- Anjula (10/5): Comfortable Stay. Had a very good trip on Aomori. Location was such that we got restaurantsopen at 10pm too - Very comfortable. I had a booked a small room but on visiting I realised it was not enough for 3 people. So they immediately changed to a bigger room and charged some amount not much at all. The room was clean and so comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect.

It is not far though but at night it is quite dulll on that street. It is head to judge cos we were there during Hanami so the price was triple what it should be. Thus our expectations.

- 高橋 (6/5): 綺麗で清潔感あり。アメニティ豊富。 - ホテルは綺麗で清潔感がありました。思っていたよりアメニティも豊富。朝食も美味しかったです。 部屋の空調が、強さは調節できるけど温度調節が出来ず、夜は少し暑かった。また、13才以下の子供は寝具やアメニティ付かないとBookingcom経由で連絡あったけど、実際はハブラシやバスタオル類、パジャマ（大人と同じサイズ）が準備されてて、小さい子供用のハブラシとフェイスタオルも受付けで頂けました。わかってればもう少し荷物減らせたのに残念。事前にホテルに確認すれば良かったです。

- Patrice (4/5): Très décevant, très cher pour le produit proposé, chambre vétuste et mal entretenue pour ne pas dire sale - La déco du hall d'accueil Les chambres ne sont pas petites, elles sont minuscules. Cette affirmation faite en tenant compte des normes en la matière au Japon où je voyage très régulièrement. Sans en faire pour autant une expérience traumatisante, je suis sidéré de constater qu'une pratique commerciale très occidentale ait lieu dans ce (merveilleux) pays: le faux overbooking pour gonfler les prix (davantage encore en week-end): une chambre rikiki à 140€ sans petit-déjeuner (que je n'ai pas pris mais qui a l'air varié) qu'il est possible d'obtenir au quart du prix le lendemain, c'est une pratique presque parisienne. Ajoutons à ce détail tarifaire la propreté très très très relative de la chambre, à mettre en relation avec la vétusté galopante de ladite chambre, le constat est amer: cet hôtel est une arnaque dont la couverture folklorique hautement colorée attire le voyageur comme le miel l'ours. Staff efficace certes, d'une indifférence royale, d'accord on n'est pas là pour passer nos vacances ensemble.
- Vivalala (6/5): Not satisfied with this hotel - The staff was very helpful and accepted to change our room at our request. The entrance hall looks great with the illuminated decoration. The room was too small and was poorly laid out - we didn’t have enough space for our luggage. Our room was a bit dirty and we had to use a small electric air conditioning system because the standard one didn’t work. There are only 3 washing machines for the whole hotel and it was always crowded (only 3kg per machine and 2 hours of washing-drying program - and still not dry after). We had to pay extra for an external parking (800 yenn per day), because the hotel parking was always full in the evening - that was not mentioned on Booking.com.

- N (4/5): 非常に残念 - ホテルエントランスのねぶた飾り。ベッドの寝心地。海近くの静かな立地場所。 口コミ評価も高い朝食を期待してのホテル選択。スタッフが少ないため？か補充が追いついておらず、食べ終わる頃に補充されていたなど価格不相応であり残念な朝食であった。部屋設備はそれなりの古さが感じられ、便器からか？ユニットバス床に水漏れが生じていた。空気清浄機が備え付けであったが、加湿用のタンクの蓋や本体水受け部分はカビ？汚れのままであり不潔極まりなく使うのを止めた。これなら設置していない方が良いし、部屋掃除も大丈夫なのか疑いたくなる。せっかく期待してホテルを選んだが期待外れで本当に残念な宿泊だった。 。

- motoko (8/5): ホテルには罪は無いですが最悪でした。 - 朝食のラインナップがとても良かった。地元の名物とかもあったのがとても良かったと思います。 宿泊施設の悪い点はそんなに無かったです。ただ予約サイトのbooking.comはホント最低だと思います。代替えホテルで宿泊したのですが説明不足で予定額の約3倍の値段を払わされました。bookingはでの宿泊はお勧め絶対しません。
- Olga (9/5): Short visit for Inari Shrine and Sakura - Good location, easy to find. The room was small but enough for just sleeping after the whole day of the sightseeing. If you want shopping then there is not enough space in the room to have anything other than a suitcase. There were two of us + bags and it was extremely tight.

- 友紀子 (3/5): 料金とサービスが不適切であり不愉快 - 異臭があり部屋を変えていただきたいこと相談した その時の受付の方（女性）に「同じタイプの部屋があれば可能」とだけ言われ事実確認もせず謝罪等もなく対応が不十分かつ失礼な方だと感じた 結局、男性スタッフによると清掃で使う薬品臭であり換気が不十分であったとのこと 咳や呼吸困難感、目の痛みなどの体調不良を起こしており、もし変更が出来なかったら他のホテルに行こうと話していたが、実際は変更していただけたのでよかった 変えていただいた先の部屋には洗面所入口に使用済みの絆創膏が落ちていた お風呂や窓際は黒カビだらけでとても不衛生な環境 リファのドライヤーは何年もフィルター掃除していないであろうホコリが蓄積していた

- Anna (1/5): - Вид на море. Ужасный старый отель, очень маленький номер, который рассчитан на одного человека, а предлагается как на двоих. Шумный холодильник. Неудобное постельное белье. Ужасная уборка, номер был грязный. Ванная комната непригодна для использования, жесткий шлаг душа, который не позволяет пользоваться им свободно. Ужасный держатель для душевой лейки. Плесень на окнах, которую не убирают. Цена завышена в два раза за такое предоставление услуг. Далеко от метро и находится в очень неуютном месте, шли вечером до 7-11 по пустой улице, было страшновато, ближе к станции Аомори более оживленные и уютные районы. Могли бы организовать шаттл до Аомори или Шин-Аомори. Искренне не рекомендую.

- Adam (7/5): Basic accommodation and close to airport bus stop. - Staff were friendly and the lobby is nicely decorated with Japanese float ark work. Close to airport bus stop. The hotel is bit dated and room is small. It is 10 min walk from the train station.

- Benny (7/5): Good value stay - Nice staff, spacious enough for a Japanese hotel. Location is nice, right next to the pier and not far from convenience stores: Lawson & Family mart No gym. It’s a bit off the main Aomori station if you don’t enjoy the walk
- TING-AN (9/5): 住起來真的很舒服 - 1。地理位置：從JR走路約15～20分鐘，附近有公車站牌“新町二町目”，下車走路約5分鐘。距離海邊近，走路可達。 需要注意一下，附近道路有點糟，磁磚裂，馬路有坑洞，拖行李會有點辛苦。 2。住宿：飯店滿滿睡魔元素，大廳佈置很棒。午後有免費蘋果汁可以喝，大廳有滿滿備品可以自己索取。 3。房間：舒適度很高，採用記憶枕，床偏硬睡起來很舒服，吹風機是Panasonic, 風量大。睡衣是兩件式的，方便許多。插座也足夠。 4。早餐：第一次看到早餐有酒的，非常特別。果汁飲料類選擇多，非常建議試試飯店早餐。 離車站遠了一些，要有生活機能必須到JR附近，房價偏高，但也反應在舒適程度，所以還可接受。

- YASUO (9/5): グッド👍️ - 朝食がバラエティに富んで、美味しかった。早く出かけたかったのに、しっかり時間かかりました😅 チェックインの時に名前が合致しなくて、別のスタッフが対応して無事チェックイン出来た。

- Hiroji (7/5): 桜の時期で仕方ないか？！ - 朝食は地元のものがたくさんありおいしくいただきました ダブルの部屋で2名宿泊しましたが、少し２名では狭かった。
- Akiko (8/5): 皆で部屋で過ごせたので満足出来ました！ - 朝食が6時〜で、両親とも一緒の部屋で泊まれたのが良かった。 青森駅から10分以上は歩いたので、無料送迎バスがあると助かったかなぁと感じました。
