poco incómodo para personas mayores o con movilidad reducida. La anfitriona fue muy amable desde el primer momento y nos recibió con un limoncello, un detalle muy lindo que nos hizo sentir bienvenidos. Además, también nos avisó de un paro de trenes que había en la ciudad. En resumen, un departamento hermoso, muy bien ubicado y totalmente recomendable para disfrutar de Sorrento.

Very responsive on whatsapp daily and happy to be very flexible with plans for our arrival time. Also checked in on us from time to time to check we were ok. And arranged a taxi for us for our return to the airport. The apartment location is perfect. With lovely views of Vesuvius from the balcony. It is right in the heart of the town with all the shops and restaurants within a few minutes. A lovely café next door where we went for breakfast. (There are no cooking or food prep facilities in the apartment just a kettle). It has its own entrance and a lift (it's on the third floor) and all accessed with a pin code so you don't need to remember keys. It's very clean and modern with nice furnishings. I would've liked another pillow, as we are used to having 2 each at home. The bed also was not very comfortable for us as it was very hard, but that is personal preference. It was very small, and there is no real spaces to sit about, just a table with 2 chairs and a v small balcony (with 2 chairs) or the bed, but this was not a problem as we did not sit in there very much, I'm sure most people just use it as a base, as it is perfect for that.

Our host, Adriana, was incredibly helpful; when a bus strike occurred, she went above and beyond to help us find alternative transportation to Naples so we could catch our train to Florence The pillows were really thin. Close to restaurants and piazza. Some special treats at various times through our stay were very much appreciated and made us feel very welcome 💛 beautiful view of ocean and mt Vesuvius from balcony. So relaxing to sit and take in the ambience 💛 Very heavy front door to access building. Staircase up to bed loft. No problem for us but might be difficult for someone less mobile. There was a lift to get up the main stairs to the floor which was really appreciated!

• Michelle (10/5): Great location for central stay in Sorrento with a view. - I loved the location of the flat. Close to all the main things, but a quiet area. The building had an elevator, which made life simpler with luggage and climbing stairs. The hosts were lovely and checked in a few times to make our stay the best it could be. The view from the small balcony was a great way to enjoy mornings and evenings. We can not wait to return.
• David (10/5): 4 days in Sorrento arriving by train... recovering from Pompeii and Herculanium visits! - Lovely location, central to Sorrento and wonderful views across the Bay from the balcony. Just short walks to restaurants and shops and an easy walk from the station ( we were travelling by train) and the Port area ( we were leaving by ferry). There is a lift within the apartment building but also one you pay a small amount ( of cash) to use that takes you to the Port area if you want to avoid the steps. Very comfortable bed. Shower and all facilities very good, including small kitchen area which was well equipped. It was easy to prepare food in the apartment if we wanted to. The host was very helpful and access easy and secure. Lovely unexpected juice and pastries for one of the breakfasts from the host It was quiet despite the central location. Nothing. I guess it would have been good to have something softer to sit on in the kitchen/. living area, perhaps just padding on the bench seat? Tiny point. We loved it !

• Maria (8/5): Stylish Sorrento Al Centro Suite - Immaculately clean, bright modern suite in excellent location. Quiet & feels secure/Private. Helpful communications. Issue with bidet was quickly sorted Very nice view. We had breakfast delivered one morning which made a nice change. Brought right to our door.too Large, soft bath towels. Plenty of wardrobe space. Choice of wonderful restaurants close by and good location overall. We had the 'Mugetto Suite' This has the smallest balcony. It does have a very nice view but beware it is just big enough for 2 average size people to sit on together. The bedroom ceiling is slopped towards the head of bed end & I managed to bang my head on it a few times. No coffee or machine so be prepared to bring some or buy, if like us you need that morning caffeine kick.
• Tim (10/5): - We stayed in two different rooms at Al Centro suites - returning to Sorrento after a couple days in Amalfi, and it was lovely place to come back to. The location is excellent - about mid-way between railway station and port (steep uphill!), and about 10-15 mins walk to the Marina Grande. We made good use of the excellent restaurant next door, and despite its central location we were never disturbed at night. The downstairs area of the property is small and really a glorified entrance hall, but the rooms themselves, which are upstairs, are spacious and super-comfortable. Adriana was a very communicative and helpful host and she even kept the milk we'd bought for the first visit and put in the fridge for our return. Entrance is by a code system (no key) with makes everything very straightforward. Having streaming services on the TVs. Only a small point as no-one really goes to Sorrento to watch television, but would have been nice...

• Janis (10/5): Beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment with Stunning view of Vesuvius! - The view from the huge balcony was absolutely awesome! It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The bed was large and super comfortable! It was on the second floor and the room also had another balcony with a stunning view. The bathroom and the living area were on the main floor. It was just steps away from the central area with many great restaurants and bars. Everything was great!
• Laura (10/5): Organised right in the centre incredible view - After the commotion with the transport system in this country it’s lovely when there organisation and this lady is it. She ask you how far away you are before check in ( non annoying) so she can guide you towards the property what is super simple to find. Three minutes from the lift if you come by ferry take the lift to take you up. It’s €1,30 pp. At the appartment the lady awaited me with a glass of juice, the room is lovely clean and with kettle and teabags and some coffee. Spring water supplied. Amazing shower!! Good pressure. Best of all a tiny balcony with the most amazing views of the ocean and Naples. Fussy me, I would be back here Nothing

• John (10/5): Best View and Spot in Sorrento for the Price - When you arrive it doesn't look like anything special. Up the elevator and to the room and once you open the doors to the balcony on two floors the views of the Sorrento bay, Naples and the hillside you know you have arrived at a special spot. The location is perfect with an easy walk to the port for boat and ferry rides and you are in the best central spot for wine bars, restaurants and shopping. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. The location was perfect and near the train station and the port. I highly recommend a stay here!

• Miss Dawn E A (10/5): Perfect location. Perfect accommodation. Perfect host. - We loved the location, the views, the facilities and proximity to everything we had planned whilst in Sorrento. Adriana and her husband were perfect hosts and Adriana was extremely well organised with her communications from the very moment we booked our dates 8 months before our visit, right to the very moment we left. One of the best hosts for privately owned accommodation we’ve ever stayed at. The apartment suite is extremely well equipped with an extremely comfortable bed. The views from the balcony are stunning and sunrise is spectacular. The port for day trips to Amalfi/Capri/Positano are a 10-15min walk; there are simply loads of restaurants in easy walking distance; super coffee shops and gelato venues within easy reach and plenty of places to grab any meal of the day. Supermarkets within 10mins if you prefer to organise a few evenings at the apartment with your own food to enjoy the evening on the balcony. A fabulous Off Licence called the Corner Shop less than 2 minutes opposite the suites. There is simply everything you need for the perfect stay. We would definitely recommend Al Centro Suites as the best location for your trip with a fantastic host. There was absolutely nothing we did not like.

• Lori (10/5): Gorgeous views/ prime location in Sorrento. - The wonderful location with unparalleled views on two terraces and in the center of town. Not far from the overnight parking. It was a bit inconvenient to go to the lower floor (from the bedroom) to use the toilet. If you get up at night, you negotiate a spiral staircase.

Bed were cozy and very comfy. Easy check in and out. There was a strange smell in the room when we arrived, coming from the bathroom. Nothing too dramatic, but just strange and would come back when we would go out.

• Sergio (10/5): The best place to stay for a first time visitor - The Suite was very beautiful and cozy. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The use of code to get in and out was very easy. The host was very attentive and generous and a great communicator throughout our stay. The building was located really close to the lift. Many restaurants located around the building as well and a nice park to sit in, in front of the building.

• Max (10/5): Grymt! Kunde inte haft det bättre - Läget, personalen, underbart ställe!! Kunde inte blivit bättre, speciellt med de priset mitt i Italien, ner till stranden tog på riktigt 1-2 minuter! Med hiss som alternativ för en billig peng, retur upp och ner 1,2 euro typ! Kön va lång påvägen upp men gick snabbt! En gång gick vi upp och det var inte så jobbigt Inget ang boendet men stränderna eller beachclubsen nära var dyra, men helt klart värt! • Maria (10/5): In Sorrento this is the place to stay! - It was the perfect place to stay. Walking distance to the Porto and lifts. The restaurants and shops steps away. Communication with the owner was excellent. I would definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
• Samuel (10/5): Perfect - Everything was amazing. Adriana reached out well in advance and gave us the information we needed to access the building and room. We ended up arriving late because of a car accident and she waited for us which was really nice. She checked in on us a couple times with whatsapp to make sure everything was ok. Everything was great. The apartment was very comfortable, and the views were amazing. The location is great. I wish we could have stayed longer.

• Glenn (10/5): - Absolutely wonderful property! We stayed in the Lavanda suite that was impeccable from the view from the two balconies of Mount Vesuvius, ocean and city views. Could not get enough of the view. The location is perfect. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants! Adrianna was amazing. She provided us with information on Sorrento, upgrading of our suite and the refreshing drink and treat when we arrived. Overall we highly recommend Al Centro and hope to return again someday soon!!
• Rocío (10/5): Amazing location with amazing views - The location is great. The lift is near by if you don’t want to go up the stairs or if you are carrying suitcases. Lots of restaurants around, near downtown, walkable to everything. Very comfortable to stay there. The place is amazing (we stay at lavander room) with amazing views and the communication with Adriana was great.

• Rickey (10/5): Amazing views and location - Al Centro Suites is an absolute gem! I told my husband my criteria when searching for the perfect place in Sorrento….I wanted a place with the best location and great views! THIS was it! The location could not be more perfect! 2 Balconies both with great views! You are literally a short block or two from the start of the market street and the both waterfront cliff-top parks with views of harbor and sunset. And a quick 6 minute walk down to beach clubs or port to catch ferries. I suggest taking the lift back up, the walk down is easy. All the restaurants and shopping you could want in short walking distance. We never paid for transportation once we arrived. We had the Lavender Suite and it suited the 3 of us well - my husband and I + our 18 year old son. It’ so much nicer than a hotel room where you are constantly awkwardly sitting in bed in order to sit down. There is a spacious bathroom and a modest kitchenette as well. The hosts were in touch and accommodating but also gave you privacy. The place was spotless and fresh when we arrived. The suite has a modern lift so even though you are on the 3rd floor, no sweat. The only strikes could be the Italian style FIRM bed and bedding - I was missing my cushy American style bed, but too tired at the end of the day to really care. And it’d be nice to have a washing machine, but they do have a self-serve laundry nearby. We washed a few required items in the large bathroom sink and put on the line to dry. Overall fantastic!

• Sherri (8/5): Although the downstairs part was practically useless, except for the bathroom with shower. Older people be aware of the - Great location, wonderful view off the terrace. Clean has a whistle. Stairs are awfully steep. The upstairs loft bedroom has a spot on the floor that is a see-through window. From what I could understand about the property, it was individually owned and had at least two B&Bs in it. When we met the owner to leave our bags because we arrived early, she had me put the suitcases and an extra shopping bag that was tied by the straps in the hallway across from the room we were renting. Saying the maids had not come yet. It came up missing. The owner made every excuse, except the one that somebody could have picked it up and walked off with it. It had stuff for my family as presents worth at least $300. So the building was not as secure as I thought it would be. Beware about leaving you badge anywhere but in your room.
• Rouneelah (8/5): Great location, comfortable space - The location is close to the elevator and is walkable from the ferry port. During the evening, easy and close stroll to the nearby restaurants, shops, supermarkets... all central Easy check in. Comfortable space and beds. Complementary drinks and toiletries All and all very nice. The bed is in the attic and the bathroom down so during the night, you need to walk down the stairs to reach the toilets. There is a balcony but very small. You may hurt your head near the bed as it is in the attic. But all these are small stuffs.

The queen sized bed in the upstairs loft is quite comfortable, and it was a wonderful place to stay for my birthday! Warm pastries were delivered on my birthday morning which was such a pleasant surprise! I would highly recommend this suite for a memorable stay in Sorrento! Everything was great!
• Dimitrios (10/5): Amazing view - Amazing apartment in the heart of Sorrento. Very comfortable and with amazing view. Waking up and seeing Vesuvius every day is a unique experience. Communications were great and we were also treated with breakfast on the last day which was a nice touch. Sorrento is a really nice town and much more reasonable than the Amalfi coast. There is some noise from the bars at night. Not much of an issue but something to note if you are light sleepers.
• Mark (10/5): Beautiful apartment with a large terrace! - Absolutely lovely two-storey apartment in the heart of old town! The king-size bed was very comfortable, the bedroom was roomy and had a fabulous balcony. The living room and kitchenette were a good size and best of all was the large wrap-around terrace with a view of the sea and Mount Vesuvius. The outside space was fantastic.
• Francesca (9/5): Would stay here again! - The location was fantastic. Right in the city centre, very close to beach access, safe for two female travellers. The room was clean, had a lovely balcony, we were very pleased. Our fridge had a funky smell, however as soon as we reached out to the host, she came immediately to find a solution! We were appreciative of her prompt response to help.
