• Jillian (8/5): - Our stay at this location was awesome! The host was super helpful when me and my husband decided last min to stay an extra night. He provided us with easy directions to get to the hotel and find the room key to get in. Location was perfect as we were close to everything we wanted to but far enough away from all the crowds at night. Its about a 20 min walk to St Mark's Basilica but less than 5 to an easy water ferry to and from the airport. The restaurants are everywhere and I prefer the ones off the beaten path. We made the mistake of leaving the windows open on arrival and mosquitoes ate us alive every night following even after shutting all the windows. If its raining or decent weather for mosquitoes, I would suggest going to a pharmacy and getting those repellent options or be prepared to go on a killing spree 😆

• Adam (10/5): Great location, great price. Definitely worth visiting again in the future. - Great apartment in awesome quiet location. Easy accessible, clean and big enough for a family. It's really close to Vaporetto that you can take to visit islands located in the north side of Venice or even travel to Lido (you just have to taste coffee in "Cafes Do Brasil" there!). Piazza San Marco, Ponte di Rialto and many other tourist attractions are very close and you can get there on foot (7-12 min walk). Apartment's host is very friendly and helpful. We got all the instructions and directions guidance regarding transport from airport to the apartment.

• Laura (8/5): Zona muy tranquila y cerca del centro - El piso era grande y estaba limpio, tenía una nevera grande que nos fue muy útil. En mi opinión, unas mosquiteras harían la casa mucho más cómoda y fresca, porque aunque tiene aire acondicionado, no llegaba a la habitación, y poder dejar las ventanas abiertas nos hubiera solucionado ese problema, pero no fue posible por los mosquitos.

• Suzanna (8/5): Very good - It was in a good location for accessing sites and some lovely places to eat nearby. The air conditioning was only in the living room and not powerful enough to cool bedroom.
• Vicki (10/5): Lovely base and great central location for a great stay in Venice. - Good communication and welcome from host. Great location. Good facilities. Clean and with everything we needed. The sofa bed would be tricky for two tall people but was fine for us as we were 2 adults 2 children.

• Olesia (9/5): Superb - The apartment was nice and located in a convenient and quiet area. We arrived early in the morning, and the owner was very kind, allowing us to leave our luggage in the apartment.This made it possible for us to explore without our bags before the official check-in. Additionally, Nikoletta was very responsive and quick to answer all our questions via WhatsApp. There were no mosquito nets, but there were insect repellent plates, so mosquitoes didn’t bother us much. The kitchen had enough dishes, although we didn’t cook during our stay. Its visible that the apartment has been renting out for a long time and shows some signs of wear. I found the bed uncomfortable and the pillows quite firm (but that might just be my subjective opinion). The bedding and towels were clean, but they appeared old and could benefit from being replaced. Overall, our stay was great, and Venice itself is absolutely beautiful — leaving us with unforgettable memories!
• Fion (9/5): Great comfortable stay in a well equipped apartment - Very clean, great convenient location, well equipped kitchen and apartment, very quiet and tranquil, window Look over courtyard, live like local. Host is see responsive to all requests, get hot water fixed immediately. Be prepared to climb couple of steep stairs but just one level up. We manage it.

• Ah (7/5): On the balance, its ok. - Property is clean and cosy. Elderly people should be made aware that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift. To lug luggage up three stories may be challenging.

• Tatiana (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very helpful. We were allowed to leave our luggage before checking in time - that was very helpful. The apartment was nice, we had everything we needed. Comfy bed, silence at the night time, we were very happy with our choice. I would stay here again.

It’s out of the way of the super busy area so it’s nice and quiet, but it’s only a 5-10min walk to anywhere you would want to go. The apartment is very roomy, very clean and has a fully equipped kitchen. It also has a washing machine, which is rather handy The shower could use a little love. It is falling apart and a little unsightly in some areas, but the overall apartment is amazing!!
• Tracey (8/5): Had a lovely time getting ‘lost in Venice’ - Amazing location. Not far from Rialto bridge, supermarket, boat to and from ferry. Could walk to Saint Mark’s Square and Ghetto. Quiet location with a lovely atmosphere and cafes around. Host excellent with directions, keys and helping us get back in to the apartment when we had forgotten the passports! Bathroom needs a little deep clean around shower area. It would be helpful to have a folder on local recommendations.
• Claire (9/5): Great stay! Homey and spacious apartment. - Location was great, the apartment was homey and spacious. I also thought the bed was very very comfortable which added to a great stay after walking an entire day in Venice. I thought Nicoletta was very responsive and helpful when I needed help to locate the heating system. Nothing about the apartment specifically at all, I wish I'd stayed longer.

It did not affect our stay overall but is the first time I’ve seen it happen at a BnB. Host accidentally almost charged wrong amount for tourist tax, I had to correct them, they did apologize

• Saskia (10/5): Gorgeous apartment in a superb location - Extremely friendly host with lots of good advice on how to get to places. Excellent directions. Superb location only 10mins from Rialto bridge one way and the waterbus to Murano and Burano the other way. Lovely spacious apartment with supermarket nearby. Air conditioning and washing machine a godsend. Sofa bed was a little bit squeaky, but everything else was perfect.
• Sarah (10/5): Spacious and clean, quiet location - Good location and plenty of space in the apartment. It was a really peaceful location, away from the hustle & bustle of the main streets. The addition of the washing machine was greatly appreciated. The marble stairs are very slippery and one of my children hurt themselves so I would suggest some grip tape along the edges to prevent it happening to anyone else.
• Serine (10/5): It was perfect for a stay in Venice. Friendly staff who answered all our questions and gave us tips. - Clean, central and really nice apartment. Everything was really good.
• Dmytro (5/5): Passable - The location is perfect. Very clean. If you come to relax and sleep, then this option is not suitable for you. Nearby, another building is being refurbished. Repair starts at 8 am and ends at 5 pm. It is not possible to stay in the apartments. The perforator and circular saw work all the time. It is unfortunate that the hosts did not inform about this before check-in. I paid a lot of money and did not get the expected effect. I do not recommend to people who like to sleep in the morning and walk in the evening. Also not recommended for families with children.
