• Corley (1/5): I did not stay at the hotel. I went to another hotel. - The close proximity to where my family lives in Brockton and in Bridgewater. After upon hearing about my mom‘s and pending demise. I didn’t get there until after 11 PM. They told me that their hotel was full and also that a different name was on my reservation, which was stupid. I’m hoping to get a full reimbursement from this since I had to go to another hotel that night.

• Monieke (1/5): I NEVER STAYED AT THE HITEL BECAUSE I WAS TOLD MY ROOM WAS CANCELED BY BOOKING.COM - UPON MY ARRIVAL TO THE HOTEL, I ATTEMPTED TO CHECK IN WHEN THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT MY RESERVATION WAS CANCELED BY BOOKING.COM AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME A ROOM. NOW I.AM ATTEMPTING TO GET MY REFUND AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUNF MY MONEY ON A ROKM THAT I NEVER WAS ALLOWED TO STAY IN. I am attempting to get a refund of my money and they are not giving me my money. Please help.me

• James (2/5): I’m gonna be as honest as I can This is not the hotel you want to go to with children, or as a family, The room I had wa - Nothing I’m gonna be as honest as I can This is not the hotel you want to go to with children, or as a family, The room I had was filled with water beetles, cockroaches, the shower head did not hang so you had to hold it in order to shower, the room smelled like a mix of crack and cigarettes on top of it the door to the room Had significant cracks around the seals of the door allowing any and all noise to come in through the hallways which seemed to be busy with pimps and people fighting drunk or high outside, the walls are also paper thin don’t expect any type of privacy here you will hear your neighbors no matter how hard you try to drown them out, parking lot was scary I felt the need to check every corner heading outside to my car to ensure I wasn’t going to be robbed Amenities are down at the office, coffee maker and a community microwave that seems to always have a line and does not get cleaned by staff, overall this place is a place to go if you are down BAD not worth the money I recommend you find anywhere else that would be your best choice sincerely, now if you are looking for a place like this well I’m not Bs you when I say this is it

• Lisa (1/5): Didn't stay because of mold in bathroom ceiling and the amount of dirt and stuff in the room - Mold, dirtiest room o haver ever seen, sheets looked disgusting, cleaning lady came to freshing up the room used one towel for cleaning the toilet and wiped all the other surfaces with the same pissy towel. They really need a state inspection.
• Charlotte (1/5): Would never stay here again - Nothing was good about this place Walked in, entire place smelled like cigarettes and weed, no artwork in the rooms making it seem more like a jail cell. beds were uncomfortable with no comforters on the beds. We did not feel safe leaving our stuff in the room to the point we put it back in our vehicle and just brought it in when we came back to the room. No microwaves or coffee pots in the rooms, no breakfast, 10 out of 10 would not recommend this place.

• Bilbo (3/5): Would not recommend toi friends or family. - Bed was comfortable. Was informed that hotel was short staffed. Room not cleaned, not provided with towels, bed never made or sheets changed. Floor not swept and toilet was clogged. Room had an unidentifiable odor.

And the amount of people I heard fighting thru out the night was insane. Booking .com and this hotel completely ruined my trip. And on top of everything booking. Com never paid my hotel reservations ((I paid 2 months in advance)) so the motel double charged me and left me with no money for my trip and it took me over 40 days to get my refund from booking.
