• David (10/5): Our goto place in Redmond! - Perfect location for our stay, and location for needed services, shopping, eating, and entertainment. The staff were outstanding, friendly and extremely helpful. The included breakfast is always the best of anywhere we stay. Nothing not to like!

• Hwee Kian (7/5): The stay overall is still good. - Provides Breakfast and the place is clean The bed mattress is too soft. The room sound proofing is not good enough as i can hear the voices of people talking from the room beside.

• Wesley (9/5): Spacious with a good staff - The staff were very good. We had a problem with the bathroom light when we got in and they fixed it right away. They took care of all of our questions and they do little things like change bills into quarters for the laundry machines and put out cookies for the guests in the late afternoon or early evening. The rooms were well appointed -- all the plugs and room lights and frig and microwave worked fine. For us, the location was great for getting to friends we were visiting and if you want to go to Redmond, it's 5 minutes away. Breakfast was good -- they tried to switch up the kinds of eggs and protein and they had the Inn's signature waffle maker (literally, the top of the waffles has a sign saying "Hampton"). The dining area was nicer than other hotels. The WiFi for us was a bit spotty. We kept having to reboot the computers to get it to work properly. Maybe it would have worked better with Microsoft and Android? It's an unsecured network anyway. The speed was fine, though.

• Matteo (5/5): - Bed is comfortable Breakfast is absolutely insufficient, in 2026 you cannot have eggs wrapped in plastic and the choice in general is getting worst every year. They say cleaning is done every other day, but it took 4 days before the first cleaning was done to my room.
• Bridgett (9/5): Would stay here again for sure. - Location was good for what we were there for but we opted to sleep in so we didn't even try the breakfast, nor the coffee. The hotel, hallways, and our room were very clean with no off-putting odors which isn't our normal experience in this price range. The room was spotless, shower was great and the bed comfortable. Lighting good and the heater also was good. The young man who checked us in could have been cheerful and welcoming, he wasn't.

• loraine (9/5): Comfortable, clean, close to many stores in the area. - Location was perfect! Close to Mercury coffee, and conveniently located within a quick walk to Kohl’s, Target, Ross. Close to the Redmond Town Center! Kevin, front desk, was so friendly, kind, and made checking in easy! Stellar service! Found that the night manager, Terry, wasn’t as accommodating. When I asked for an extra key (for my son’s room bc he forgot his key in the room), he said he needed to see his ID . When I told him I paid for the 4 rooms, for our family -instead of being nice about asking the needed verification, his response was, “well I don’t know you, so I need your son’s ID, or the CC you used to book the rooms”. He wasn’t v pleasant about it… I feel his approach could’ve been better.

• Sonia (2/5): Decent - Our door to the room was broken and cracked near the handle, as it was possibly broken into in the past. This left me with a very uneasy feeling. I received a text from the staff and I mentioned this and no one ever responded. Also the rooms are not as clean as they use to be.

• Cindy (10/5): - The room was clean and updated. The breakfast was good and loved the no charge parking. It is not a walkable neighborhood. There are sidewalks but no neighborhoods. The hotel is in a business area with Home Depot, Target, etc close by.

• Naofumi (9/5): Stay overnight in Seattle - It was nice to be able to go to a commercial facility within walking distance of a quiet suburb." Due to structural problems, the distance from the elevator to the room was too long to move smoothly.
• Randy (4/5): - Staff was very friendly. Room was mostly cleaned, but putting towels on a shelf 6-feet off the ground in an "accessible" room wasn't ideal. Room also had mold growing in spots on the shower and shower head. Shower water temperature never got above "warm". Lots of kids running around the halls yelling at 11pm. This place is not worth the Redmond price.

• Andrea (8/5): Decent stay, breakfast could use some improvement. - Terry at the front desk was friendly and professional. Room was clean, AC was okay, did not stay on. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was basic. There were no eggs at 8:30am. Made waffles and black coffee. I was hoping they would offer milk alternatives. Bananas were green.

My flight was cancelled and I was going to be a day late for my reservation, so I immediately called to cancel. Expedia tried to get me a refund, but the manager wouldn't allow it, so I was out $260. When I was on the property, the manager told me I was refunded for that night and Expedia was passing the buck. I asked for a print out of the refund, but he said he couldn't do it. They never refunded me. I'm in Redmond frequently and almost always use this hotel. I was disappointed that they couldn't refund me for a lost night that was lost beyond my control. Nice place though.

• Gill (10/5): Great, relaxed hotel with friendly staff - will stay again! - We were visiting family in the area and this location was great for us, next to a Target and a Starbucks was an added bonus. The bus to Redmond was 2 mins from the hotel which was really handy. We were expecting a basic grab and go type breakfast, so were impressed with the choice. Having on tap coffee and tea was also great. Staff were welcoming and happy for you to sit in the lounge area with your own food. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. The only downside was that there wasn't much of an area to sit outside, but it was so hot we didn't want to anyway.

• Leandro (6/5): - A place for professionals to sleep. Not quite for families, breakfast seems intentionally plain and repetitive, even for a continental breakfast. We stayed for 4 nights, and the cable TV had no signal in the entire hotel. You'll get nothing but a "SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE".

The bed never got made up except by us. The shower temp dial was hard to get to stay put. It was a mobility accessible room and the overhead nozzle didn't put out enough water if wanted that over the handheld nozzle.
