- Callum (10/5): Perfect. Beyond expectations! - Staff were exceptional. Very helpful, friendly and welcoming, as well as professional. The location was superb and within walking distance of all the things that we wanted to see in Milan. The room had everything we could have thought to ask for, and was kept to a very high standard. Some nearby roadworks delayed our arrival. This is no fault of hotel viu of course, but is the only downside to the stay!

- iribella (9/5): - Room of very good size, comfy beds, great linen, extra attentive staff - they are going extra mile to make you feel special - very pleasant. Rooftop is fab. Pity it was private event so I couldn't enjoy sunset drink. Location closer to Brera would be good. Chinatown is not my preference as surroundings are a bit rough, hotel feels and looks like a gem there.

- Stefano (6/5): Une petite nuit avec peu de sommeil et aucun geste commercial de la part de l’hôtel. - La terrasse de l’hôtel a été privatisée la journée et la nuit où j’y ai résidé et l’hôtel était un fête jusqu’à 2 heures du matin. Je regrette de n’avoir pas été averti au moment de la réservation, il n’a donc pas été possible de profiter de la terrasse et de dormir avant 2h du matin, au prix des chambres ce n’est pas acceptable.

There were pieces of broken glass in the room (under the sliding door of the bathroom) when I arrived. The shampoo dispenser didn't work. The soup I ordered from the room service was cold.

- Angélique (7/5): Très bon séjour! - Déjà, la literie était super confortable et les chambres très bien insonorisées. Le personnel était au petit soins et nous remercions Monica pour les informations données en français 😊 L’emplacement de l’hôtel est juste à côté de Chinatown, proche du métro et des trams. Très pratique pour se rendre rapidement au centre. La piscine de l’hôtel qui se trouve sur le toit est magnifique avec une vue sur toute la ville. Nos chiens ont été accueillis à part entière, ce que nous avons vraiment apprécié! Ils ont eu même le droit de monter Rooftop près de la piscine et on profité d’une très bonne sieste au soleil! Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter! Quelques petits détails, mais rien de grave : il n’y avait pas de gel douche et le restaurant de l’hôtel est fermé le lundi.. dommage pour un hôtel cinq étoiles !

- Menta (10/5): 5 star hotel with a rare 5 star service - I've been coming to this hotel for 4 years now on and off for work. As in most businesses the people make the difference. At this specific hotel the people go above and beyond always. Its not one specific person its everyone. From the checkin to next mornings breakfast. You feel that there is something extra here. The benefit of traveling all over the world for work allows me to see so many different luxury hotels and I can say hands down this is one of the best. The rooms are beautiful and always clean and ill repeat again the people are simply fantastic. See yall again next time N/A

The view from the breakfast area was breathtaking, so gorgeous! All the staff were very polite and accommodating. There is a street construction going on around the hotel area and most of the taxis could not drop me in the reception area. Maybe the hotel could notice applications like Google Maps that there is a way to go to the reception area.
