• Vera (8/5): Simple accommodation, great location - Great location and quiet street. Not for people with mobility issues, stairs to rooms very steep and narrow. Bottom bunk bed has no space to sit down. Ideal for a few days. Breakfast standard, plenty of options for everyone. A kettle to boil water should be standard these days, but it's not here. Luckily I had mine. The furniture (chairs) were pretty worn out and their legs were wobbly.
• Lucio (5/5): Meglio fare un pò di strada fuori dal centro ma con un minimo di comodità - La cosa migliore è la posizione Stanza piccolisima si accede con una scala moto ripida, il bagno è vero in comune, ma quello che si trova nei treni è più grande. Era piccolissimo ubicato al piano inferiore.

• Leonardo (5/5): - It has a great localizarion, five minutes from the main train station. The pictures didn't match the room. The place was much smaller and older than the generic pictures from the advertising. And the hostel has a weird system where you need to keep returning your bedroom's key at the reception every time you leave.

Стіни темного кольору (пригнічують), потребують ремонту у кращий, світлий колір. У шафі відсутні полки для особистих речей. Відсутній був мильний засіб (прийшлося просити на рецепшені). Після прибирання кімнати (наступного дня) пропав рушник, прийшлося повідомити на рецепшені, які без зайвих слів видали нове. Полочка (скляна) над раковиною, скривлена та коливається. Тобто, покласти зубну щітку чи зубну пасту неможливо, прийшлося класти на ліжко. Подушки нікудишні, можна в кулак їх зям'яти. Східці до кімнати дуже небезпечні, крім того, тричі вдарявся об стелю, хоча і йшов безпечно. Немає жодного стільця, що є дуже незручним. Особисті речі покласти ні на що. Столик страшний, прийшлося застилати його своїми пакетами, щоб перекусити більш-менш комфортніше. Обстановка у кімнаті така, як буцімто 50 років, кімната не бачила ремонтів.

• Hana (9/5): - Lovely helpful and patient staff, very clean, super close to the central station. There was some noise outside at night. The stairs up to the 2nd and 3rd floor are very steep, not easy to climb and descend with a suitcase.

• Maria Margarida (6/5): Bom para quem procura uma alternativa para apenas dormir. - Pequeno almoço razoável/bom. As camas são muito confortáveis. O quarto não tem secador mas a receção tem secadores. Da regra de termos de entregar a chave do quarto de cada vez que saímos do hotel. Muitas escadas e bastante íngremes, não é qualquer pessoa que consegue subir.

Nos mandó a una planta y después de buscar, era en el edificio de al lado. La habitación y la ducha olían a rancio. La habitación era un zulo y el acceso por las escaleras era para matarse.
• JOHNNY (3/5): - Ubicación Amabilidad del personal de recepción Habitación incómoda , no hay nada para poner la ropa , ni armarios , ni repisas , mucho polvo , escaleras demasiado inclinadas y peligrosas , subir con maletas es mucho riesgo de caída , una persona con limitaciones físicas no le recomiendo alojarse allí por riesgo de caída .

• Anna Lisa (8/5): Caratteristico, ma non ci tornerei - Locale in un punto strategico, personale simpaticissimo e cordiale, spazi comuni puliti, presenza di un disinfettante in bagno per la pulizia delle superfici (per chi è fissato come per la pulizia) La pulizia della camera lascia un po a desiderare.. mi era caduta una molletta per capelli sotto il letto, era così pieno di polvere che ho deciso di lasciarla lì. Colazione buona ma poco variegata, era composta da pane di vari tipi, due tipi di burro, due tipi di marmellata, una crema di nocciole, due tipi di affettati, un tipo di formaggio, uovo sodo, yogurt bianco, un solo tipo di cereali e il dispenser per bevande fredde e calde. Abbiamo chiesto la colazione da portare via per una gita presto, ci è stato espressamente detto che andava tassativamente consumata il loco. Non c’era la possibilità di unire i due letti, lo spazio nella stanza molto limitato, nemmeno una sedia su cui appoggiare i vestiti.

Unwahrscheinlich kleines Zimmer, miserables Bett (Matratze komplett durchgelegen), sehr lärmig (von Strasse und die Zimmertür des Gastes nebenan). Habe kaum ein Auge zugetan.

Ça sentait le tabac ,tout était vêtuste , vieille moquette au sol ,prise électrique dénudée, Lavabo dans la chambre dans un sale état. J'ai beaucoup voyagé et je n'ai jamais eu droit à une chambre aussi pourrie et à ce prix là, c'est carrément du vol.

Et les rideaux ne cache pas la totalité. Le personnel de jour était souriant. La douche était sale, odeur nauséabonde qui émane des toilettes dans les couloirs. Pas de désodorisant automatique ? La chambre était très mal isolé, les escaliers sont difficiles d’accès. Le personnel de nuit n’étais pas très réactif pour l’ouverture des portes. Chambre abîmé par usure

• Eszter Rita (9/5): - Remek helyen van, a központi pályaudvar is kb 5-6 perc séta. A szoba kényelmes volt és tiszta, a reggeli egyszerű, de tartalmas. Igazi autentikus épületben található a szállás, a belvárosban.

• Jonna (7/5): - Right at the center of everything, the location was spot on. Basic accommodation with two beds, clean sheets and ok breakfast. The showers had only cold water when we came but they fixed it right away when reported at the reception.

• Magdalena (1/5): Bed Bugs Included! - I had booked three nights at this hotel in early February 2026. After the first night, I had numerous bed bug bites. I had entire “bite lines” all over my body. The gentleman at the reception desk reacted very sympathetically. It seemed as though I was not an isolated case. The hotel had apparently experienced several similar incidents in its rooms in the past. As a result, I was moved to a new room (however, it did not have a window). The next morning, I again found bed bugs on the walls. I then requested at the reception desk to be transferred to another hotel, as it appeared that not just one room was affected by the infestation. I was subsequently accommodated in a different hotel, and two nights were refunded to me. Any further compensation was explicitly refused. The only additional reimbursement I received was for the creams I had to purchase at a pharmacy to treat the bite wounds. I found this to be outrageous. Following this incident, I had to dispose of all my clothing, as it shrank when washed at 60 degrees Celsius, and I also had to throw away my suitcase because I was concerned about bringing the bed bugs into my apartment. I received no compensation for these losses. The worst part, however, is the physical damage. Even now—almost four weeks after my stay—many of the bite wounds are still inflamed. Out of more than 110 bites, I have been left with numerous scars all over my body and am still suffering from the consequences. Quite apart from that, my trip to Amsterdam turned into both a psychological and physical catastrophe as a result of this experience. Please spare yourselves this ordeal and do not stay at this hotel.
• Özge (9/5): Muhteşem konum - Konumu harikaydı, tam merkezde, tren istasyonuna 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardım sever. Valizi ücretsiz muhafaza ediyorlar. Kahvaltı tam bir Avrupa kahvaltısı, bence yeterliydi. Merdivenler tabii ki, ama bunu biliyordum ve Amsterdam otelleri genelde böyle.

• Matt (3/5): Cheap but unsatisfactory, not worth the money - The staff were kind, there was 24 hour reception, and the location was good. The radiator wouldn’t turn off, so we had to prop the window open, the floor and bedsheets weren’t clean, the bathroom was covered in stains, there was a max of one key per room and you had to request staff to open the door for you to that side of the hotel anyway. The stairs were very steep getting to and from the rooms. The doors slammed shut and made were loud when you open them too.
