Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not up to hotel standards - Our apartment wasn't very good. It had:
1. Old beds that are very soft. Two people cannot sleep comfortably in the queen bed, because both will roll to the middle of the bed.
2. Musty towels and linens.
3. Living room sofas were also old and soft.
The combination of these items put the apartment below the class of a Red Roof Inn or a Motel 6.
In addition, the AC was very noisy and windy. Had to increase the volume on the TV and radio each time to compensate.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Refreshing apartment; walking distance to all downtown attractions
- Nicole (10/5): Downtown warehouse district loft stay - Nice corporate apartment type of place with mostly young residents. They have a good gym and roof terrace but no business center. Lots of restaurants nearby and an easy walk to a couple of different hip areas. Near Clevelands pretty good bus and train system. Free on site parking. Overall a great value for those wanting more of an apartment and don't require hotel service and daily housekeeping. Towels, soap and a washer/dryer/iron were all included.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Apartment living - convenient location. Comfortable apartment living for the couple of days that we were there.
- Kelly (10/5): - Apartment was great, very spacious. Worked perfect for our 4 night stay in Cleveland, great area with restaurant and the market downstairs was fantastic
- Kristyn (8/5): - Just like the pictures but don’t try to have fun or anything, somebody will complain. Was there for New Years weekend and could barely play music to get ready to go out
- Jeffrey (10/5): Bridgestreet Has It ALL! - Absolutely loved Bridgestreet. Felt like home away from home. Huge apartment, all the amenities, including a full size gym, AND a gourmet grocery store on the bottom floor!
- Vince (8/5): Feels like Home - The Bingham is a residential building with big loft apartment feel. It really isn't a hotel, even though they have 24/7 consiurge service ( Doorman like.) , a full fledge gym and free parking.( or more like parking is included- which is huge for me.) It is a dog friendly building in a very hip section of downtown CLEVELAND call the Flats. Walking distance to most everywhere in the downtown area. The rooms are huge and airy with a Home feel to it. No claustrophobia here that's for sure. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining room, kitchen and living room.. I think you would really like the Bingham if your a self sufficient type of person- there is no maid service if you stay two weeks or less. So no obligation to tip the cleaning crew. And most of the residents at the Bingham are young professionals. My views from the room are very nice... and my 2nd stay at the Bingham because this All works for me
- Vinny (8/5): Large Apartment - The Bingham is not really a hotel ... it's more of a luxury apartment building. Which was perfect for me. Free parking-( only spot in downtown Cleveland to offer this.), huge two bedroom loft apartment w/ 2 bathrooms, a dining area, kitchen and huge living room along with huge loft widows that open for fresh air. It had everything I needed along w/ me NOT having to leave a tip for the cleaning crew every day- Not to mention the Bingham is dog friendly! I had a great stay.
- Mark (10/5): - Better than a hotel for less money
- DK (4/5): Not a HOTEL!! - This was advertised by Expedia as a hotel. It is not a hotel! It is a nightly room rental in an apartment building. This was not made clear to me at all.
I arrive in Downtown Cleveland late at night and was super confused driving around looking for the hotel sign. I parked and asked people where the Bridgestreet at the Bingham hotel was and they all laughed at me and said there was no such thing. I drove around more looking and looking. I tried the phone numbers but they all went to voicemail in the leasing office. I couldn't get in the front door of the apartment building as it was locked.
It was late and I was tired and frustrated. I finally followed someone in the building and there was no one in the lobby or reception desk. After waiting and calling for 30 more min, someone finally showed up at the lobby desk. He was confused and said it wasn't a hotel. He finally had the idea to check if there was a package for me. There was an envelope with my name on it and check in instructions.
I finally checked into my apartment at midnight. There was lots of hair in the bathroom, but overall the room was as nice as advertised and pretty clean. I had a nice stay overall, but again it felt very deceptive and confusing and the checkin process was AWEFUL.
This should NOT be advertised as a hotel. Overall, this is a good value for the room, but DON'T expect a hotel experience.
