• Verified traveler (2/5): - Oda kliması arızalıydı, biz odaya girene kadar hiç bakılmamış. Pencere yan binaya bakıyordu, çok gürültü geldi. Oda kliması fan ayarı ne olursa olsun gürültülüydü. Duşta su tepeden akıyor, duş başlığı yok. Banyo gideri düzgün çekmiyor. Duvarlar kirli. Su ücretli, restoran fiyatları yüksek. Taksiyle gelmek için dolanmak gerekiyor, konumu güzel ama otel önüne gelmek mesele, yokuşu dolanmanız gerekiyor. Asla tekrar tercih etmeyeceğim.

• Oya (8/5): - I like the location of the Hotel. It was located in a safe area and very close to popular areas for shopping, dining, transport, etc. My room decorated very well and it was very clean. But there were some noise coming from water pipes in the bathroom in the nights, also some unpleasant smell after the shower. Hair dryer was not working properly. Staff was helpful but they seemed unhappy or unsatisfied, particularly the staff working in the breakfast/cafe area. No smiling at all. But they were still very helpful and kind when you ask something.

• Ilyas Ugural (8/5): Rezervasyon içeriği ile uygulama farklı idi. - Rezervasyonumuzda belirtilen ve o bedelden ödeme yaptığımız en büyük oda hayal kırıklığı yarattı.Askılık yüzünden yatağa ve pencereye ulaşmak imkansızdı.İtirazımız üzerine daha ucuz olan 217 nolu odaya taşındık ve rahat ettik.Ayrıca minibar (dolu ,bazı ürünler ücretsiz) yazmasına ve resepsiyonu uyarmamıza rağmen hiçbir şey yapılmadı.Biz de sonunda pes ederek vazgeçtik. Resepsiyon bu konularda çok zayıf,çözüm bulamıyor.Rezervasyonumuzda fazla ödeme yaptığımızı düşünüyorum,konakladığımız standart oda fiyatı daha düşüktü. Bunların dışında kahvaltı dahil tüm şartlar çok güzeldi.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Beautiful facility needs renovation - The personell was amazing however the bed was broken and the toilet did not flush at times. The bathroom was quite clean although there were some stains on the sheets. Location was also great.

Hiç memnun kalmadım. 2 günde bu soğukta cam açık yattık ve rahatsızlığımızı dile getirmemize rağmen kimse ilgilenmedi. Çok büyük bir hayal kırıklığı oldu.

Alt katimizda otelin genel wc bulunuyordu., wc kokusu butun koridora sirayet etmisti. Ertesi gun cikarlen genel anlamda sıkintilarimizi iletik fakat çok dikkate alinmadi.

İlk odamız son derece kötü çamaşır suyu kokuyordu ve akşama kadar cam açık bırakmamıza rağmen koku çıkmadı. Üstüne para ekleyip başka bir odaya geçtiğimizdeyse odaya korkunç bir sigara kokusu Sindiğini fark ettik. Yardımcı tavırlarından ötürü konuyu problem haline getirmemiş de olsak, seyahat deneyimi olarak son derece vasat olduğunu belirtmek gerek.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Biraz uğraşılsa, özenilse her şey güzel olur - Banyo kapısı kırık, avluda kocaman kocaman yer yer lekeler (asarken görmediniz mi hiç anlam veremiyorum.), Otelle ilgili giriş için resepsiyona geldiğimde resepsiyonist karşımdayken telefon ile başka bir müşteriyi azarladı. Kafesi ortam olarak güzel fakat kahvesi, sandviçleri çok kötü. Çok kötü bir deneyim yaşadık, bir daha tercih etmeyiz sanırım ama saydıklarıma çok çok daha dikkat edilirse güzel bir hotele dönüşebilir. Saygılarımla.
• Enes (4/5): Musteriye ilgi hic yoktu - Otel calisanlarinin ilgisi cok azdi. Otele basladigimiz ilk giris anindan cikis anina kadar calisanlar ilgisizdi. Hepsi musteri ile konusmamaya yemin vermislerdi sanki. 2 yil once gelmistim ve memnun kalmistim ama bu yil tekrardan geldim ve kesinlikle bir daha tercih etmem.

• Sibel (8/5): - gerek konumu gerek konsept anlamında çok iyi bir otel. personeli güleryüzlü ve yardımsever.. özellikle yemekleri ve kahvaltı çok lezzetli.. kullanılan ürünler gayet kaliteli temiz ve taze.. yalnız tüm bunların dışında gider sorunu var sanırım otelde.. odalara girildiğinde banyo havalandırma ve giderlerden rahatsız edici bir koku geliyor. bana mı denk geldi bilmiyorum ama 1 kere sular kesikti.. gerekçe olarak tavandan su akıttığı gerekçesiyle sular kesilmiş. bir keresinde de sıcak su akmıyordu.. alt yapı sorunu olduğu kesin..
• Kübra (8/5): temiz, modern, güvenli - Modern, temiz, merkezi gönül rahatlığıyla kalınabilir bir hotel. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi, herşey taze ve özenle hazırlanmıştı. Tüm personel oldukça kibar. Tek sorun odalar arası ses yalıtımının neredeyse hiç olmaması. Sevgili komşularım sabah 6’da uyanıp sohbete başladılar, ben de dinleyip bilgi edindim.

• Eylül (6/5): Ekonomik odalar çok küçük - Daha önce de kaldığım bir oteldi. Ekonomi odada kaldım. Oda gerçekten çok küçük. Hareket edecek yer dahi yok, bavulu falan koymayı geçtim. Tek kişi ancak sığar. İki kişiyseniz fiyat farkını ödeyip standart odada kalın derim. Asla ekonomi almayın. Bunun dışında kahvaltısı çok güzel, her seferinde beğeniyorum. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar biraz daha nazik olurlarsa sevinirim. Zorla ordalarmış gibi.

• PERVIN (6/5): - Otelin konumu çok iyi. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü. Oda çok küçük olduğu için fark ödeyerek daha büyük bir odaya geçtik ancak bu odadan hiç memnun kalmadık. Tuvaletin taarat musluğu gece boyunca kendiliğinden açılıp aktı ve bizi uyutmadı. Yan odada kalan misafirlerin tüm konuşmaları bizim odanın içindeydi sanki. Ses yalıtımı çok kötü. Ayrıca banyonun ışığı bozuktu. Banyo kapısı bozuktu içeriye girdiğimiz zaman kiliti kaldık. Dışarda bir kişi olmasa işimiz kötüydü.Kahvaltı ve otelin ambiyansı çok güzeldi.

Bir askı istedim 3.5 saatte gelmedi askıyı geçtim çok acil sadece yarım saatliğine bir ıphone şarjı rica ettim cevap hmmm bakarız Ama bulamayız yok gibi bişe dedi insan beyefendı suan mevcut yok ama ayarlamaya çalışırım der nezaketen ! Bu kadar gevşek bir bir kurum daha önce görmedim ayrıca yastık,yorganların Ve havulların değİşik bir kokusu var klor mu desem fazla çamaşır suyu mu bilemedim ! Kahvaltı güzel ve orada çalışan garson arkadaşlarda ilgili ancak gerisini atın çöpe ! Bu kadar saygısız ve sonuç odaklı olmayan bir otele bir daha adım atacağımı hiç sanmıyorum !

• TUGCE (8/5): Super lokalizasyon - Otele gitmeden önce baktığımız yorumlarda otelle ilgili negatif bir görüsümüz olusmustu fakat lokalizasyonu, temizligi ve fiyatina gore sartlarindan oldukca memnun kaldik. Herhangi bir sorunla karsilasmadik. Tesekkur ederiz.

• Mete Han Ozkan (8/5): Great Breakfast - Location is good, breakfast was amazing , Bar was closed around 10 pm which was annoying , service from staff in restaurant and bar was poor, however quality products , room was ok for few nights , to be honest staff in restaurant/bar needs customer service training and learn how to smile
• Asma (8/5): Cinnah rocks - Hotel is in good vicinity, but some how staff is a little bit rude, that's what I feel, a language barrier, most of the staff only speaks turkish, which we don't. Breakfast is good. The one thing I love the name of the hotel i:e Cinnah and Cinnah caddesi, Jinnah is the founder of Pakistan, it's a proud moment for me that the whole street name after him.

• Emma (8/5): Fab little basic hotel rooms could be cleaner - Hotel is in a great central location and the staff are very helpful and friendly. However, the room had hairs on the floor and in the bathroom so the cleaning was slightly substandard. However, we enjoyed our stay and would probably return.

• Amira (6/5): Lovley staff but one try to avoid - Almost everything was good. Location staff and rooms. But I had 1 problem that messed up my stay 1 staff the lady on front desk was very rude. The rest of the staff were really really nice and help. But that lady knows nothing about hosting and very very rude. One time I call the front desk she blow on the phone before even saying hello. She I came with kids and trabeling with kids is hard but she made it much worse. The guy that is usully at night is really good and helpful. So are the people in the breakfast area

• Gokhan (8/5): Good value, some things could be better. - Better pillows and more comfortable bed needed. Air conditioning is either too cold or warm. There was little mold in the bathroom. There was no hand towel, floor towel was placed in the place of hand towel. Rest is good, amazing location, quite good for the price.

• Shahed—Salemi (10/5): - This was my 3rd time staying at this hotel. I’ve been to so many different hotels in Ankara but Hotel Cinnah is one of the best. I wish they had a gym and spa too. - the rooms are so nice and clean. The cleaning ladies at the 2nd and 3rd floor are great, there is a cleaning guy too but he is not so clean, (make sure you ask the ladies to clean your room). - SEDAT at the reception and HAMID at the lobby are so kind and nice. - the breakfast is very good compare to other hotels. • Shah.Salemi (10/5): - I’ve been in more than 10 different hotels in Ankara in this month and hotel Cinnah is the best out of all. Unfortunately it han no facilities. Besides all that There is an amazing person working there named SEDAT.

• Shahed-Salemi (8/5): - It took more than 30 minutes for the receptionist lady to hang up the phone and help me with the check in. And then they told my internet is not working but when I saw people are using wifi then they gave me another username and password which worked and this behavior was so disrespectful. The hotel has no facilities like gym or spa or swimming pool but for the price you pay, it’s not a bad hotel. At least it’s clean And very close to most of the embassies. By the way most of the staff cant speak english at all, not even a word !!! There was a guy named (Sedat) which was really professional, kind and helpful. The rest of the staff were ok but not professional at all except for the lady at the reception desk. By the way the design and decoration of the rooms are nice and modern.

Writing from experience, this hotel enforces a fresh perspective to the existent hotel establishments of the whole city. It's clean and simple yet sophisticated corners call out the calm and dynamic traits of one's personality simultaniously. Breakfast service in the morning offers variety of dietary choices along with coffee, tea, or juices. We also had the chance to evaluate room service, which was a success due to polite behaviour of the workers and generous portions of food. Aside from it's interior aesthetics and service, the hotel's location is also very pleasing. It is located at the heart of the city, walking distance to the Swan Park landmark and commonly known shopping districts. Given the opportunity, this hotel is the only location we would like to stay, when we come back to Ankara again.

• Violeta (10/5): - Nice hotel in the centre of the city. Very modern, clean and its staff was always helpful and friendly. The coffee shop near the reception was open until late and that's where they served an amazing breakfast every morning. Overall great experience. I'd definitely stay there again !

• Yusuf Ziya (8/5): Within the same price level, I would recommend - Everthing ok but the continuous bad smell from the bath. It is a cost/benefit value budget hotel. New and modern design. Rooms are European size (very small!). But if you will use the room just for sleep then you can take the benefit of price advantage. Breakfast: 4/5 Coffee Shop beneath the hotel: 4/5 Location:5/5 Room: 3/5 (2/5 if smelling) Bahtroom amenities and quality: 2/5 (bad shampoo and shower gel). Best thing is it is just in the downtown where still in a quiet location. This is my second accommodation by the way. Last time no smell from bathtube but room was smaller.

• lag (8/5): Great location, good price - Our room was looking to busy street, it was noisy with busy traffic. Breakfast was just okay. They had issues with coffee maker and electronic key when we were there, hopefully it is solved. Basic rooms but clean modern and efficient. Price is very reasonable, location is great.
• Ali (6/5): Not good, not bad - It was a very small hotel. The bathroom and toilet is very bad. The aircondition was not good and the room was moisty. The hotel staffs behave good and helpful. The breakfast was good.
• SHISHIR (10/5): Excellent place to stay in the heart of the city - It was overall very good. The stay was very comfortable. The Staff was very helpful and the best part is that they speak good English at the reception desk. The breakfast spread was amazing and was changing every day.

• Annu (2/5): Complaining about bad hotel ever - Smells I’m the bathroom is so awful And it’s not even secure because when I was in my room with my girlfriend the room service opened the door on us and they keep walking in even. The bathroom smells so bad and couldn’t sleep in the night. The reception staff didn’t know that I’m booking my room for 2 people and they stop me and said you’ve booked for only one. So after reviewing back my reservation they found out that I’ve booked for 2
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good spot - Modern and clean hotel, close to most places like restaurants and shopping places. Minimal hotel facilities. Room was dark, a bit noisy from the way, good for a short, business stay.

• Mohammad amin (10/5): Superb - amazing and prestigeous. The hotel and conditions are exactly the same shown in pictures online. The reception speaks clear and great english which you rarely find in the whole Turkey. The location is 3 minutes to one of the main streets in Ankara full of amenities, a taxi stop outside the hotel and surrounded by parks. If I could afford I would stay there all my holidays, great experience, lovely staff, best condition ever that i have experienced in Turkey.
• Amir (6/5): Hotel cinna(chinna) - An aveeage hotel in the district of all embasseys in Ankara. Almost evey embassey is within walking distance.
• Niyazi (6/5): Different Rooms, Different Experiences - Hotel Cinnah is a new, tastefully designed, pleasant boutique hotel situated in one of Ankara's top districts, near great shopping, restaurants, embassies and international hotel chains. Room price was fair considering what it had to offer. Free parking and wifi, plus a generous breakfast we had decided to include with our room met our expectations. Staff was courteous and friendly. Our first night was spent in a large and otherwise very comfortable room (#303), overlooking a busy street, where the traffic noise was unpleasant all night long. After checking out and later in the day we decided to stay an extra night, but this time in a smaller and less expensive room (#411). There was no traffic noise, but was a late night trash pick up truck noise as well as a constant unpleasant odor from the plumbing. We could have, but did not, ask for our room to be changed, as we had already settled in the room.
• Shaimaa (8/5): One Night Stay - The stay overall was very pleasant, the staff was helpful and the breakfast was good enough. I personally would stay there again anytime am in Ankara
