• Assia (4/5): Niet leuk - Dit is mijn tweede keer dat ik in dit hotel verblijf. Vind het een uitstekende hotel qua hygiene en het feit dat ze lekker ruime kamers hebben! We hadden etensresten over van de dag ervoor die we graag wilde opeten, het hotel beschikt over een magnetron waardoor ik dacht, dit komt goed van pas. Het hotel personeel met name het restaurant was best onbeschoft en bot, en gaven aan dat dat niet mocht, aangezien het restaurant nog open was Kortom het was helaas teleurstellend.

La serveuse de nuit qui est sur son gsm et nous renvoie vers le réceptionniste pour ne pas nous servir... Ce dernier qui est débordé et n'a pas su nous changer de chambre malgré notre attente de 2h... Pas de TV car défectueuse, les toilettes pleins de coulées d'urines...

• Sanya (4/5): Would not stay here again - It was close to the airport They call themselves a 4 star hotel but it is evidently a budget hotel. The receptionist was very rude. They dont offer room service. There were stains on the chair cushion. The pillows were very uncomfortable.

• Mélissa (8/5): Très bien pour une nuit avant son vol à Zaventem - Nous avons eu une chambre supérieur et elle était bien fournie et spacieuse. Nous avons bien apprcié notre nuit proche de l'aéroport pour les vols en matinée. Je recommande ! Nous n'avons par contre pas essayé les autres commoditiés qu'offrait l'hotel.

If you need to stay at a hotel close to the airport, I would definitely recommend it. The hotel bar is both expensive and does not offer good options. We had difficulty in finding a good white wine.

• Mirre (9/5): Heel fijn! - Attente receptionist Ali die in onze “very last minute” reservering zag dat we met een kleine baby reisden en ervoor zorgde dat er bij aankomst een baby bedje op de kamer stond. Uitgebreide keuze bij het ontbijt incl. vegetarische en vegan mogelijkheden. De bewegwijzering in de parkeergarage naar toegang tot het hotel was ons niet duidelijk. (In ieder geval niet op het dek waar wij geparkeerd stonden.)

Was lastig om via de parkeer garage naar de ingang te komen,daar het donker was kon je niet de normale ingang zien.in de kamer bleef het blauwe licht aan boven aan je bed,dit alleen met je kaartje uit het contact punt te halen
