• Gréta (10/5): - Az elhelyezkedés kitűnő, Berry pedig nagyon kedves és rendkívül segítőkész. A szobában vízforraló és teafilterek, a konyhában kávé mindig rendelkezésünkre állt. A szálláshoz biztosított reggelit egy néhány méterre lévő kávézóban lehet elfogyasztani. Mi bármikor visszatérnénk!

• Manuel (10/5): Soggiorno fantastico a Napoli! - Posizione ottima, nel centro pulsante dei quartieri Spagnoli, a 5 minuti a piedi da via Toledo e dal murales di Maradona. Garage per la macchina a 20 metri dall'appartamento e colazione inclusa nel bar sotto casa ! I ragazzi del bar simpatici e disponibili e le colazioni squisite! Noi eravamo 7 amici e abbiamo affittato 3 camere . Le camere pulite, spaziose e luminose e l'intero appartamento moderno , ben organizzato e il terrazzo munito di sdraio,sedie e divanetti molto comodi per rilassarsi la sera o prendere il sole. Alcune camere hanno il bagno privato, altrimenti ci sono altri 2 bagni spaziosi e puliti per uso comune. Una chicca davvero fantastica una console arcade anni 90 con una miriade di giochi old style nell'area comune con cui puoi giocare con gli amici e tornare bambino per qualche minuto :D ! Consiglio questa struttura se siete un gruppo di amici, anche numeroso, perché è una perfetta soluzione per stare insieme e divertirsi in compagnia e godersi la città senza muovere la macchina dal garage .Berry e Roberto sono stati accoglienti, professionali e molto gentili. Torneremo sicuramente da Mola rooms nelle nostre prossime visite a Napoli!

Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Kontakt auch bereits schon vor der Anreise. Sehr gutes Englisch! Man hat die wichtigsten Infos über die Stadt bekommen sowie einige Tipps, ich hätte auch jederzeit über WhatsApp nachfragen können. Im Zimmer/Wohnung war es etwas kalt. Evtl noch ein Handtuch mehr für Hände und Duschen separat.

Accoglienza calda, Berry è un'ottima padrona di casa. Tipico palazzo di Napoli, che all'esterno può sembrare fatiscente, ma caratteristico autentico e rappresentativo della città e dei quartieri. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, consigliato. Da migliorare le pulizie degli spazi comuni.

• ROSSANA (5/5): Abbiamo scelto la struttura per la vicinanza a Piazza Plebiscito in occasione di un concerto. - La posizione Nella stanza si sente un odore pungente poiché i bagni sono ricavati da una zona della stessa, quindi senza finestra ne' areazione. La colazione è possibile solo in un bar che apre alle 8, beato lui. Se si arriva dopo le ore 20 è richiesta una "penale" di 50 euro.

• Nadine (4/5): Review - Bed was comfable, sheets were clean, the room was large, plenty of toilet roll and towels provided, hairdryer and WiFi were good. The room had blackout curtains, an elevator option to the 4th floor, lovely balcony with a beautiful view onto a naples lane way, has a kitchen and rooftop. Berry was kind to offer a glass of wine and outlined everything there is to know about naples on a map on arrival. Close proximity to Galleria Umberto, underground naples, metro, restaurants, ferry etc. Check google reviews also. The Google pin for Mola rooms does not match where the entrance actually is. I would suggest putting Fuku Bar into google maps and it is just up from it. There is a penalty fee of 50e for late check-in which I have never had before. Despite there being an option to input arrival time and it not being outlined on the advert, I was still charged 50e for an hour difference to check-in time. This is not flexible. I was asked to leave an hour before check out time too. The room had a hint of a bad smell. The air con kept dropping to a low setting. The balcony might aswell of had no door, I could hear everything on the street. It is 20 cent to operate the elevator, which didn't always work, 8 flights of stairs as an alternative. The shower head was low and wouldn't stay up high, had to over extend myself to wash my hair. I'm 5ft4 for reference. Water pressure was to much, it hurt. The breakfast is a croissant and tea/coffee, no other options. No casting options for TV or smart TV. The bathroom was not the highest standard of clean. I feel the standard did not meet what I paid for, even excluding the penalty fee.

• İnci (4/5): Excellent location, terrible building - The room was modernly designed and the kitchen had everything we could need. It was nice to have games for children to play in the common area. The owners were caring and kind. We stayed in touch from the moment of booking. The good thing for us was that the location was very central and we could walk everywhere. The street and apartment building were terrible. We had a real shock on the first day. We tried to return as early in the evening as possible everyday. Since we went with our children, we had difficulty explaining the building to them. Because they were very surprised and afraid on the first day. We got used to it in the following days. But the building was really terribly old and falling apart. It was annoying to have to pay 20 cents for the elevator to work every time you got in. Because sometimes we had to walk up or down 3 floors because we didn't have coins. Breakfast is served at a cafe 20m away from the building. And there is only 1 croissant and 1 drink. Of course, if you're lucky, there will be croissants left. We couldn't eat it twice because it was finished and they suggested packaged cake instead. In short, this is not a breakfast.

The beds were also very comfortable and breakfast option was delicious. This place had everything we needed for our stay in Naples, would definitely recommend Only drawback was the stairs, there is a lift available though for €0.20 so definitely not a deal breaker

The room was really spacious with a lovely bathroom (great shower!). Berry, the host, was lovely. She was so helpful and gave us loads of information. It was all great!
• Tayler (10/5): Great locations, lovely host! - The host Berry was so friendly and helpful, she told us loads of things to see and places to go. She helped us get there from the airport at a reasonable price (a lot of ataxis are scams) she didn't push the transport on us either, she offered to help us get the bus/train. The facilities were spotless, we went for the external private bathroom for budget reasons, it was on the other side of the guest house so please don't be surprised if you book the external bathroom... This area of naples is a very historical place and for the price and location this place was so lovely! Our breakfast was just down the road and everyone there was also friendly, a pastry and a coffee if a very italian way to start the day. The stairs aren't hard to get up if you don't have 20c for the lift... this historical building in the spanish quater you are very lucky to have a lift, the host can provide you with a few 20c but keep a few if you can. She was more than helpful, incredibly nice and welcoming. We were a large group and had an early flight and she and Roberto (the other host) helped us with affordable transport to the airport, everything was perfect! We were very grateful :) Thank you Berry, we will definitely come back to this amazing city and the best host! :)
• Maša (10/5): Very good and quality stay for a good price. - The location was perfect. It was near the famous Quartieri Spagnoli and Toledo street which is where everything is happening. The host Berry was really nice and helpful because she always gave us tips and instructions where to go and how to get there. She was also available via text messages at any time for any help. She also called us a taxi to the airport on the last day. The room was very nice, modern and spacious. It was always perfectly clean when we came back to it at the end of the day. The water flow was good and so was the air conditioning, since it’s very hot in Neaples. The complex isn’t very big so you can enjoy and relax in peace at any time. We think that the price was incredible for all we got for it. We really reccomend it.
• Suden (10/5): Exceptional - Nice, clean, cozy place with a great location. You can reach anywhere on foot. The landlord is very kind. She gave me a city map with lots of information, answered all of my questions. She helped me organize a couple of days in Sorrento and helped me plan my trip with the train. All the local restaurants are downstairs and Berry’s advices were always the best. If you are looking for a clean, friendly and economic place with a great location, highly recommended.
• Suden (10/5): Exceptional - This was by far one of my best experiences. I felt more at home than in a hotel. The owner, Berry, was fantastic and did everything to ensure I had a pleasant stay, not just at her place but she helped me plan my trip, helped me with my transfer to the train station and to the airport and gave me great tips for local activities and food. She made sure I had everything I needed and that my trip will be memorable, which it certainly was. I will definitely come back and can only highly recommend.

The bathroom was separated from the room. I’m between them wears a living room with a couch where the staff slept. And the staff shared out bathroom. Also there was mold all over the bathroom and now Emmy whole family feels sick.

• Regina (7/5): Good location in the Spanish Quarter - Good location, just in the Spanish Quarter. The host was very friendly. The coffee machine was not available but she offered to make us a coffee when we arrived. She gave us tips and details what to visit. The external bathroom was too far from the room (other side of the living room) which we didn't know in advance otherwise would have chosen the bathroom included room. The elevater only works with 20 cents.

• Peter (10/5): Exceptional - Such a great location in the Spanish Quarter l. Lots of little narrow streets with lots of great options. Despite breaking her leg just days before Berry was on hand for anything we needed and a delight to deal with. We got a lift from the airport from Roberto and that was super useful and good value. Both Roberto and Berry were very friendly as we would not hesitate to stay again. We also really liked the little cafe that breakfast was at. Very friendly too and great croissants. The room was very spacious and clean and beds comfy. Thank you Berry and Roberto
• Eleonora (9/5): Superb - Everything! The location was fantastic and the host AMAZING!!! I have been there with my mother, we had a couple of luggages and she helped my mother to carry everything!! She is a very lovely woman!! As soon as we got there she offered us coffe and water!! She also gave us straight away lots of suggestions! The restaurants and places she suggested where absolutely perfect! The food was the best I have ever eaten!!! Plus she helped us with the transfers from/to Naples and she also sent me a link where to check the timetable of busses and trains!!!! What do you need more?!?!?!? Fantastic! For sure I will be back again! All the hosts should be like her!!! -

• Elena (9/5): Great stay - Berrak, the host is super sweet and helpful, the location is great just a few steps from Piazza del Plebiscito and Via Toledo also surrounded by the best local restaurants and authentic street food stops. The room (quadruple one with private bathroom) was very clean and spacious and it was nice to sit outside in the common terrace during the evenings. You can easily reach all the attractions by walking or the metro stop Toledo. It was perfect for us! Come with a lot of 0,20€ coins for the elevator, it is not Mola Rooms’ fault, just the building working like that! Also don’t come with heavy luggage (unless you come by taxi) the streets of the Quartieri Spagnoli are a little steep and rocky!

La chica que nos recibió atenta a lo que necesitamos, con excelentes recomendaciones y muy amable. Hay ascensor para subir las maletas con costo de 0.20. El lugar donde está no es bonito, pero entrando a Mola Rooms todo cambia.

• Nadine (10/5): Lovely B&B in the Spanish Quarter - We enjoyed our stay at Mola Rooms and would recommend it. The rooms have very modern decor and clean with good air con and wifi. There is a very nice large roof terrance and lounge area with hob, oven, fridge and TV. The breakfast is good with fresh pastries, juice, coffee and yogurt (served 8:30 to 10). The owners are nice and helpful, and speak perfect English and were always available. The hotel is well located off the main shopping street and in the Spanish Quarter, and a fairly short walk from the old city centre/metro/ferry. The only slight negatives were the stairs to the top floor and the noise of the mopeds until early in the morning. The windows were single glazed, so little sound proofing. However the noise and the mopeds are part of what makes Naples different and interesting.

• Pasky (4/5): Inesperienza - Situato nei quarteri Spagnoli a pochi passi da Toledo, accoglienza cortese e grande disponibilità.Ci lasciano le chiavi della camera che non era ancora pronta, in serata rientriamo e prima sorpresa: il Water era intasato di carta igienica.chiamiamo la titolare che arriva dopo circa due ore.Ci assegna un'altra camera con i servizi esterni raggiungibili passando attraverso il soggiorno dove si fa colazione. la biancheria è pulita ma i guanciali emanavano un odore insopportabile di sudore. il primo impulso è stato di andare via, ma erano le 23, comunque la titolare non avrebbe rimborsato le due notti. Abbiamo lasciato il BB il mattino seguente per una super struttura il Plebiscito Relais
• Verified traveler (8/5): Cozy B&B in the heart of Naples - Me and my girlfriend stayed for one night in this cozy bed and breakfast. It's not a full-on-hotel, so a little different from what I'm accustomed to, but in the end the service provided was good, the room was very comfortable and clean, and the (shared) balcony is great.
• Roberta (10/5): Location centralissima e grande ospitalita' - Berry e Roberto sono molto ospitali e gentili. Il B&B ha una location centralissima, i quartieri spagnoli hanno un fascino d'altri tempi. Si raggiungono a piedi facilmente molte attrazioni turistiche. Ottima impressione.
• solange (8/5): Muito bom - Logo que chegamos nos assustamos um pouco com a localização, mas depois vimos que era seguro. O hotel foi feito com muito bom gosto, a decoração muito bonitinha,quartos confortáveis e limpos. Berry e marido muito simpáticos. Encontrei um pouco de dificuldade em conversar pois eles não entendiam o português mas na medida do possível nos ajudaram...a encontrar alguns lugares para jantar que foram ótimos.A localização é ótima pois e muito próximo das atrações principais, lojas e restaurantes.O único problema foram as escadaria (85 degraus) não é fácil para subir com muita bagagem como nós.Mas recomendo...
• Rhonda (6/5): - Barry could not have been nicer or more helpful. Super lovely couple running this B & B. The location though is pretty bad, in the Spanish area where there is no parking(once we paid for parking we may as well have just stayed closer to the sea). The building has no elevator and they are on the 4th floor with very steep steps. If you have a large bag, this is a tough one. The listing says there is a private bath but that just means you get your own but the bathroom is still on the other side of the apartment. A bit awkward. Having said all that, the place is spotless and modern. Barry was very helpful, had maps, etc. I would not stay here again, but if she opened a place closer to town I would book with her!
• Nick (10/5): Great host, great location, beautiful B&B - We had an amazing stay at Mola Rooms. Berry, the owner of the B&B, was so friendly and welcoming and did everything possible to make our stay wonderful. The room was extremely clean and spacious and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast is great and Berry looks after you making sure you are happy. The area is very traditional and local and it's lovely to see local people going about their business - working, playing and socialising. It is in an excellent location - close to all the best bars, restaurants and sights in Naples. A few tips...the B&B is on the 3rd floor with no lift - it's absolutely fine and great to walk off all the pizzas you will eat but not suitable for people with walking issues. I would recommend this place and we will return when we are next in Naples. Thank you berry for being such a wonderful host!
• Mariana (10/5): Ótimo lugar para se hospedar - A estadia foi ótima, a berry nos recebeu muito bem como uma família, ela e seu marido foram solicitos e simpáticos. Nos deram dicas de onde comer ( inclusive um dos restaurantes favoritos agora). O quarto estava limpo, é espaçoso, bem confortável. O ar condicionado e ventilador funcionam muito bem. As únicas ressalvas é que o quarto que ficamos possui o banheiro fora do quarto, ou seja, vc precisa atravessar a sala para ir mas de qualquer forma ele era exclusivo do nosso quarto. Café da manhã gostoso, tipico italiano com croissants, suco, yogurt, capuccino. E a outra ressalva é sobre as escadas caso esteja vindo com malas de rodinha grande e pesadas, são 3 lances de escada. Sobre a localização, para os aventureiros fica no meuo do quarter espanhol e pertinho de metro, super bem localizado e próximo de restaurantes próximos. Nós recomendamos a hospedagem e inclusive existe um terraço no ape perfeito para descansar depois de um dia longo de passeio. :)
• Verified traveler (8/5): Great hotel in the Spanish quarter - The hostess, Berry, is very friendly and helped me get oriented to the city, as well as provided excellent travel and restaurant recommendations! Breakfast was usually too late for me but I could still grab yogurt and a pastry from the previous day. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs because you hear all the noise from the street (VERY loud) late into the night.
• Jennifer (8/5): Excellent stay in authentic Napels - We loved our stay at Mola rooms, right in the heart of the Spanish Quarter where you feel part of the Napolitan lifestyle. A lot of famous sites are within walking distance and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are modern, clean and new, and there is a sunny roof terrace. On top of that Berry is a great host - she makes you feel very welcome and at home. She provides you with tips, fresh pastries each morning plus a wonderful smile!
• Jena (10/5): Central location, welcoming and accommodating host - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in thid b&b close to the sites and shoppong in Naples! We felt safe in this bustling middle class neighborhood and the room was a great place to rest our heads after a busy walking day. Berry was helpful im everyway possible and very welcoming to our kids.
• David (2/5): Room wihtout windows - 3 of the 4 rooms have windows - 1 does not. We didn't want a room without a window - so we left and would like a refund.
• Pardis (4/5): DONT DO LATE CHECK IN, LOCATION DOESN'T SEEM SAFE - My booking was accepted just before midnight but owner accepts check in by 8pm. I almost wet myself being in the area just after midnight looking for the hotel, which was closed.
• Andre (10/5): Mola Rooms Naples - Berry is an amazing host and upon entering Mola Rooms you feel as if you are in a very modern upscale hotel. She makes sure you know the city surrounding you and any specific attractions worth visiting. The room is recently remodeled, and feels just like home. Unfortunately it is a little loud reguardless where you stay so be prepared to hear cars, mopeds and people till 3am. Otherwise I would return to stay here at Mola Rooms.
• Norma (10/5): Excellent stay to explore Naples - Mola Rooms is located in the heart of the Spanish quarter, close to the harbour, the main square, and the old city - all within easy walking distance (a must in Naples). We stayed for three days and two nights, visiting Naples and nearby Capri. Berry is a fantastic host, makes a good breakfast, and gave us all the ideas we needed for our stay. Highly recommended.
• Joan (10/5): A gem in the city - Amazing hostess with a good knowledge of the city and what was on. We had a spacious en suite room, with a small balcony. There was a kitchen with space to eat and share breakfast if you wanted to. A roof garden on the way, which will be lovely in the city location. Have to ,mention 3 flights of stairs to access it - but this was part of life in the Spanish quarter and was well lit and added to the security and calm of the apartment! It was not the easiest to find but Berry did offer to meet us - an offer we should have accepted! Just be aware that the numbers go up one side of the street and back down the other and again locals showed us when we asked! Local shops were fascinating. they look tiny from outside but there were some real specialists - cheese maker, pasta maker, fishmongers. And we found great pizzerias and trattorias in the back streets. We had a great stay and I'd love to go again.
