• Muriel (8/5): Ce n'est pas l'hôtel le plus confortable ni le plus beau de notre séjour et c'est pourtant celui où je me su - Gros coup de cœur pour le personnel de cet établissement, un vrai rapport humain. Le warung de Putu en face excellent et accueillant comme si on était en famille. La plage à deux pas. La chambre est très sommaire et il manquerait une bouilloire, un coffre ...mais ce sont des détails par rapport au bien être qu'on y ressent.
• Serena (10/5): - Pulizia ottima, staff super gentile a due passi dal mare. Pieno di servizi come tour, taxi e colazione e soprattutto il servizio lavanderia espressa davvero ottimo. Per il pranzo e la cena ci sta un warung buonissimo di fronte alla struttura. Per fare un po' di shopping ci sta una signora molto carina che vende abiti e collanine vicine al warung. Un bel contesto familiare e caloroso Nulla la struttura è perfetta semplice e pulita. Il posto è un po' isolato quindi bisogna prendere per forza dei taxi locali, grap è malvisto a Lovina. Noi amiamo camminare quindi per noi è stato un po' difficile spostarci. Consiglio di prenotare una macchina o uno scooter per girare al meglio le bellezze locali.

• Joseph (10/5): Definitely recommended! - Amazing place to stay in Lovina. Next to the beach, friendly and always available owners. You can rent a scooter directly there, the room is spacious, WiFi great for working and uploading videos (which is not always easy to find).
• Rosemary (10/5): Exceptional - Nice quiet guesthouse, large comfortable room. Situated in a very laid-back and quiet area. The restaurant was only doing breakfasts at this time of the year, but there's a very good warung right out front. The staff were lovely, very friendly and welcoming. There's an ATM just up the road at the petrol station. Right across the lane, there is warung Putu and a few shops and tour operators. I spent a fair bit of time talking to the people there. All lovely people and worth spending time with if you'd like to understand real life in Bali. I also did a cooking class while in Lovina, I highly recommend it - Putu Arga.

• Isabella (10/5): Lovely room and staff! - The room was lovely and spacious in a beautiful garden. The food was delicious and all the staff were lovely, especially the host Ketut! He was so friendly and very helpful to book activities through. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Nothing!
• Erika (8/5): It was a safe and chilled place to reset from chaotic days in lovina - I love the owner as he was chilled and assisted when it was requested. I loved the way they washed their beds sheets. It smelled clean but not saturated with detergent and perfumes. The bed was also really big which helped a lot and quite comfortable for my preference. Well, the end street to the beach when you turn left is really filled with rubbish but when you turn right it is OK. This is not just about this room but all from our trip. They are truly bright and the lights doesn't let you have a deep rest sleep so it is hard to recover. If the owner wants to add something extra like a blackout curtain, would sure make the room really stand out from others.

He arranged for us dolphin watching and a tour for one day around north of Bali at reasonable prices. Really recommend this location. Breakfast was tasty but could use a bit more variety or richness.

The room was clean, spacious and additional bed is available upon request. It’s walking distance to the dolphins meeting point. For the bed, it may nor be so comfortable for some people.

• Lintang (8/5): Definitely come back - Really nice place and affordable... they upgraded us to an air-conditioned room with a good deal. they helped us arrange the dolphin watch tour in early morning and help to wake us up before the dolphin trip. perhaps they didn't provide breakfast at our rate. it would be nice to have toast and coffee or tea for breakfast

The room has a front terrace with a couch where you can relax. It would be better if they offered water refill. Was told to buy water bottle at the shop next door, and we all know where the plastic ends in Bali...

• Xulia (7/5): Good - The owner is very friendly and kind. I asked to move rooms and he agree without a problem. The garden is nice and they offer a very affordable breakfast. The place is quiet and from the second floor you can see the sea and the sunset. The mattress was very comfy. I liked I had the option to switch from fan to AC without moving . Before I moved to another room the first room they gave me was pretty bad... There is no pool and you can't really swim in the sea so you better find a hotel near by and pay to use the pool as I did

• Laura (7/5): Good for a short stay - This place was great for one night stay. It had good working AC and the location was close by scooter to Lovina which we needed to get visas. The dog in the home kept barking all night which echoed up to the room and the outside lights were on all night which kept our room very bright even though there were curtains. This made it difficult to sleep. But for the price and for someone low maintenance, this is a great place.

There is hot water and lovely terrace and patio itself looks beautiful. There are couple of warungs around, which was helpful too. The wi-fi signal was pretty weak, had to bring my laptop outside to the common space to be able to work, other than that great stay, even though we only stayed for 1 night.

The first room didn’t had an AC and since I was sick I didn’t feel as comfortable. We changed a room and had an AC, which was way better. The owners are very accommodating and the locations just perfect! It’s a little older from the interior, but still okay.

Safe parking for scooter, good aircon, cheap price. Lovina Beach is dirty not nice. Walls are thin so can hear neighbours and outside.

You can book a dolphin tour through them, however we had booked through someone else already. It's 30 meters from the beach so that's nice when you do a tour at 6 or 7 am. Quiet. Nice balcony. Nice breakfast. Restaurant across good for lunch and dinner. Bed maybe too hard for some. Can be cleaned better. Light in bathroom needs fixed.

They also offer a transfer service which is great. The property was really out the way and basically in the middle of nowhere, Also the bathroom was covered in mosquitos.

The rooms open into the lovely patio which we enjoyed very much. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We recommend breakfast they offer. The beach near the hotel is dirty. The hotel is located quite far from the Lovina main beach and city centre. It was not a problem for us because we didn't go there for the beach. Lovina is a great departure point for waterfall tours!

The room was clean (except from the kitchen), the staff was very friendly and the waited for us to arrive at night! I don’t know if it was close to the city center or not, cause we just stayed there, as it was close to our meeting point for the dolphins tour! They could offer some basic toiletries, instead we had to ask for some soap! The kitchen wasn’t that clean and in result there were ants walking around!

It s a nice and big room and there s also a very beautiful garden and an opportunity to go eating in the „hotel.“ But there are also small and cheap warungs across the street. The manager is very kind and the coworkers as well but they barely understand an english word. So you’ll get ice cubes in your drinks even if you wanted to have your drink without it etc. We also didn’t get any free bottled water which is promised in the app. The sea is very close and as it isn’t touristic there, there are animals like dogs and chicken around but unfortunately also a lot of plastic.. the people around seemed very nice but some of them just wanted to sell you their stuff and lied a lot. They are just trying to get your money and talk you into buying something. So all in all, it’s alright for a few nights and it’s nice at the beginning but after a while you will realize the people there just want to have your money.

• Tim (8/5): Great spot for the backpacking quiet life - Let’s be clear, this is priced at and is a budget place to stay. On that basis it well deserves a 4. Good sized room, decent shower, peaceful garden and a balcony to sit and watch it from. You’re also right by the beach and at a great sunset place too. He chap who owns it is very friendly and had a good chat with me at 6am whilst waiting for a boat trip to pick me up. The dolphin tour on offer is very touristy but for the price of a couple of beers it’s worth it, even if just for the sunset. If you are in the village for a few days I’m sure you could find someone who’ll do a more personal trip after the dozens of tourist boats follow the dolphins around. Decent food, though careful of breakfast as it’s not included and there is no price on the menu. It’s double the price of a normal meal and the only thing not good value here. The rooms are basic and probably as clean as they can get them but I got a good sleep and it’s a peaceful area.

• Marie-Laure (8/5): Bien mais bruyant le matin - La chambre est spacieuse et lumineuse mais les rideaux ne sont pas assez occultants. La climatisation marche très bien. Nous avons pu profité de la terrasse privative et du petit déjeuner servi tous les jours. Le staff est très sympathique et serviable. Il y a très peu de restaurants autour. Il vaut mieux être motorisé. La plage est à quelques mètres. Par contre la rue se transforme en parking tous les matins à partir de 5h pour les touristes qui veulent aller voir les dauphins et c'est très bruyant.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Confusion on arrival - The staff were nice enough but kept us waiting for ages as it turns out they were overbooked! Made us walk to another place and had to stay there. Not impressed as I booked and prepared online but the other hotel was nice so didn't make a big fuss about it. It was late and we were tired.
