• Cain (1/5): I will never book at this location again... thank you - Never did get a chance to stay a night. Well when I booked my room I specifically requested a handicap room downstairs. Ok they said that they had one well I got to the location to get the key they said told my husband that the handicap smoking room was upstairs. That didn't set horses with me.

The front door didn’t close properly, very unsafe, the room smells bad, the fone to call front desk was in pieces and couldn’t be used, the room was super noise, and guests upstairs seem to be having a party late night, parking lot was super dirty. • Heidi (1/5): HORRIBLE, did not happen. - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. The hotel is in a severely run-down and neglected condition. The photos used for advertising are clearly outdated and misleading. There were numerous visible stains on towels, bed linen, furniture, and other surfaces, indicating extremely poor hygiene standards. The carpets were extremely dirty, frayed, and in very poor condition. I observed insects on the premises, which is unacceptable and poses a health risk. The bathroom was in a filthy and unhygienic state, including visible mold and hair, making it entirely unusable. The elevator was not functioning, meaning the hotel was not barrier-free. This is a serious issue, as I required accessibility and would not have booked the hotel otherwise. Most alarmingly, the doors do not lock at all, creating a severe safety and security risk.

• Alberto (8/5): Cockroaches in the room. - What I liked the most about my stay was the customer service. Everything was handled very well, and the attention I received was excellent. All the staff members who work there are genuinely kind and professional. What I did not like was that there were many cockroaches in the room. My room was 209, and the night before I stayed in room 107, where there weren’t nearly as many—this one had significantly more. It was a very unpleasant experience.

I wouldnt recommend this hotel to my worst enemies. Dont waste your money your better off sleeping in a tent under a bridge.

The tub and toilet you bet not dare sit in it. It was horrible and will never go again even if I had to .... the comforter was smelling horrible so I think they don't wash them unless it's a visible stain on them. It smelled like sex and must. I never give reviews but this was ridiculous.. it's not hard to deodorize a room.

There was a dead mice or rat behind the toilet that smelled up the entire room missing 1/4 of its body. There were roaches everywhere I woke to killing wrenches off the wall and bed. There were empty beer bottles in our room with drugs on top of one of the cabinets. Broken lights hanging by a thread. When I went to complain and get a refund staff acted as if a refund was nonnegotiable and there was someone outside with cops complaining that someone stole his gun. Highly do NOT recommend. Still waiting on a refund this was days ago.

The door is half way kicked in and no ac. Got two rooms. Both literally had roaches crawling as soon as you walked in. One room AC wasn't working properly. Will be reported to BBB. Also when left they tried to charge my card three times. Left the night of reservation at about 730 pm.
