Albert (2/5): hotel - I choose the hotel on the pictures and location, when I arrived the location was correct. The hotel was nothing like its pictures, I had to check in at a make shift drinking bar. I was then told of unexpected costs, was then shown the room which had all sort of stains on every wall. The door had a faulty lock on it, the bathroom / shower area was disgusting shower hanging. I could continue but really can not be bothered. I have booked quite a few times with you, this is the first time any thing like this has happened. So I found another hotel for the rest of my holiday, It will not stop me booking with you it is one of those things that happen in life
