- MYRSINI (7/5): Καλή - Το δωμάτιο ήταν ακριβώς όπως τις φωτογραφίες. Είχε άφθονο ζεστό νερό και πετσέτες ( πάρτε σαπούνια μαζί σας ) . Άνετο κρεβάτι και μαξιλάρια. Πολύ καλή ,ασφαλείς και κομβική τοποθεσία. Πήγαινες παντού με τα πόδια είτε προς το Centro Storico είτε προς Chiaia. Είχε ακριβώς απ έξω στάση που σε πάει αεροδρόμιο αν και την μία φορά που το χρειαστήκαμε δεν πέρασε, οπότε θέλει λίγο προσοχή. Επίσης είναι δίπλα σε μετρό( 2 στάσεις απο garibaldi, για να πας Πομπηία - σορεντο) , σούπερ μάρκετ , καλή πιτσαρία για take away , κρεπερί και παγωτό . Δεν είχε καλή ηχομόνωση ( άκουγες το καζανάκι του διπλανού ) και το πιο σημαντικό δεν είχε σήμα αλλά ούτε έπιανε καλά το ίντερνετ.

- Yanina (5/5): Bien ubicado pero falta de mantenimiento. - Creo que lo que me gustó fue la ubicación. Había mucha humedad en las paredes, falta de mantenimiento en general. Una sola vez funcionó el botón en toda la estadía que por suerte era corta porque jamás me contestaron el mensaje que mandé para avisar. Si bien no quería molestar porque la estadía era corta, jamás me contestaron. Estuvimos tirando agua con el tacho de la habitación. La salida a la escalera del edificio era mediante una puerta que tenía roto el pestillo, se salía. El resto de la habitación no estaba mal. La tele nunca funcionó bien.

La cama era cómodo, pero se movía bastante. Estaba relativamente todo limpio y te dejaban para que puedas hacerte té y café con una tazas. La funda del sofá manchada y la pared como si se hubiera volcado algo. Solo que daba desconfianza para dejar las cosas apoyadas allí.

Ao chegar demorei quase uma hora para conseguir entrar na acomodação. Não tinha ninguém para me receber e entregar a chave, sendo em um prédio muito antigo, difícil de entrar com várias portas, sem elevador, etc. cheguei cansada e tive que esperar quase uma hora para conseguir entrar, me virar sozinha e com uma comunicação super difícil. O celular não tem sinal no prédio e o Wi-Fi era difícil de conectar. Não gostei e não recomendo. Me arrependi. Só permaneci porque já havia pagado antecipadamente. Check in, escada, prédio muito antigo, localização.

- Pipoli (10/5): Mancavo da Napoli da circa 25 anni. La città è profondamente cambiata, pulitissima, sicura (anche in quartieri notoriame - Stanza e bagno pulitissimi. La posizione ottima ci ha consentito di raggiungere a piedi tutti i posti che volevamo visitare. Inoltre vicinissimo c’è un supermercato super fornito. Anche i servizi sono ottimi, abbiamo avuto un problema con il phon che è stato prontamente sostituito. Infine, visto che ripartivamo la sera, ci hanno consentito di lasciare i bagagli nella struttura per tutta la giornata. Un soggiorno veramente perfetto! Nulla

- Claudia (5/5): Ok - Todo estaba limpio y a pesar de tener la habitación con el baño fuera, no se nos hizo incómodo ya que no nos encontramos a nadie durante toda nuestra estancia. La cama y las almohadas eran horribles, menos mal que solo estuvimos una noche y era la última. Chirriaba cada vez que te movías de lado, me desperté con un dolor de espalda y cuello malísimos. Tampoco tuvimos trato con nadie salvo vía whatsapp, un poco frío y todo aunque la persona por mensaje parecía maja.

- Margherita (5/5): Delusione totale , non ci tornerò più - Era vicino al supermercato e centro Le scale alte e pericolose , c’è mancato poco che cadevo dalle scale con valigie dietro, nella doccia del bagno veniva giù poca acqua poi si sentiva lo scarico del mio vicino ; mi arrivavano tanti messaggi su WhatsApp e qua x comunicare che dovevo pagare la tassa di soggiorno; cosa che già stata fatta dal momento della prenotazione. Il titolare del B&B nn si fatta vedere solo con messaggi ma non posso essere certa che era lui anche perché mi ricordo molto bene che due anni fa che ci sono stata era una signora la titolare e lei si era fatta vedere, mi sembrava la casa di nessuno

Estuvimos 6 días y solo vinieron un día a limpiarnos la habitación y el baño, cuando ofrecen limpieza cada 3 días. También ofrecen dejar un café cada día y solo nos dejaron 2. Tuvimos que estar detrás para pedirles varias veces que nos cambiaran las toallas, nos trajeran papel higiénico y nos pusieran gel, que se había acabado. Es verdad que son muy amables pero nos habría gustado que hubieran sido más atentos. Además la cama hace muchísimo ruido

They didn't clean the bathroom for a long time it was full of hair, dirty, and black molds. I canceled and asked for relocation for somewhere near to this location, which host didn't accept it since everything was more expensive. The host didn't answer the phone for 2 hours when customer service tried to talk with her. At 1 a.m., I had to book somewhere else from Airbnb on my own. It's a shame on booking.com policy and customer service. Even 1 score is too much. If I could give 0, it would be better.

- Eleni (7/5): Good - The location was perfect, right in the heart of the historical centre. The place was cheap so for the price it was very acceptable. The mattress was very comfortable, the room temperature was great, and the lighting in the room was fantastic. The place could be cleaner, especially the bathroom....shower door was broken, and a plastic curtain was added, with missing loops...hairdryer was not working, white fabric chairs were stained, needed a wash. Blanket on the bed had hair from other people, maybe a clean quilt and cover would make it better....pillows were old and flat....no shampoo or toiletries in the room, half a toilet paper only. Also, I didn't like the fact that upon arrival, the automated check-in system was not working, and the phone number they provided was off, while they knew people were coming! We managed to get in after an hour or so, as the lock works with the internet, and there is absolutely no connection there, so we had to connect to their wifi (we connected as instructed, but still door wasn't opening) and keep trying to open the door!

- Nikola (10/5): Very nice experience in the clean room in the city center! All 10s! - The property is really close to all the city center’s monuments. It is very easy to reach it from the airport. The room was really clean and spaceous. And the most important part: the host is really kind, checked on us and asked if everything was ok and if we needed anything else. This was a very nice experience! Everything was perfect.

- Elad (1/5): Do not order this place!!! - Nothing I think Booking as a hospitality and tourism platform should be ashamed of taking part of that catastrophe. This is not a private room but a shared room inside an apartment that you cannot even lock. Noisy inside and outside the apartment, bed is noisy and uncomfortable, extremely dirty bathroom with mold. Unrecommended!
