- Joanne (7/5): Great location, but broken blinds let in excessive light - The location is great and within walking distance to most site seeing sites. The apartment is pretty spacious. Both rooms had poor-quality, damaged blinds that allowed a significant amount of light to enter, making it difficult to sleep, especially as we were travelling with a young child.
The managers did ask for feedback during our stay, and we raised this issue with them. While they said they would look into it, it appears to be an ongoing problem, as I can see multiple previous reviews mention the same concern without resolution.
I’ve attached a photo showing the level of light in the room after 9pm. I would not recommend this accommodation for families travelling with young children.
- Waits (1/5): - They don't let locals stay at there property and I didn't live in Baltimore. I had moved and was coming back for a family emergency. They saw i had a Maryland license. And they declined my booking and kept a 150$ of my money . If you have a Maryland license they will deny your booking and keep 150 of your money.

- Alexis (8/5): We had an awesome weekend!!! - It was in walking distance to every thing we wanted to do !!! They need to fix the blinds and get some better cookware.
- Kalynndra (9/5): My stay was great. Communication was good, the apartment was nice and clean. The view was amazing, - The location was great! I paid an early check in fee but couldn’t get a full refund.
- LisaMarie (1/5): The absolute worst. Not only will I avoid this brand for any reason anywhere, Booking.com will also be avoided. They t - The worst maintained. Heres a tip do not rent apartments that are under construction. Inspect your property before you offer it.
The worst decor, stop visiting thrift shops and rummage sales and throwing any old thing anywhere.
The poorest accountability. A list of “please do” longer than an “Im sorry”.
- Robin (10/5): Great mini vacation. - The location was great for what we needed. Right next to Camden Yards, and a short walk to the inner harbor area. The apartment had everything we needed and was a secure building. Our 8th floor apartment had a balcony which was nice. If you are looking to go to a baseball or football game this is the place to stay. We wouldn't hesitate to book this location again. This doesn't negatively impact the stay, but the couches were futons and low to the floor, which made it a little diffult to get up from. Bureaus in the bedrooms would have been helpful. W Pratt St is a very busy street with a lot of traffic and noise, although the noise did seem to die down after 11:00.
- Anouk (8/5): Very good -
- Bisi (9/5): Very good - Clean and check in was perfect The mattress on the bigger is bed not firm enough for a comfortable sleep.
- Rick (8/5): Very good -
- Shelley (3/5): Poor -
- J (9/5): Great views, great space, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed both our space and the location. - The apartment we rented was 15 floors up with a great view of Camden Yards. Entry was easy and very safe, beds and baths were clean and comfortable. We would stay here again! The host sent too many emails before arrival, most of which didn't acknowledge answers given in previous emails. They were likely auto-sent but still confusing.
- Christina (10/5): We had a successful trip, look forward to book in future. - The check-in was easy, the apartment was clean and I loved the location.I will definitely stay here again when I’m in town.
- Tammy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Edith (10/5): It was wonderful I would book with them again - The location was wonderful and the views were awesome No explanation of how to use the garage keys.
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Barbra A. (10/5): - Close to convention center.
- Nicole (10/5): Exceptional - I like that they called me back and finished up with all of the stuff that I had concerns about The parking fob was not working
- Karla (8/5): - Very nice aparthotel for the holiday week. Very close to Baltimore attractions by harbor and safe neighborhood. Unit and furnishings are dated, but very spacious and has all of the necessary items to make clean and comfortable. Stayed with two toddlers in laws and hubby.
- Barbara (10/5): If you are going to the University of MD Medical Center and need a place to stay, this clean, comfortable apartment is o - The Concierge were so nice. They helped with restaurant suggestions and much more. Great staff!
The apartment was a very comfortable size.
- Mark (6/5): Pleasant - It's a very nice area convenient It was a strong thing odor marijuana a distraction, had my son there not ideal.
- Angela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Calvin (9/5): Superb - I liked everything about this place.....thanks
- Elaine (10/5): Excellent - The view was amazing, unbeatable! Just a few things that did not impact the 10experience, they are as follows:
1. Working tv in rooms, maybe mounted on the walls would be nice.
2. The hot water ran out on the second day and we did not use that much.. may a larger tank
3. The last day we had the fire alarm go off and was out side for hours….you cannot help that:)
- Patricia (10/5): If given the opportunity, we will be back! - grounds and lobby were very clean. Room was very clean as well! Quiet and no issues. the master bath had to be worked on while we were there and we were not able to use that shower.
- Christopher (8/5): Overall nice - Very noisy from outside
- Brenda (7/5): We appreciated the apartment's affordability and prime location. - The location was great. During my stay, I encountered some disappointments....
Room not ready at check-in time.
Insufficient towels provided (Less then one per adult per day)
Living area furniture uncomfortable.
One room lacked a TV (but i was aware of that upfront)
Blinds ineffective at blocking morning sunlight
The toilet in one of the rooms had issues with flushing.
- Aldeen (10/5): I would choose to be in heaven every time I visit Baltimore, pun intended. - Amazing space , felt like home away from, the view from that floor. Adequate amount of towels and wash rags for the duration of the stay. The check-in process and the welcome folder was well organized. The pre-check in process was simple and edifying, great communication from the host agent. Absolutely nothing,
- טלי (9/5): Superb -
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Douglas (10/5): Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay again. - Walking distance to Camden Yards. Close to many restaurants and bars. The view is incredible. Futons in the living room were very uncomfortable.
- Lola (8/5): Good - Nice modern apartment The flat had an infestation of fruit flies coming out from the kitchen drain
- Poonam (8/5): - It was a great experience.
Having the kitchen was a plus.
- Regina (8/5): Nice stay, great affordable location! - Great location and good rates. The booking staff communicated well and was very responsive. My bed was extremely comfortable, I love it. The front desk staff didn’t give me the binder so we had lot of questions about wifi, operating the TV bc the batteries were dead. It would be nice to have had a keurig.
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional -
- Zinhle (6/5): I wouldn’t say the worst but I personally wouldn’t book here again even thought the front desk lady was nice - Everything was available If you looking to relax ,the location is not the one. It’s to noisy . The tv in the bedroom was not a smart tv so it had no entertainment.
- Todd (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was right across the street from Oriole Park and a short walk to the Inner Harbor. The staff was very friendly. The window blinds in the east facing bedroom did not block out the rising Sun. It was very bright at 6 AM.
- Ricky (10/5): Nice apartment wonderful view. - It was very cozy and comfortable and in a nice area. The only thing I did not like about the property is the air conditioning that was hidden away in a closet was extremely loud.
- Hongwei (10/5): My family enjoyed the stay time. Very kind host. Thank you so much. - The location is great, very convenient. The Apt is super neat and clean. Window shades didn't work well, and few pieces were lost, so the rooms were relative bright during the night. It will be great with a curtain which can block the light completely.
- John (10/5): We will definitely stay here again. This was perfect location. Nearby restaurants. Great room. - The location was absolutely perfect. Hanging out on the terrace at night was so relaxing and allowed my wife and I and sister and her family to hang out and talk and enjoy one another's company. I absolutely have zero things I did not like. The room was large and comfortable. No noise from the street or the other guests. Easy to get into room and relax.
- Metwally (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gregor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Douglas (10/5): My stay was great wish I could stay longer - The location was perfect I will definitely try to stay there again next year for the same event CIAA basketball tournament There was nothing I didn't like it was perfect
- Toni (7/5): Good - We loved the location of the apartment. It was walking distance to the baseball stadium and football stadium. It was also very close to the Lexington market, aquarium and inner harbor. It was very quiet. During sports season, there are two bars that have parties but they were harmless and we even attended one and it was fun. The bars were called pickles pub and section 771. Pickles pub had great wings and drinks! The only things we didn’t like was that one of the tvs was not working. We called because there was no connection set up on it. We tried to contact customer service and they did try to help but nothing was resolved so we just watched the one tv. Also, toward the last day, I didn’t have hot water in the one bathroom
- Vickie (5/5): Ok - Location The garage too small compact fitting for cars tenants didn’t respect the 5 mile
- Blake (10/5): Exceptional - Security of the facility.
Price was very reasonable. There's not a tv in every room.
- Christy (9/5): Good place to stay for games or conference - Location was great. We arrived during the play off game and could hear the crowds at the stadium. If you're attending a conference or a game, this is a great location They claimed to have Netflix. They don't have someone to provide the code.
- Melissa (5/5): It could have been better if we had hot water for showers. Even after staggering showers, water was still cold. - I loved the location and cleanliness. We had to take cold showers. I reached out twice about that. They did say they would get it repaired after our stay.
- Kelly (10/5): Exceptional - The best place I've ever stayed!!
- Mary (10/5): Exceptional - Convenient location to the convention center with the space to fully relax at the end of the day. Had to leave to go home.
- Carol (4/5): Total Bait & Switch Scam - We booked the room on the 15th floor SPECIFICALLY because of the view inside of Camden Yards Oriole Park. The day before we left for Baltimore we were notified that room was no longer available and we were put on the 8th floor. We were assured the view was the same. That was a lie. The room had a lesser view of Oriole Park just from the side, see photos. The decor was substandard not like in the photos on the website. There were 4 panels from the blinds on the floor in the master bedroom. The blinds couldn’t be closed completely and several panels were taped together making it worse. Imagine having ballpark lights shining into your bedroom until 5:00 am while the park crew cleans up from the last ballgame. Daylight all night. When I laid on the bed, I almost rolled off because 3 mattress support bars were not attached to the bed frame. We reattached the panels on the horizontal blinds ourselves and crawled under the bed to fix the bed frame. The noise so close to the road along with the racket from the saloons below was ridiculously loud until almost 3:00 am most nights. Very limited amount of tableware, a rusty grill pan. All in all, this was nothing more than a total bait and switch rental. We asked for at least a days rental refund and were offered a 15% discount on our next rental with Pelican Residences through Hotels.com. Not an option because we will never rent Pelican Residences by Hotels.com again. We would NEVER recommend his place to anyone.
- Philip (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tommeka (8/5): Very good -
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Francisco (8/5): I would definitely recommend it but bring ear plugs if you want to sleep at night. - The view into the streets was really nice and I could see fireworks at the conclusion of the baseball games at night from the balcony. The location was great, it was two blocks away from the convention center. The apartment was very noisy, I could hear people screaming outside my windows. The sirens from fire trucks and ambulances were constant and loud. The dining room table and the coffee table were made out of glass and for the kids it was kind of dangerous. Even though I had the ability to change the temperature of the apartment the thermostat kept changing back to its original setting so I would be cold at night.
- Terri (9/5): I would do it again. Amazing view; great front desk staff; easy parking; perfect location! - Kitchen was minimally equipped. Window covers didn't keep out city lights.
- Christie (8/5): Very good - Close to inner harbor & convention center Parking
Noisy
- Nuvia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Latronda (10/5): Very clean and awesome views - The place was amazing. Great location to the stadium the harbor. And awesome views. Very clean and esthetically pleasing. I would recommend better furniture in the living room futons are not that comfortable. But the beds in the rooms made up for that they were very comfortable!! Communication with owner was top notch. Friendly front desk service !! I would recommend better furniture in the living room futons are not that comfortable. But the beds in the rooms made up for that they were very comfortable!!
- Mary (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect for what we needed. The washer and dryer were an added bonus that was much needed for our long trip. The sofa was a little uncomfortable but functional. The pots and pans were very beat up. But hey they had them and we could use them.
- Sandy (8/5): - Loved the location, great view, large apartment, easy check in/out. Only complaint was both couches were very uncomfortable to sit on, ok as beds.
- John (10/5): it was a great family weekend making memories! - perfect location to walk to the M&T Stadium where our Buffalo Bills beat the Ravens! We had 2 apartments with 2 couples in each. Each couple had their own bathroom. Nothing! All was great!
- Anonymous (10/5): We stayed at one of their properties in Baltimore. It was perfect! We were literally across the street from Camden Yards - Everything! View & Location & Staff I called to ask for extra towels & I couldn’t get any. Not a big deal & it definitely didn’t make our stay horrible. We had 5 people & 3 are girls and we use 2 towels each .. we made it work.
- Patrick (10/5): - This was a great place to stay. The pillows were hard and the couches not that comfortable but I would stay here again.
- Willie (10/5): - We visit the Maryland Capital Jazz Festival every year. This year we decide to forgo the hotel and stay at the Pelican apartments. Staying there was such a good choice. The apartment was clean, comfortable, convenient to access highway and many different dining options. The icing on the cake was the nice view we had of the Orioles Stadium. Upon arrival the cable was out due to the recent storms. However once I notified Pelican Reps they had the repair company out the very next morning. We will definitely stay there again next year.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - My family and I were very impressed with the Zenith in Baltimore MD. I had read some negative comments on service but people must realize it is not a hotel you are given everything you need trash bags & a trash shoot on your floor to to throw out trash a washer and dryer in your apartment and all the cooking 🍳 supplies & beds linens you need. If I can say one ☝ thing that was cable tv there tv are smart tv and they only offer internet tv so you don’t get much live tv. There is a fix for that you can get a subscription for YouTube or Sling
- James (10/5): - Fabulous views from a spacious and clean apartment.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The apartment was clean and nice with all information in place and location very perfect, will definitely stay hare again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Proximity to baseball stadium was outstanding! Having a nice bar with food in the building was convenient. Internet was fast. Front desk was both helpful and cordial.
Mouldings in apartment were not finished. Floors need to be scrubbed. Bathtub drain was slow. Seems like it's time for a k-cup coffeemaker. Bed was spongy. Xfinity cable was disconnected. Remotes to the TV were missing (but there was quick service in getting them).
Overall, it was a good experience because of the proximity to the baseball stadium. We attended two games. Parking was easy and free.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Great location however it is not clear who the contact person is after you arrive. There were three different numbers... two contact numbers on the welcome placemat in the unit and a number that was texted from before checking in. I used that as my primary contact number and reported that the TV was not working. It did not work all weekend and I did not get a call back.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great view out to Oreole Park
Really convenient to UMMC
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Communication was
Great. Parking was included and great.
For a
100
Dollar cleaning fee, we expected
It to be cleaner. Vents had a bunch of dust and there was popcorn on the floor
In corners from a previous guest.
- DW (10/5): - This was a great location and the amenities too. The location was perfect for downtown and near the harbor.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay in Baltimore - The apt's condition was as-described on the website. Simple check-in. Many amenities - big and small. Great view.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - When we first arrived, it was a little crazy to get too because of all the traffic. The key didnt work to get in right away, had a bit of trouble. The apartment was gorgeous, spacious, neat, organized. Couldve been a little bit cleaner, floors looked like they hadnt been swept in a while, merly because there was hair all over the bathroom floor.
- Joe (10/5): - Great place, perfect location to Camden Yards and Inner Harbor. Enjoyed having the kitchen option. My only advice is if you plan to use the parking garage, make sure you have clearance for the garage (6'6") because I have a car top carrier that goes on my roof rack and I had to remove it to park.
- Tamla (10/5): - The only criticism I have is that I wish there were menus or more lists given in the binder about where to eat and what to do. I really loved the view and the apartment was beautiful. I would definitely stay there again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Baltimore break - This is nice one-bedroom apartment on an upper floor. It’s not a hotel, and it’s pretty much self service. The check in was unusual but the concierge was very helpful. The one minor complaint was that the AC in unit was loud, although we did get used to it. It gave us a taste of what it’s like to live in downtown Baltimore.
- Shanae (6/5): Different - Well it was different no usual things a hotel has like front desk but was clean if u like surprises this is for you
