- Akihiro (8/5): - シティビューの部屋を予約しました。とても眺めの良い部屋で、隣の華山1914文創園区がよく見えました。部屋の設備も良く何不自由なく過ごせました。スタッフの方達の対応も良く、日本語を話せるスタッフの方がいたのが何より助かりました。朝食はありませんが、有名な阜杭豆漿からフードデリバリー形式で注文が出来ます。 歩いてすぐの距離に「華山1914文創園区」「三創生活園区」「ドンドンドンキ」等があるので、興味ある方に大変便利な立地だと思います。 最寄駅の「忠孝新生」は歩いて5分程で行け、板南線(BL)と中和新蘆線(O)に乗れるので便利です。
- MEI YUK (10/5): 一切都滿意 - 很好，很舒適，床舖及浴室很乾爽整潔，唯一是住低層，對面天橋底的滑板練習場會有些許雜音，但不至影響休息，很喜歡這間房。
- CHING-CHUN (8/5): - There is no heater and the window is too weak so the room keeps under 20°C whole day... Don't recommend stay during winter. Btw, there is a high way outside so it's kind of noisy due to the weak window.

I'm so glad that I picked this hotel over the other budget ones as it honestly made my trip so much more enjoyable, especially after a long day outside and coming back to such a comfy room.

There is also Donki donki nearby. The room is clean and spacious. The staff at the front desk are friendly and kind. I will visit again if necessary.
- 菁袁2024 (10/5): Good location and great staff - I cancelled my other hotel a few days before my trip and opted for Wallsun because of it's close proximity to Huashan creative park and Leezhi bakery, and I'm so glad that I did. Couldn't have found a better hotel with such a good location and the perks that come with it. It even delivers the popular fu hang soy milk breakfast straight to your room! Just a 12mins bus ride away from Ximen and taipei main station (great for those who are joining day tours departing from Taipei main station or Ximen), the hotel comes with super comfy bed, spacious room and excellent shower pressure. I'm so glad that I picked this hotel over the other budget ones as it honestly made my trip so much more enjoyable, especially after a long day outside and coming back to such a comfy room. On our last day the hotel even booked us a taxi to Taoyuan MRT station which was super helpful given the amount of luggages that we had. Pick this hotel the next time you're in Taipei and you will not regret it!

Only a 5-minute walk to the MRT station, offering convenient access to various places. The staff provided outstanding service, promptly addressing feedback. Highly recommended for a short stay.
- Ka Man Carmen (8/5): - 入住華山文旅是一個正確的選擇. 我們的房間一打開房門就見到101大樓, 鄰近捷運忠孝新生站, 出入十分方便. 2位男的服務生/經理都非常有禮和樂於協助客人, 由其是我們退房後才發現遺留了私人物品,他們有代保管讓我們拿回. 鄰近三創和位處華山文創園區對面, 喜歡動漫和文青及參觀展覽的人士非常合適. 最吸引之處就是可以代訂阜杭豆漿直接送抵房間享用, 超讚! 酒店亦有伴手禮可以訂購, 非常方便. 非常期待可以下次再訪.
- Brooke (4/5): Will not recommend - The hotel is smaller than the pictures appear. There isn’t really a lobby to speak of. Room was clean but kind of old. There will be a fee to replace room keys if you lost yours. Location is good though.
- PING SHAN (6/5): CP值很低的旅館 - 女性工作人員很熱心，冷氣壞掉，有立刻幫忙換房間，但因為當天滿房，飯店說如果冷氣再壞掉，只能打開落地窗。這家是旅館的級別，沒有設施、沒有早餐、櫃檯非24小時、確收星級飯店的價格，以這樣的設備和服務一晚四千多真的很貴。推薦旁邊的天成文旅，更便宜更新離捷運更近。

I chose to stay here for the concert, and it's within walking distance of the concert venue, Songshan Cultural and Creative Park. There's also a Donki donki nearby for shopping. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff at the front desk were kind and friendly. I would consider revisiting if needed.

- Stay55746510080 (10/5): Little gem in heart of Taipei - This hotel offers excellent value for money! It's conveniently located near the MRT station and the Tang's Department Store Zhongxiao Xinsheng branch, right across from the Huashan Creative Park. Whether you want to go shopping or take a stroll at night, it's incredibly convenient! The hotel lobby is on the first floor and has 24-hour staff available. In the evening, there's card access control for entry and exit, and you can also leave your luggage if you arrive early. The lobby also has spacious seating areas for relaxation. During check-in, which was at 7 PM, I was amazed by the stunning city view as soon as I entered the room. Perhaps it had rained earlier that day, but the sky was exceptionally clear, and the night view was truly beautiful! Despite being located next to the Xinsheng Elevated Bridge with heavy traffic, the soundproofing of the floor-to-ceiling windows was excellent! When closed, it was significantly quieter. The hotel's own soundproofing is average because I was awakened by the noise of people walking and dragging luggage outside in the morning. Also, I'm not sure if it was due to the adjacent bathroom door or equipment issues, but there were a few loud door closings that startled me a couple of times. However, the noise was within an acceptable range, and there were no significant disturbances in the middle of the night. The staff were all very friendly, and when I returned to the hotel in the evening, they would nod and smile, making me feel comfortable and well-mannered. If you don't have the need to enjoy the facilities of a large hotel, I highly recommend this one. It's convenient in terms of transportation, and the pricing is also very reasonable.
- F9607CN_ (10/5): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - For the first time in my life, I stayed in a hotel on my own. I kept bothering the hotel staff throughout, but they were always very friendly and accommodating. The hotel's quality and decor are excellent, and the prices are relatively affordable. Despite being located next to the highway, it's surprisingly quiet, and I wasn't disturbed by any noise. There's also a balcony where you can see the highway (although smoking is prohibited in the rooms). Additionally, they offer a service to order Fu Hang Dou Jiang (soy milk) for you. On weekdays, the service fee is 200, and on weekends, it's 250. Each meal is slightly more expensive than ordering in the restaurant, but considering the long queues and my busy schedule, I chose to use the service. When I received the food, it was still warm, which was really great. If I have the opportunity in the future, I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel again.

- Seth (8/5): - This hotel is really nice. It’s very close quarters, which is to be expected for Taiwan. For some reason we thought there’d be a pool—there isn’t (maybe we misunderstood). The showers could use some maintenance, as our shower head didn’t work too well. The service was great, and the location is awesome. You’re super close to a bunch of cool things, and very close to the main transit station. However, this means it’s very loud. The walls are thin, so you can hear the people around you and the freeway that sits about 20 ft away from the windows. Very loud. But, overall we liked it. We would stay there again due to the convenience alone.

Also, I lost one of my key card. Another staff kept telling me to keep looking for it. I looked everywhere but couldn't find it. Her only response, in a not so friendly tone, was to keep looking. She then charged me $200 for the lost card. I was quite frustrated.

The light from outside came through the windows, through the shower glass, shower walls and into the room. I was not able to sleep through the morning because the natural light from outside could not be blocked off. The location of the hotel was beside the highway so it was not quiet.

The hotel is next to an express way, but the sound proof was very good. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Overall we had a very good experience.

This was quite acceptable as we had arrived earlier than the check in time. But the way she put this was far from acceptable. She has been very rude and unprofessional. Whenever I asked something from Linda, such as directions, recommendations or assistance on making phone calls , the response was always very curt and rude. The front desk staff was not helpful at all.
