- Huiling (9/5): A nice and clean hotel - A very convenient location — subway station, T1 tram station, and bus stops are nearby. We took the M11 from Istanbul Airport (IST), transferred to the M2 line, and got off at Vezneciler Station. From there, we walked just about 100 meters to reach the hotel. We took the T1 tram for three stops to get to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and other attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast is good too.

- Trayana (9/5): - Great service, they took our luggage at arrival and brought it to our rooms. Everybody spoke English and the staff is very helpful. They gave us water when we needed some, provided a scale to weigh our luggage, fixed the hair dryer immediately when it broke. The cleaning lady was very polite, she cleaned and changed our towels daily. Amazing location, a few minutes from both the tram and the metro, has everything you need close by - restaurants, cafes, shops, transport. :) Breakfast didn't have many options; and because the room is on the smaller side it could use some hangers on the walls and in the bathroom, other than that I definitely recommend.

- Mariusz234 (7/5): Hotel w atrakcyjnej lokalizacji za przyzwoite pieniądze. - Hotel położony w atrakcyjnej lokalizacji, bardzo blisko metra. Główne atrakcje miasta dostępne pieszo. W pokoju był czajnik i możliwość zrobienia kawy i herbaty. Śniadania były bardzo dobre. Pokój dosyć mały, bez dużych udogodnień. W pokoju brakowało wieszaków, tak samo w łazience przydałyby się wieszaki na ręczniki. W hotelu znajduje się strefa spa z sauną. Niestety korzystanie z sauny kosztowało 1700 TRY. Nie było na to oficjalnego cennika, taka informacja padła od osoby ze strefy spa oraz od pracownika recepcji. Dla gości hotelowych korzystanie z sauny powinno być w cenie pokoju.

- Melinea (10/5): Lokacija, čistoća - U hotelu se osjeti jako prijatan i lijep miris osvježivača. Čisto, prigušenih svjetala, romantično. Nema buke. Tramvaj i metro su udaljenosti od po minut dva hoda pješke od hotela. Lokacija je savršena. Doručak je jednoličan svakog jutra. Osim pilećih viršli nema drugih mesnih proizvoda. Nema izbora čaja, samo je dostupan Turski.

- HABENICHT József (6/5): Hotel at a good location, but with several minor issues - The location is excellent! It is relatively close to the old city centre (about 2 km walk), but if somebody does not want/cannot walk, can take the tram that is just 2 minutes walk, or the metro that is the same distance. The staff offered to call a taxi to the airport for a reasonable price (50USD/42EUR); we were six people, these are the prices for the Mercedes Vito. Also, there are many shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good, we enjoyed four times and it was still not boring. The staff was very nice, checkin and checkout were fast, and they even wanted to carry our luggage :) The wifi is very slow and in the last room on the corridor, my laptop could not see it. My phone was working, but very slowly. In Istanbul, almost EVERYBODY is smoking. Unfortunately, also the staff, and they smoked just under our window. We could smell it. There are not enough power sockets in the room. Nowadays, people need for chargers or for any other devices. There were no hangers in the room! Nothing for the jackets; we had to hang them in the closet, but also, there was no hanger for the towels in the bathroom! It was the first hotel, I have seen this. The room was very tiny; there was not even a desk, so even if my laptop see the wifi, I won't be able to use it properly :( There is ZERO noise isolation; we could hear everybody whoever spoke or walked in front of the rooms. We could also hear each others through the walls of the hotelroom (our 3 rooms were next to each other).

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité du métro et du tramway, avec des boutiques épiceries et restaurants tout autour, le quartier est vraiment agréable. Petit déjeuner peu varié mais correct présence de fruits et de thé appréciable. En revanche, le café n’était vraiment pas bon. Pour ce qui est du ménage très décevant, en dehors du changement des serviettes et de la poubelle, le nettoyage n’était pas fait correctement, j’avais laissé des pépites au sol dès le début du séjour et 5 jours plus tard, elles étaient toujours au même endroit.

- Carina (8/5): The stay was reasonable considering the hotel's category, but I think they could improve more for th - The breakfast had little variety, but it was acceptable. The location was good for transport links and even walking around the main tourist area. There wasn't much noise in the hallway leading to the rooms. The room cleaning could be better, specifically in the bathroom; the shower door didn't close completely, and the carpet next to the bathroom was a little wet.

Breakfast was good but same menu every day . Was a clean hotel. Value for money if your mostly out and just coming back for good sleep. Bedrooms very small and tight no cupboard to hang clothes no luggage room no chair or stool to sit just beds only balcony view ws ok but no chairs to sit and enjoy the morning sun with a cuppa brew.

- Abdelhak (10/5): - The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and well kept, the location is very close to the M2 metro line and T1 Tram line which made movements through the city so easy. The standard room was somewhat on the smaller side, but that was something we knew even before booking, it's well kept and super clean though.

- Samira (9/5): Très bien - Propreté et situation géographique proche du métro et du tram ce qui rend les déplacements très simple. Personnel accueillant et professionnel. Le petit déjeuné, même s'il reste correct, le café et le jus ne sont pas bons. Pas beaucoup de variétés. La chambre un peu petite mais dans les normes pour le centre d'Istanbul.

La ubicación es inmejorable, excelente, cerca de la universidad de estambul, muy cerca del metro, del tranvía, de la zona comercial y del paseo de Ordu y por tanto cerca de todos los atractivos turísticos de la ciudad. La habitación un poco pequeña pero es solo para ir a dormir, pero estaba limpia y el baño también, bonito y limpio.
