Oscar Alfredo (8/5): Estadía buena. - Ubicación con respecto al centro. Elementos necesarios para cocinar. Cama cómoda. Ambiente limpio y amplio. La mampara del baño es algo que deberían plantearse debido a que el piso siempre termina mojado. Otra cosa que no me gustó es que el huésped tenga que descartar los residuos al abandonar el departamento. No teníamos buena vista pero creo que eso depende del azar del dpto que te asignen, desconozco cómo funciona.

Horno y microondas 10/10. Espacioso, moderno, linda iluminación. El baño es excelente, muy buena presión de agua caliente/fria. Bien cuidado todo. La amabilidad y el servicio de Fernando, es fabulosa!!! IMPECABLE. Se agradece y se valora mucho. Pedimos cambio de ropa blanca y nos dejó todo limpio. La ubicación es un 10 también. Volvería 100% a este lugar, los precios son excelente, la cocina equipada con todos los utensilios!! Ultra recomendable. No cambia la experiencia que tengo, que es fabulosa. Pero modernizaría la tv y su sistema de funcionamiento.

El colchon con mal olor, el cubrecama, los almohadones, todo necesita lavado urgente. Las sabanas y toallas limpias, excelente. Pero la limpieza del baño y cocina demasiado mal.

Renata (10/5): Excelente opção para ficar no centro de Bariloche - Apartamento com ótima localização, bem próximo ao Centro Cívico. Fizemos tudo a pé no centro. Ao lado tem farmácia, loja para locação de roupa de neve, restaurantes e cafés. O apartamento é simples mas ficamos confortáveis e nos atendeu perfeitamente. Um ponto muito positivo para quem vai no inverno é que a calefação é excelente. Não usamos nem blusa de frio dentro do quarto, mesmo com temperatura em torno de 3 graus. O prédio tem calefação em toda área (Hall de entrada e corredores), muito bom mesmo. Também amamos o chuveiro, com muita pressão e água bem quente (regulagem com água fria, funcionando perfeitamente). Um agradecimento especial para o Fernando que nos atendeu no check in e foi super atencioso. Mesmo nosso voo chegando tarde da noite, combinamos um horário para retirada das chaves e deu tudo certo.

Lo único que cambiaría es que la cama sea un colchón corrido. En este caso eran 2 colchones de 1 plaza unidos y eso lo hizo un poco incomodo. Pero aun así me pareció que eran cómodos por separados al igual que las almohadas.

brenda (7/5): - Depto super completo todo para la cocina, la calefacción perfecta, la ducha super relajante. Y a media cuadra del centro civico Fue muy incomodo, ver que frazadas y almohada no estaban limpias, olor. Incomodo al momento de dormir, poníamos perfume para safar. Después todo perfecto el lugar, volvería a ir.
Agostina (8/5): Super comodo y equipado - Excelente ubicación. Baño completo y con buena presión de agua, y temperatura. El departamento está super equipado para todo lo que puedas llegar a necesitar (vajilla, electrodomésticos, ropa blanca, etc). El mobiliario también fue muy cómodo La calefacción quizás fue demasiado alta. Encontramos uno de los platos sucios (con agua y restos de comida), lo cual fue muy raro porque todo el departamento estaba impecable, incluyendo el resto de la vajilla y mobiliario

p (9/5): El departamento muy bueno. - Muy buena ubicación, y excelente instalación, muy cómoda. El único inconveniente fue estacionar el auto. No tiene parking privado. Lo dejé en la calle sin problemas. Pero había que estar pendiente del SEM.

Barbosa (10/5): - La verdad que nos maravillo y encanto. Cumplio a la perfeccion en lo que buscabamos, el ambiente calido y agradable. Cerca del centro, rodeado de locales comerciales que te salvan al paso y por dentro impecable. Talvez nos costo un poco adaptarnos a las altas temperatura del depto ya que no se podia regular el calor. Detalle minimo porque se regulaba pasado un rato.

Tenes todo a metros tanto para pasear; conocer hacer compras(supermercado "Todo") lo mejor... Paradas de colectivos a metros... El departamento un lujo; todo lo necesario y más para tu estadía...limpio; amplio y lo mejor podes cocinar...gracias por la amabilidad al encargado y a los dueños; seguro vamos a volver y ahora siii ya con la familia completa....recomendadisimo... Noelia (9/5): - La ubicación está buenísima. Está atrás del centro cívico. El depto amplio y cómodo. Tiene muchos ventanales grandes con una vista hermosa al lago. Que no tiene estacionamiento. Y al ser céntrico cuenta mucho conseguir estacionamiento en la calle. Además es una zona donde se cobra estacionamiento.

viviana (8/5): Monoambiente amplio, cómodo y Céntrico. - El dpto se encuentra ubicado a metros del centro cívico, por lo tanto se puede recorrer la ciudad y el lago caminando. Las camas son cómodas ducha, y baños muy amplios, utensilios de cocina completos, tiene wifi y directv. Tener en cuenta que si se va en vehículo, es zona de estacionamiento medido y en época de egresados o temporada alta la ubicación les va a jugar en contra por los ruidos. Pero el lugar está muy bien.

rocio (9/5): - El lugar es bonito y seguro, está en una buena ubicación, el anfitrión amable. Si bien el departamento cuenta con estufa para cocinar, no hay aceite ni sal y si quieres preparar algo debes salir a comprarlas.

Tavani (8/5): Aceptable. No regresaría - La cortina de la bañadera se cayó y debí acomodarla personalmente, siendo una cama de dos plazas una de las sábanas correspondía a una cama de una plaza, la pava eléctrica perdía agua significando un peligro ante la presencia del anafe eléctrico.
