Nicht nur das Kommunikation unmöglich war haben die auch ein Teil der Kaution einbehalten! BETRUG !Wir mussten noch schnell den Fliegen erwischen. Schmilleges Silikon etc. Zudem die Aussicht und der Lärm! Leute anstatt da zu schlafen lieber am Strand schlafen. Das war der größte Mist den wir in Thailand erlebt haben!!! VORSICHT!! UND AUF GAR KEINEN FALL!!!

• Arndt (7/5): Nordpattaya zentral und ruhig - Ich würde wiederkommen. Gleich neben 'central Marina' und nicht weit zum Terminal 21, Flugzeug Nachtmarkt sowie Soi 6. Der Kühlschrank war ruhig. Habe keinen Lärm von den Nachbarn und Nebenhaus gehört. Hotel liegt ruhig. Zum Strand ist es weit die öde Soi 1 langzulaufen. Duschkopf zu nah an der Wand angebracht. Es gibt kein Mobiliar für den Balkon. Für ein Studio hätte ich mir Geschirr, wie Teller und Essbesteck gewünscht. Die Klimaanlage ging nicht immer in den Kühlbetrieb und ist sehr laut. Die Kopfkissen war zu dick und damit unbequem. Wer Probleme beim Gehen hat, wird Schwierigkeiten haben, die steile Auffahrt herauf bzw herunter zu laufen.

Waschmaschine und Trockner im Hotel zum Selberwaschen auch super .Sehr ruhig in den Zimmern und in 50 Meter im Geschehen. Strand ca 100 Meter. Essen trinken Massagen direkt vor der Türe .

• Nick (5/5): - Прекрасное расположение отеля. Район тихий и всё что надо в шаговой доступности. В номере было очень грязно. Грязь была на включателях света, на розетках и особенно в кондиционере. Я сделал уборку сам. Но всю грязь из кондиционера удалить не получилось, когда я включал этот кондиционер, то начинал чувствовать боль в груди. Персонал не следит за этим. Белая штора в душе была в каких-то тёмных пятнах. Балкон не приспособлен для сушки одежды, сильный ветер может унести ваши вещи. Подушка была очень твёрдая.

• Werner (8/5): Bis auf die 500 Bath was ich bezahlt habe das andere war ok - War ok Ich musste am 27.10.um 12 Uhr mittags aus dem Zimmer raus dann hab ich’s sie gefragt ich möchte bis 16.00 im Zimmer bleiben dann haben sie gesagt ich muss für die 4 Stunden mehr 500 Bath bezahlen hab ich gemacht aber ich finde es nicht fair ich komme jedes Jahr 2 mal 4-5 Wochen in das Hotel ich finde es nicht korrekt dass sie für die 4 Stunden 500 Bath verlangen darum werde ich im Februar 2026 nicht mehr in dieses Hotel kommen

• Martin (6/5): - Budget lodging for locals, no pool or breakfast. I usually stay nearby but my regular place was twice the price. Older place, big room and bed, daily cleaning. Lousy shower with low pressure. Has microwave, refrigerator and tea kettle in room. Outside food and the beach a shore five minute walk away. Not recommended for foreign tourists.

Central Pataya mall, Runway Street food market, Terminal 21, the famous Soi 6 Bars all nearby. Terminal 21 has an amazing food court at a very reasonable price. A few minutes walk from the hotel. Indian food lovers the restaurant Saravanabawan on Second road via Soi 10. Money exchange many around. TT Exchange offers a good exchange rate, and you find everywhere. Night life lovers 💕 walking stree at the end of beachriad, 15 minutes walk. The best bars ibar and frog bar in walking street. Many down beach roads. Overall, it is the best hotel with awesome staff. I would like to thank and appreciate the amazing front desk staff. Their hospitality to the guests was awesome, especially the two young gorgeous girls with big smile all the time to be comentable. The room service staff, too, are amazing and the security. My next visit is in September and I have already booked again. Such a wonderful place and caring staff.

• Eunice (8/5): Perfect Pattaya Getaway – Steps from Terminal 21 & Local Eats - Perfect location in Pattaya — close to Terminal 21, the beach, and great street food! Clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The shower water pressure was a bit low at times, especially in the evening. Also, the water heater was inconsistent — sometimes it worked well, and other times the hot water didn’t come through. Not a big issue overall, but something to be aware of.

Money exchange many around dow Beach Road. Night life lovers 💕 Walking street at the end of Beach Road, Bhat Bus service is available for 10Bhat from one end to other end of Beach Road. Overall, the best hotel with awesome staff. I would like to thank and appreciate the amazing front desk staff Two young girls during my stay between 27th to 28th Feb 2025. Their hospitality to the guests was awesome, always with full of smile. My next visit is in June 2025 and I have already booked again. Such a wonderful place and caring staff. • George (10/5): Safe, clean, cheap, and quiet hotel in Pattaya that is perfect for tourists and beach-goers. - Every single member of the staff at the hotel was pleasant and attentive. The room was clean enough for me and the area was safe and fairly quiet. The room is perfect for someone visiting Pattaya to go to the beach (which is a short 5 minute walk away). There's plenty of storage in the room for luggage and clothing. The price for the hotel was great. It was certainly affordable and perfect for me because I don't spend a lot of time in my room doing things. It's more just a place for me to store my stuff and sleep at night. There's so much to do in the area that I don't need a hotel with a ton of stuff to do on the premises. The hotel has an elevator - which for some people may be important to know since not all hotels have an elevator. The rooms use physical keys to lock/unlock the doors which is a positive for me because there's no keycard to lose or get erased and I can also leave my room without worrying about being accidentally locked out. You just have to remember to lock the door when leaving for extended periods. The key can be left with the front desk when leaving so you don't have to worry about losing it while exploring Pattaya. My room had a good sized balcony with a sink. I didn't use the sink, but I can see it being convenient for washing swimming suits before hanging them out to dry. The hotel itself is non-smoking, but there was a card in my room saying that smoking on the balcony was permitted. I don't smoke, but for some people this may be important to know. The location on Soi 1 was fine and most everything you need is a short walk or a 10THB baht bus trip away. I was in Pattaya for work and this hotel isn't really geared for someone who is in town to work. There was no desk in the room or anything like that. This isn't necessarily a bad thing because the hotel is great for tourists and beach-goers. I can't comment on the hotel's wifi because I used my phone as a hotspot whenever I needed to connect to the internet.
