• Aylin (5/5): Zu teuer für diese Ausstattung und den Service. - Das Mobiliar war modern. Kostenloser Kaffee, aber leider nicht mehr auf der Veranda wenn das Personal weg ist. Sehr schade bei schönem Wetter. Keine Steckdosen am Bett, lediglich im Bad. Kein automatischer Zimmerservice, nur wenn man am nächsten Tag bis 10 Uhr Bescheid sagt. Kein Kühlschrank.

Meine freundliche schriftliche Nachfrage zur möglichen preisgünstigen Stornierung wurde mit dem schriftlichen Vermerk „ abgelehnt“ versehen. Keine Anrede, kein freundliches Wort. Das war’s dann mit diesem Hotel… sehr befremdlich

Nach 18 h keine ;Möglichkeit für Getränke. Da wäre ein Automat sinnvoll. Frühstück war sehr gut. Kein Restaurant und nach 18 h wenn personal weg ist keine Getränke.

• Bruno (8/5): - Bon emplacement, chambre agréable, buffet de petit déjeuner très bien. La procédure de self check-in qui est compliquée, et il m'a fallu finalement appeler la réceptionniste. Du temps où c'était un humain qui le faisait d'office, ça allait plus vite et au moins on était sûr de ce qui avait été fait.

Wir hatten ein Apartment in der zweite Etage,das Badezimmer war sehr klein, mit 1,85 Körpergröße und 100 kg ist es sehr eng gewesen und noch eine Sache die uns nicht gefiel: es wäre schön wenn man zu der Fahhradgarage immer Zugang hätte 😉 Ansonsten alles Topp👍

• Elisabeth (7/5): - Dias Zimmer war gemütlich. Frühstücksbüffet war sehr fein. Haben immer ohne Schwierigkeiten einen Parkplatz gefunden. Die Dusche ist sehr angenehm, wenn sie auch das komplette Badezimmer überschwemmt. Habe mich mit jedem Tag wohler gefühlt. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war nicht gerade überschwänglich. Der Weg ins Zentrum ist relativ lang und wenig attraktiv. In unmittelbarer Nähe findet sich wenig. Ich bin an sich aufgeschlossen gegenüber online Diensten, aber warum man sich selber seine Zimmerkarte ausdrucken muss, während die Rezeptionistin daneben sitzt, ist mir nicht klar. Ein wenig wirkt es leider so, als ob man möglichst wenig Arbeit mit dem Gast haben möchte.

• Nathan (8/5): Good location slightly further away from the town center at a good value. - The property is a bit outside of the center of Trier, but is easily accessible, has a lot you can reserve a space in, and is still walkable to all the sites. The bathtub, which was a positive, doesn’t really have a shower setup in the room we were in (103), but a handheld shower sprayer more at the tub spout level. I was able to make it work (38M) but might be trickier for others. The hotel has a great view, however, sirens were common as a hospital is right across the river.

• Norbert (10/5): Perfekt für Radfahter - Ich fahr mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs. Es gibt eine komfortable Fahrradgarage außerdem liegt das Hotel direkt am Moselradweg. Da es zur Kaffeekette Cpffee Fellows gehört, ist immer leckerer Kaffee vorhanden, den man im Aufenrhaltsraum mit Aussicht genießen kann. Es mangelt an nichts. Es ist halt nicht das preiswerteste Hotel, bietet aber viel.

• RocknRill (7/5): Goed hotel, geen oog voor veiligheid. - Stalling voor de fiets. Gaat wel om 18:00 dicht en staat overdag open voor iedereen. Goed ontbijt met mooi uitzicht. Veel online en actief aanvragen voor schoonmaak om kosten en prijs laag te houden. Op loopafstand van het oude centrum, maar wel verder dan de gemelde 10minuten. Buitendeur gaat niet op slot waardoor 24/7 mensen vanaf de straat naar de kamers kunnen lopen. Zou alleen met kamerpas open moeten gaan, maar je kunt hem gewoon open duwen. Wanneer dit gemeld wordt bij het personeel blijkt dit bekend en wordt verteld dat dit niet erg is.
• Karin (8/5): Für uns hat es Preis-leistungsmäßig gepasst. Einfach, sauber ,Freundlichkeit,ein gutes Frühstück . - Die Lage des Hotels ist prima. Direkter Aus und Einstieg Bushaltestelle ,,Westbahnhof"vor der Tür. Frischer Kaffee verschiedene Sorten jederzeit am Empfang . Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er gab auch gute Tips zum Restaurant in der Stadt und wie man am Besten die Stadt erkundet.herzlichen Dank. Auch die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück ( was sehr gut war,) waren freundlich und kompetent. .
• Monique (8/5): Fijn hotel voor een paar nachten, top locatie. - We hebben dit hotel gekozen vanwege de locatie, het hotel is op loopafstand van het centrum. Het ontvangst door het personeel was prima, men was behulpzaam en ze stonden open voor vragen. Het ontbijt was fantastisch, alles vers. Van alles lag er meer dan genoeg. Het appartement was lekker ruim, met een prima badkamer en een goed uitgeruste keuken. Als er dan toch iets is: het meubilair in het appartement is wat oncomfortabel, maar we waren weinig in het hotel dus voor ons niet echt een probleem. Het parkeerterrein van het hotel was op de dag van aankomst helaas vol, we moesten de auto aan de straat parkeren, wat overigens gratis was. De volgende dag konden we op het parkeerterrein van het hotel terecht.

• Andrea (8/5): Gerne wieder:-) - Die Zimmer waren zweckmäßig -wir hatten alles, was wir für eine Nacht brauchten. Der Frühstücksraum hatte eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Mit dem Blick auf die Mosel kann man hier bestens in den Tag starten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig, kreativ und vor allem hat mir die Nachhaltigkeit sehr gut gefallen. TOP! Danke.

• Janning (4/5): Aushaltbar, in die Jahre gekommen, mit schönem Frühstücksraum - Das Hotel hat einen guten Frühstücksraum. Das Badezimmer hat keine Dusche, aber Holzfensterbänke bei der Badewanne und einen Duschvorhang. Die Unterkunft liegt zwischen zwei lauten Straßen. Das Zimmer war in die Jahre gekommen. Reinigung musste man extra bestellen, aber täglich für den Hund bezahlen (obwohl nicht täglich gereinigt wurde).

• Marian (8/5): Prima voor een nacht - Goed prijs. Op loopafstand van centrum (15 min). Leuke ligging aan water. Eenvoudige kamers. Ruime parkeerplaats voor 8 euro per nacht. Plek om fietsen veilig te stallen. Uitstekend ontbijt. Kleine eenvoudige kamer maar wel schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt voor 1 nacht is aanwezig.
• Kunto van der Straten (9/5): - Gratis koffie onbeperkt. Het ontbijt was geweldig en de ligging is top
• Hartmut_Hannover (8/5): Eng aber gemütlich - Das Frühstücksbuffet und der Parkplatz. Viele enge Treppen bis unter das Dach. Das Bad war ziemlich eng und der Zugang zur linken Bettseite ist nur sehr gebückt möglich.
• Laura (8/5): - Super Lage, sehr zentrumsnah, tolles und reichhaltiges Frühstück.
• Michael-Tino (9/5): - Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das Nachhaltigkeitekonzept. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
• robert (8/5): Unpretentious, comfortable hotel that offers good value and a great breakfast. - Good value, decent rooms. Really nice breakfast - good variety of very well planned ingredients. Helpful receptionist. Convenient parking. Good view over the river. Bit of a walk into town.
