Nancy Adriana (8/5): Regresaría al hotel sin pensarlo - Aunque el hotel ya se ve antiguo, todo estaba limpio, las áreas verdes perfectas, el hotel muy agradable, la habitación limpia y la cama bastante cómoda. Tal vez el único detalle que tuvo fue que la alberca no tenía caldera y si estaba un poco sucia el agua. Pero fuera de eso todo bien.

Elizabeth (9/5): - Muy atentos el sr Gabriel y Daniel tuvieron la amabilidad de cambiarnos de habitación, para estar más cómodos. Gracias. El que nos brinden café en el loby es un plus que se agradece. Y el 31 tuvieron un datelle muy lindo de poner bocadillos también en el loby. A pesar de que no se puede fumar en las habitaciones, en dos ocasiones se percibió el olor a cigarro. Sería bueno insistir a los huéspedes, pues infringen el reglamento. Y recomendaría que la limpieza de las habitaciones la hagan anes de las dos, si ya hay en la puerta la petición para hacerlo.

Nosotros hacíamos checkout ese día entonces no entendemos por qué nos tocaron. Si es muy ruidoso todo, cómodo pero no sabría cómo solucionar eso

Solangel (10/5): - We have stayed at this hotel several times, even though is no fully accessible because it has small steps in the entrances to the main buildings, we have enjoyed it. It has a nice restaurant onsite and the food is tasty. Staff has been courteous and friendly, with a couple of exceptions. During our last visit we had some issues with the toilet seat, it was broken, we only stayed one night, so we did not bothered to tell the reception.
