The junior king suite is displayed as if it has a bit of privacy between the main bed and sofa bed as well as 2 TV’s but this was not true at all. No privacy between the two and only 1 TV.

- Boris (5/5): Očakávanie od siete Hilton = sklamanie - • Perfektná lokalita • Dobré raňajky • Rýchly check-in/check-out • Výhľad (závisí od typu izby) • WiFi • Blackout záves • Druhá posteľ nebola pripravená, aj keď bola zaplatená a uvedená v rezervácii • Druhá posteľ výrazne opotrebovaná, matrac nepoužiteľný • Upratovanie počas pobytu bolo nedostatočné, personál sa sústredí hlavne na žiadosť o 5* hodnotenie • Počas pobytu prebiehalo vŕtanie nového obrazu na stenu • Dvere na kúpeľni v zlom stave • Cez vstupné dvere fúkal vietor a prenikalo svetlo Hotel má dobrú polohu a pohodlné základy, ale negatívne skúsenosti s izbou a službami mi znechutili pobyt. Po tejto skúsenosti som prehodnotil plánované využitie siete Hilton v Londýne.

- Inspiration301429 (10/5): Our wonderful stay at Embassy Suites Times Square - We came for our daughter’s graduation and some sight seeing in Manhattan. The room was a junior suite; small but very comfortable and clean. Nice amenities including microwave and mini-fridge. But the best part of our stay had to be the excellent service and care by Badr, the front desk receptionist. He took care of our every request with kindness and a smile, and was very accommodating after a long day of travel. Everyone in the hotel was super attentive and exceeded our expectations. Hospitality at its finest.

- Beata (8/5): Kleines Hotel mit netten Personal - Hilfreiches, nettes Personal. Das Bad jeden Tag geputzt, neue Handtücher gebracht. Das Zimmer können die Reinigungskräfte nicht putzen weil da überall Koffern und Sachen liegen wegen Platzmangel. Zwischen 17:00 Uhr und 18:30 Uhr zwei gratis Getränke pro Gast und tolle Snacks...wenn man nicht gerade unterwegs ist... Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Wir haben für drei Personnen gebucht. Nach dem Aufklappen vom Sofa für die dritte Person hatten wir keinen Platz mehr zum Laufen oder um unsere Koffer irgendwo zu stellen. Die Räume für das Frühstück sind ebenfalls sehr eng und haben zu wenig Tische für alle Gäste, die frühstücken kommen. Man muss oft lange warten bis man einen freien Tisch bekommt. Man sitzt auch oft "zerquetscht" zwischen anderen. Es sind pro Zimmer jeden Tag zusätzlich 30 Dollars abgebucht. Du kannst am Abend im Mini- Restaurant etwas für das Geld bestellen. Die Preise von Gerichte fangen dort aber mit ~ 30 Dollar pro Gericht an... Eingang des Hotels gerade mit Baugerüst umgeben...

- AJandME (8/5): Clean - Comfortable - Courteous - My bride and I were traveling prior to a transatlantic cruise and wanted to spend a few days before the trip to enjoy the sights in NYC. We arrived by train and were transported to the Embassy Suites by a local car service which took about 15 minutes. Upon arrival we were greeted by scaffolding supporting current renovations making access to the lobby a challenge. We were, however, greeted by the doorman Adam, who assisted us with our luggage and directed us to the check-in desk. The hotel was undergoing renovations both externally and internally during our stay; the staff apologized for the conditions and were most helpful and courteous during our check-in. the room was somewhat small for my expectation of an Embassy Suite room, but it was clean and well appointed. We felt that the breakfast buffet was quite a bit overcrowded with the relocation of the dining facilities due to construction, but we weren't averse to table sharing with newcomers. The property is well situated for transportation and dining options. We were assisted with local recommendations for dining and directions by the doorman Adam, he was very helpful! Overall, it was a good stay, construction notwithstanding.

Adam, at checkout was very pleasant and work with us in holding our bag safely. I felt safe and comfortable at this location.

Good breakfast and the rooms are clean and well kept. Melinda, the housekeeper in charge of my room during my last stay, was courteous and kept the room spotless.

- Karen (5/5): Pleasant enough, but price does not reflect value - I liked the location of the hotel, it's slap bang in the middle of mid-town - close to restaurants and the empire state building. Within walking distance of K town so its very convenient dependent on where you want to go/visit. The value of the hotel compared to what you get is not great. Firstly the lobby area is quite small and the lobby bar is always filled with suitcases so it's not pleasant to sit down in, even though they give you $30 USD per day to spend there (I did not end up spending a single voucher on any given day). The lifts are quite slow and kept stopping at floor 15 for some reason, even though there was no one there (faulty). The rooms were smaller than I expected for the price, a robe and slippers were not provided and bottled water only on the first day. I don't understand why New York hotels charge a resort fee, when it quite clearly is not a resort and taxes on top but you get zero extras. You get the least bang for your buck in New York, quite diabolical.

The shower constantly flooded because the drain did not work properly. Broken bathroom door. The breakfast area is too small for the amount of guests, food was often not refilled, and room cleaning was terrible. But the worst part happened after check-out. Because we rushed to finish packing and make the most of our last day in the city, we forgot many belongings inside a drawer. We had hired the hotel’s airport transfer, so the staff knew we were still waiting in the lobby for the minivan and had not left the property yet. Housekeeping entered the room and instead of returning our belongings, nobody said a word. They had every opportunity to give our things back, but they chose not to. Very dishonest people. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Concierge personnel Adam is extremely helpful in holding my luggage and arranging transport to the airport for me and the two bartenders are excellent in their service. There is a destination charge of $30 per day, although $30 of credit per day is given, it will be useful if we can combine the $30 per day into a total amount to use it.

- Sanif (6/5): Room was good, but didn’t exactly get what I was expecting. - Clean room, room service arrived regularly, bag storage service was also very useful The pictures you see online of the rooms (particularly of the king bed suite - showing a wall between the bed and the sofa/pull-out bed) are from BEFORE the renovation. When we checked into our room we saw that there was no divider, then went down to the front desk and they mentioned that the room lost that divider after the renovations and that no rooms have the divider anymore.

Fica no Midtown de NYC, perto da Times Square, Fifty Avenue, etc., mas sem estar no meio da agitação. O café da manhã, para os padrões americanos, é muito bom! Ficamos no 33’ andar. A vista do apartamento para o Empire State Building é linda! Devido ao número de apartamentos, o espaço do restaurante do café da manhã poderia ser maior. Fica concorrido, principalmente nos fins de semana, quando o hotel fica mais ocupado. Os elevadores no horários mais concorridos, demoram bastante, mas nada que comprometa a hospedagem.

They take money as guarantee but give it only back in credit. This appeared useless. Could only spend it in the hotel. We were one day in NY so out of the hotel the whole time. TV stopt working, could not connect to the network. Shower curtain which is .... broken tile on the floor. Breakfast was unusable, room way too small for the number of people. After I checked out and paid they again took money from my card as a precaution (Why, I already left and paid) I have a feeling I will not see this amount back. Upon retrieving our luggage the pressure became absurd to use one of their cars to the airport. He was holding the door closed and kept pressuring my wife. I had to raise my voice to make him move. Very disappointing experience in an establishment connected to Hilton. I will not be back!
