• Lynn (7/5): Great accommodation, great location but disappointed in some of the staff. - Spacious clean rooms. While I was staying there I fell down a flight of stairs while I was sightseeing. I came back to the hotel limping badly and my legs and arms were covered in scraps and bruises. The chap at the reception saw me come in and I asked him if there was a service to have food delivered as I was having trouble walking as I had fallen down a flight of stairs. He just said no because I didn’t have a Chinese phone number. He then said “ there are a lot of food shops in the streets behind the hotel”. He showed no concern, no compassion and there was no offer to help me in anyway. I had no food in my room so I had to hobble to the supermarket to get something for dinner. When I got home it was discovered that I’d fractured my ankle. Keep in mind I’m 66 years old. The hotel was lovely but I’m very disappointed in the way I was treated.

• Andi Go (10/5): This is it! Excellent location and staff - Family room on the 5th floor was very spacious, with a roomy bathroom and bathtub. Loved that they had L’Occitane toiletries, personal ref and two TVs, along with wifi access. The paintings in the hallway and room were a nice touch too. It made the stay feel more elevated. The staff were very helpful and easy to communicate with in English. Special mention to the front desk team: Marvin, Kenneth, Harvey, Woody, and Aimee for the excellent service. Communication in English was smooth the whole time. Thanks so much! The location is top tier if you prefer a chill, laidback part of Macao. It’s within walking distance to tourist spots like the Ruins of St. Paul’s, Senado Square, and more. Super convenient without being too crowded. Will stay here again for sure. Not really a deal breaker but a microwave in the room would be nice.

• Lori (8/5): Good night’s stay and good breakfast, we would stay again! - Close to the main piers and town of Sai Kung. Good 1 night stay. The breakfast buffet was also quite plentiful and overall good quality. The property is split across different sites and so it was quite confusing to find our room and to navigate the property overall. Better signage is recommended.

• Peizhen (10/5): 性價比非常高、服務人員親切！ - 飯店乾淨明亮且空間蠻大、還有個大沙發，性價比非常高。住宿位置附近有很多好吃的，也有公車站非常方便。 這次我們在可入住前抵達，先辦理了入住手續隨後寄放行李就可以解放雙手開始逛街了，非常貼心的服務。 入住的兩晚遇見的櫃檯人員及清潔人員都非常的親切友善，第一次來澳門就有非常棒的住宿體驗，下次有機會來澳門，還是會住這裡。

• aldina (10/5): Cura dei dettagli - Camera curata in ogni dettaglio, dai dispenser per il sapone/shampoo alla cassettina contenente il necessario per tè e caffè. Molto apprezzati i prodotti de L'Occitane, come pure la pulizia. Letto comodissimo e camera molto silenziosa. Personale gentile e posizione ottima! È un peccato non ci sia la colazione, nei dintorni c'è un solo caffè aperto al mattino presto (prima delle 9-10), più adatto ad una clientela orientale.

• HSIN YU (8/5): - 住宿位置非常的方便，距離許多美味小食店都是走路幾分鐘的距離而已，要去遠一點的地方搭巴士也是只需走路3、4分鐘，就可以抵達巴士站，巴士可以抵達任何你想去的景點。 冷氣的聲音很大，睡覺時必須關掉，還好現在氣溫不須要一直長開。窗簾有點難拉，電視會莫名其妙的打開，完全無法找出原因，干擾休息。

• Rainer (10/5): - Ich hatte vorher Wünsche geäußert und darauf ist man eingegangen. Das Hotel liegt ein ganz bissl fernab von zentral, heißt: Ruhig, aber in Laufreichweite zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Mein Zimmer war recht groß, der WiFi super, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit & spricht englisch, mein Blick auf die Umgebung war ziemlich gut. Tatsächlich sehr angenehm, ich habe iegntlich nichts zu kritisieren... ...außer dass Frühstück gar nicht erst angeboten wird. Könnte man als Option ja vielleicht künftig tun gegen Aufpreis.

• Ai Ling (9/5): A pleasant stay with old town charm. - Booked for 1pax and my room so was comfortable for solo traveller. Not much view outside window but that’s not an issue for me. Near to public transport bus stops. There is supermarket about 8-10min walk away. Walkable to Ruins and Senado square area too. Room and toilet is clean. Friendly reception staff. Warm housekeeping staff. No frills check in and check out. Water dispenser at lobby area. Free coffee and biscuits at level 1 in the mornings was a plus. Some interesting streets and eateries near by. One of the open air road side eatery is just few min walk away. Fridge in room was not cold enough. Shower gel ran out after 3 days and staff refilled it after I informed the reception staff.

This is third time we have stayed here and it won’t be our last. We don’t have breakfast but this can be added as an extra. It is one block back from the main road where there are lots of buses to catch.
• Cam Anh (10/5): Schönes Zentrales Hotel - Das Hotel ist in einer Zentralen neben Strasse. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet, schöner als andere 4 Stern Hotels. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemühte sich für alle Fragen. Würde das Hotel wieder Buchen. Nichts zu Bemängeln. Hätte einen Stern mehr verdient.

Staff: They're so friendly, if you have any questions can ask them (online or offline, they're very helpful)! - exp!!! we wanted to eat instand noodle at night but the cup noodle didn't provide fork, and the staff get it from the restaurant beside :P no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BUT bed is really single size So if u r used to super single/queen etc u ll find this bed a tad too small. Shout out to Kenneth @ reception. He is ever so helpful. Bed really too small. Still a distance away from attractions

• Desmond (9/5): A boutique hotel with great location and very helpful staff - The location of the hotel is very good as it is very close to many eateries. St Paul and Senado Square are also within walking distance. Staff are helpful as they helped us booked our cabs making it so much easier than to flag down one ourselves. The hotel rooms may be a bit too small.
