• KAYLENE (6/5): - Lovely welcoming lady, who gave me a room with easier parking. Room was made effectively warm with the aircon. However the condition of the bedding needs a lot of improvement (I could feel the springs underneath and the top half of the mattress kept sliding off). There was a lack of automatic daily servicing of the room too....no top up of milk or toilet paper over the 8 nights I was there, unless I asked for it, although the teas/coffees were topped up once. It would have been good if there was some permanent crockery and cutlery placed in the room too.

• Stephanie (8/5): - It is conveniently located for fuel, restaurant (nearby Italian), bottle store, RSL for casual dining, even a MacDonalds over the road, supermarket down the road and close to the famous Rutherglen wine region. The tariff is very acceptable. The room was of a decent size. The main letdown for me was the wifi was very erratic. The owner did her best but it was frustrating. We will return just as we have stayed a few times already because as a package it suited our needs.

• Robert (8/5): Nice Country Motel - Nice little motel in the center of corowa. It is an older motel but the rooms are clean and neat, with all you need for a comfortable stay, will definately stay here again. People at reception very pleasant and helpfull.

I wonder if one small long life milk could be included in the fridge, to make use of the complimentary tea, coffee and sweet biscuits? Would definitely stay again, thank you!

• Margaret (10/5): - This is the second year in a row we stayed here...and we already booked again for next year. Reema the proprietor always gives a warm friendly welcome and good bye. Situated on the main street, the establishment is across the road from McDonalds. Woolworths, IGA, a pharmacy and restaurants are all within a 1 km walking radius...making it a very convenient location. On site parking is provided. The room was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed, nice shower pressure, and lovely fresh bed sheets and white generous-sized bathroom towels. It is a delightful home away from home at which we are always happy to stay.

The best checkin process with such a lovely greeting and parking and our room was also effortless. Surrounded by greenery the morning of with the sunlight coming through it is definitely a wonderful stay. Feels like Bali with all the plant life. Older room but immaculate, maybe that’s why it feels so homely. Definitely staying here in the future!!!

• Ian (4/5): - There was little to like, you need binoculars to watch TV, ear muffs to silence the aircon, no tissues, broken light bulb, and a general feeling of lack of cleanliness from carpet to bedcovers. This particular room should be stripped and started again for the prices charged. Cannot really say anything positive apart from the helpful receptionist and the fact that it is central in an otherwise nice and friendly town and close to McDonalds.

• Alan (10/5): Hidden gem - Decided to book a motel as we were dining 50 metres down the road and we did not look forward to the 20 minute drive home in the cold and rain. Glad we did as the motel exceeded all our expectations.If it hadn't have been for the somewhat noisy old aircon, it would have been absolutely perfect.

The layout of the room was great as the kitchenette was a bit separated from the beds with lots of bench space and chairs. This area was also ideal for us to store our bicycles to keep them safe when we weren’t riding them. We would definitely stay there again if we visited Corowa again.
• Margaret (10/5): - We loved the warm welcome and farewell by Reena, who made a fabulous effort to make our stay of two days very pleasant. The room was spotless, with adequate cupboard and drawer storage for our belongings, a small dining table with two chairs, a comfortable bed and extra pillows, luxurious thick white cotton bathroom linen, and good water pressure in the shower. Items that made us feel right at home were a toaster, bar fridge and kettle with cups, teaspoons, drinking glasses, coffee, tea, milk, sugar and biscuits all provided. If we needed extra crockery or cutlery, Reena kindly advised us in our welcome to just ask. We were so pleased with every aspect of our stay, and its amazing value for money, that we have booked another stay for early 2025.
