The Mathersmiths (10/5): Amazing hotel, with even more amazing staff in the very heart of Hanoi Old Quarter. - We had the top floor room which was great, and the view across the lake was amazing. Great to stand and watch the evening descend and all of the lights come on in the city, Staff were 100% amazing, could not do enough for us and were so kind and polite - wanted to help with everything. Also a great choice at breakfast and even if something wasn't there they would go and get it for you. Absolutely no fault of the hotel or staff, but the balcony for the room is very small and not big enough to have a chair on, but it is old quarter Hanoi and the rooftop bar gave us views with a seat!

Son rooftop avec une vue imprenable sur le lac, La gentillesse du personnel et particulièrement de l'hôtesse d'accueil, pour sa disponibilité, pour ces conseils et nous réserver les restaurants, les cyclos pousses.... ce qui a faciliter notre séjour. Drumherum gibt es viele Cafés, Restaurants, Shops. Unser Zimmer war echt top und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Bei der Anreise waren wir viel zu früh und wir haben sofort Kaffee, Kuchen und Obst bekommen. Sie habe sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Wirklich top! Die Rooftopbar bietet einen tollen Blick auf den See. ./.
Paulo, Val et Will (8/5): - Emplacement, l'accueil du personnel qui nous a permis de laisser les valises plus de 4h avant le départ en taxi. Manque de fraîcheur du petit déjeuner (fromage, jambon avec les bords un peu séchés)

Jörg (10/5): Im Herzen von Hanoi - Die Lage ist optimal. Man ist mitten im Geschehen von Hanoi. Besser geht es nicht. Zudem ist das Personal extrem hilfsbereit. Ob es Unternehmungen in Hanoi sind oder ob man Ausflüge nach Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bay, Sapa unternehmen möchte, alles wird ermöglicht. Wir hatten diverse Transfers und eine Halong Cruise (Sena Cruise) vom Bella Premier Team organisieren lassen und würden es jederzeit wieder machen - es war perfekt.

Anatolii (10/5): Awesome! - The biggest treasure of this hotel are the people who work there. Knowing about our long flight they prepare our room upfront. They were always very friendly and helpful, starting with a help with taxi on rainy day, and finishing with bringing the luggage to our room after our out of Hanoi travels. Ann and Huy always had a smile and a good word for us. The room itself was good and always clean. Separately need to mention good beds and pillows - we had good rest there. Hotel is in an old quarter, with a nice view to the lake from the rooftop, where nice and cozy bar is.
Brew4949 (8/5): Good comfortable hotel - Staff was friendly. Especially the young doorman. Friendly and helpful. Location is very good to somethings. The wifi was terrible. Router was just outside my door but had continuously wait. I actually had to turn off my wifi and use my data. It was so slow the wifi.

Meg (7/5): Hôtel au centre d’Hanoi. - L’hôtel est idéalement placé au centre d’Hanoi à côté du petit lac, entouré de restaurants et magasins. Le personnel est au petit soin (notamment les jeunes hommes), et spéciale mention à Madame Tuang Nguyen avec qui j’ai parlé en attendant mon taxi et qui était très gentille et serviable. La chambre avait une fenêtre qui donnait sur le couloir intérieur donc il fallait toujours tirer les rideaux pour avoir de l’intimité.

Lisa (9/5): Fabulous location and staff! - Such a great location, waking distance to many good cafes, restaurants, and attractions (including train street). Rooms are not huge but the hotel is very good value and breakfast is great. There is a buffet breakfast and you can also order from a menu, the breakfast staff are fantastic. It’s the staff at this hotel that really shine, so caring and helpful at reception too. No outside window for our room.
Roger (9/5): Très bon séjour. Merci aux deux hôtesses - Le personnel est vraiment dévoué, agréable et très réactif. Très bon petit -déjeuner. Accès facile pour le centre-ville. Le personnel nous a donné de bons tuyaux pour les restaurants. Quelque rénovations à prévoir.
