• John (10/5): - This was probably the best place that I stayed the whole time I was in Chiang Mai, but they actually charged me for one of those little instant coffee packets(that looks like it's worth 1 penny!!!) Charged me 20 bhat. That was truly shocking and astonishing and appalling, kind of like charging people somebody 1 dollars for a single 2 inch by 2 inch square of toilet paper but aside from this insult absolutely impeccable.

• Sandra (6/5): - Staff friendly and very helpful. This hotel receives large families and sometimes it was very difficult to sleep as children were playing and parents were watching tv until very late. Breakfast did not impress me.
• Justin (4/5): - The hotel was clean but very hot in room, the staff seemed somewhat nice (was only checked in for 2hrs) we left 2hrs and 30mins after we did a walk outside the hotel, it is very unsafe area outside a lot of muslim religion blasting their prayer on loud speakers throughout the day and a lot of locals were really unfriendly and unapproachable, if you are apart of the religion then i dont think you'll have a problem here if you can deal with the dirtyness and poor conditions outside and around the hotel. Will not be back due to the areas around the hotel.

The distance to & fro airport &night market was fairly near. Food options varies along the streets. Just the toilet light was a little dimmed but other that that it was awesome! :) It was really an honour to have stay here.

• Connector20493879311 (10/5): Good memories from Chiangmai - Hotel is very nice. Personell is good. Rooms are clean. Recommend to visit this place if you traveling with family or alone. Also, one of the advantages for Muslim travelers is that hotel is Muslim friendly. Mosque is nearby hotel.

Special shout out to the kitchen member who made a special plate of french toast just for me each morning, because he knew I was addicted to it. That kind of personalised service really makes a stay feel special. The included breakfast is a great inclusion, and is of high quality too. I aim to come back next year once coronavirus is over.
• WaLNUTTo (6/5): Muslim friendly hotel - I guess the hotel is owned by Muslim, so its decoration is like an Arabian theme. Overall, the stay was pleasant for a budget range. Breakfast is good. Although the selection is limited, the taste is quite decent. Sleep quality is ok. This hotel is good for the $ you paid.

The location of the hotel is a bit away from Hustle bustle but if u love to walk then u can easily reach old town and night markets easily.
• saraht170 (10/5): Delightful Moroccan-themed halal hotel! - My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel. Facilities were clean and modern. The food at the restaurant was very tasty and priced right. The daily breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff were friendly and happy to accommodate. Great value for the price for these rooms. We got a room on the top floor which came with an excellent view. Only cons worth mentioning is that this hotel is a bit distant from the main attractions such as the night market, and the lights in the bathroom were quite dim. Other than that, a lovely stay! We would recommend this hotel to friends and stay here again!
• mkprice2016 (4/5): Mediocre at beat - My son and I stayed here on a recent trip. The rooms were decent size and clean, the staff was friendly. However, the beds are awful...felt like sleeping on a rock. It was also farther from the Old City than it appears. Breakfast was not great, very small selection, we ate out every morning. Lastly, with two people I would have expected two from keys. We were only given one and when I asked for a second I was told there would be a 300 baht deposit. I’ve stayed at many hotels throughout the world and this was a first. Although not a lot of money, I found that to be poor service and we made do with one key. I would not stay here again.

Staff are friendly and helpful and really great for advice for the local area. Rooms are large and comfortable, very homely with a paid for mini bar. Beautiful roof terrace but underused without a bar. Restaurant closes at 9pm but does offer a nice selection at a great price. Property is a 25 minute walk at least to the old town and 10-15 mins to the night bazaar. It’s a little way out of town for easy exploring but taxis and song theses are cheap and easy to use.

• 52aryaa (10/5): For the price you are paying, the ideal stay in Chiang Mai - While the hotel is slightly out of town, it’s only a 20 minute walk into the old town or a cheap taxi journey away. The hotel is amazingly high quality for the price, the room was very spacious and clean. Also the hotel staff were amazing and really helpful in organising trips and meeting our requests for anything we needed. They always do it went the extra mile. The only negative point was the breakfast did not look very good and we avoided it, however there are a few nice cafes down the road which are great to stop at! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Chiang Mai to stay here as the price is well worth what you get in return!

The room was Quiet, did not hear traffic sound only hear birds in the morning. Hotel public area and room was very clean. Good service from staff, only the bed was a bit hard for me. Have free parking space. Location is near town. I would suggest to rent a car or motor bike to explore Chiangmai. I Love the price for this room and Nice decorations. Restaurant food was good but could offer more discount for hotel guest like 30% that would be more attractive then only 50 baht when spend 300.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Oh my! This is such a beautiful property. The theme design is beautiful and tasteful. Great architecture and ambiance. Rooms are spacious, clean and fresh. Bed was super comfy and air conditioning system perfect. Bathroom extremely clean and maintained. The entire hotel was super clean, I couldn’t find anything wrong. We ate dinner at the hotel cafe and it was super yummy. Excellent service from our waitress. The Thai tea was good. We ordered the green curry, thai fried rice, pad Thai and an appertizer platter that included samosas, spring rolls and a very tasty mushroom soup. The entire food was delicious and affordable. Very affordable! The staff was so kind and appreciative for the tip. This hotel should be a 5 star hotel. Totally worth the stay. Area is also very safe. We walked around the neighborhood and felt safe. We’ll definitely be back here again.

• ANEIL (4/5): Not a good location - First, this place is away from everything, a lot of local food selling near by the hotel, that’s a no no, to much big RAT’S running around, also, on their website, they offer shuttle service to and from the airport, well that is not true, when I called for shuttle service, they told me that they don’t offer that services, there is construction going on next door to the hotel, lots of noise, there is no swimming pool. While checking in, they only give me one room key, when I ask for additional key, because I travel with friends, they told me that’s their policy, I ask her to show me in writing, and she couldn’t, to get additional key, you have to give them 300.00 baht deposit to get additional key, I would not recommend staying here, because it’s cheap, don’t do it.

• Journey725311 (10/5): wedding in chiang mai trip - Went for a wedding in town and service was excellent rooms were comfortable and clean and best of all is the water temperature that you could adjust in the shower being that I have to have a hot shower and my husband cold it was the best thing! I really enjoyed the location it was very centralized around all the main site seeing areas without being right in the heart of it therefore not too busy. There was a school close by where you had a sense of family in the neighborhood so we felt really safe at all times and I have to admit the people in Thailand are so warm and friendly, we really enjoyed our stay here. The Circle Mall which is a little shopping center was where we would go for coffee in the mornings after enjoying breakfast at hotel, pharmacy was also convenient to pick up any toiletries we may have needed. If ever in Thailand I would definitely consider staying here again .

This hotel is located in the Muslim district in Chiang Mai, so its quite authentic and quiet. People there a friendly and welcoming. I would definitely return to this hotel if ever came back to Chiang Mai.

• Wanderer399957 (6/5): Clean and spacious room - The rooms were clean and spacious. I would have given casa marocc higher rating if not because of a few minor incidents during our stay. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were asked to pay double the agreed fare for airport pickup. Luckily, we had the historical conversation in FB messenger to prove ourselves. Basic toiletries (toilet roll...) were not refilled after room service. Not sure if this is common for hotel in Chiang Mai though.
• jeffrey (8/5): Good value - I was expecting to be closer to the old city but in the end didn't spend a lot of time there anyway. I've spent more than a week here and have checked out and returned. There's a local night market within walking distance as well as many restaurants. The hotel kept my excess baggage so I could travel by scooter to chiang dao. Bonus points for me. Scooters are about 200 / day and worth every penny. Cabs and tuk tuks just make up fares as they see fit. You can park anywhere too. You can see almost everything by scooter and have fun along the way stopping where ever you like and staying as long as you like.
• Troy9852 (10/5): Great value for money - A Muslin style hotel located not far from the city. There is two windows and one balcony for each room which is very clean and bright. There is also a platform yard on the top of the hotel. The buffet breakfast is simple but adequate enough to feed us.

• jjigle (10/5): good to stay long term - I stayed 8 days and it was very nice. quite far from downtown but I used 'grab' so I had no complain about distance. And breakfast was also good. not many kinds but not bad. No bugs in the bed and bathroom is so clean. The worst experience in this hotel is I'd been to be awakened from dawn by the loud chicken cries everyday.

And we were told we could check in early based on availability, so when we arrived they said our room wasn’t cleaned or ready yet. But when we asked a staff member walking by he told us to pay them 500 baht and they would let us. We were willing to pay the fee from the beginning so it seemed a bit shady suddenly a rolm was available as soon as we had cash

First room wasn’t what was shown on the booking website but nice none the less. Also says free water on website but shows as an extra cost in the room. Would stay again.
• Ben (10/5): Decent location if you look around the area. - Can't complain about the hotel itself, especially for the price. Was one of the quieter hotels we stayed in while we were there. The street immediately outside the hotel isn't great but there are some great food stalls one street away, a jazz club, and some awesome coffee shops with excellent food along the ping river. We will be going back.
• David (8/5): - Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is a bit away from the center of town. Make sure you have good address for tuk-tuk. There are some nice small food stalls around the area with very affordable pricing. Thursday nights there is a wonderful (local) market at the end of the road. 8th floor has a nice observation deck with bench where you can see wonderful sunsets. There is some neighborhood noise i.e., chickens and mosque, but adds to the experience. Room is nice, new sheets and towels daily. Price quite worth the package.

• A (6/5): - Pros: budget pricing, free breakfast included was tasty Cons: the check-in experience was sub-par. We arrived early (around 11am) and asked if there was a room (for two) available for early check-in; the front desk said no and told us to come back at 2pm, which is the normal check-in time. Totally understandable. So we went out to grab some lunch and came back to the hotel about an hour later to grab some stuff from our luggage, and asked if there were any rooms ready by chance, to which they said no. Again, totally understandable. So we decided to then go out and get a foot massage and return at 2. As we left and were walking down the driveway, I realized that I should probably change into shorts for the massage so turned back to the hotel. As we entered the lobby, the front desk had finished checking in a couple and their luggage was being loaded to the cart by the bellhop. This confused me but I didn't mention anything, and before I could ask for my suitcase to grab some shorts out of it, the girl at the front desk said "oh we have a room for you now". This may have just been lucky timing but something about the situation and her demeanor gave me the impression that she felt compelled to finally check us in a little early because we witnessed the other guests being led to their room when we had just been told literally 2 minutes prior that nothing was available. Oh, and there were ants in our room around the desk. Do not leave any opened food unattended for long.
• Nicholas (10/5): - The hotel is lovely. Very clean and the staff very nice and extremely helpful. Room i had was lovely, very spacious and extremely clean. About 15 minutes walk to night bazaar etc. About 15 minutes taxi from airport. No complaints and would use this hotel again.
• S (4/5): - Hotel’s location was inconvenient with nothing around it. When we arrived, we were only allowed to check in if we paid extra because it was before the check in time. While the room was clean and fairly comfortable, there was a very unpleasant smell coming from the toilet. Water pressure was very low and hotel did not provide toothbrushes. On our last day, the receptionist was very unhelpful with the arranging of transport to airport. We have stayed in many hotels and never once were we told that the hotel is not able to call a taxi for us.

• Astrid (8/5): - Location was great. Walking distance to the night market and Saturday market. I’m a person that enjoys walking so for me it didn’t feel far at all. The hotel staff were always helpful and attentive. The breakfast had enough options and always felt fresh. The hotel doesn’t have a pool but that was not something I was looking for in a hotel for this trip.

• Jen (10/5): - This was our favorite hotel by far! Aside from being adorable, we experienced nothing but top notch service here. The rooms were large and clean. Beds was extremely firm, however. The staff was able to accommodate our early arrival and was very helpful when we asked for recommendations or needed help communicating. Breakfast was pretty good. The only negative thing that I could say is that our door was left open by housekeeping. Luckily nothing was missing. The gentleman working there was our favorite. Super sweet and extremely helpful. Highly recommended this property.

The staff were so friendly, even learning my children’s names so they could greet them by name every time we walked in the door. The concierge, Kaew, was amazing. She worked so hard to make sure we enjoyed our stay in Chiang Mai and went out of her way to help arrange and organize activities for us.
