• Davindar (10/5): - GREAT place to stay, we have stayed here atleast 4-5 occasions and it’s always good, The staff super friendly with Hasina taking care of us along with her staff. Rooms are clean and with plenty of space for family of 4-5. Huge pool and they just opened a chill restaurant at the hotel w/drinks available for all. Close by pizza, stir fry, gas station and covient supermarket. It’s a relax spot to hang out for a day or 2, btw there is a jetty within walking distance to getup close for viewing fish,,,,, Well worth the money!!!!
• javier (8/5): - excellent staff services, friendly, the property is in good conditions, pool is clean, room are spacious, need some renovations, restaurants and market in walking distance, access to the beach and club requires cross the road, conditions of both are poor, dirty, dogs and horses around, not recommended to visit.
• tamsyn (10/5): - Amazing value. The pool is huge! The unit was also large. Easily accommodated 12 for dinner (we travelled with extended family and had 3 units but got together for some meals) and bedrooms were very spacious. Everything was really clean. Lots of food options close too - we enjoyed the West Grill, Diner, Chinese, coffee shop and waffle place (who made my daughter's birthday very special), and used the supermarket and vege stall too. Stay away from the indian place down the road opposite the pier. We walked to the beach across the road and down the stream and then along the beach to snorkel off the pier. The Pink Spa was also great - between the group we had braids, manicures, pedicures, massages - all great value.

• 245litian (10/5): Memorable weekend - Bluewest villas by far is one of my favorite places to stay whilst in the Coral Coast. It caters to my family needs, they have so much space in each room, and have the most fluffiest pillows and beds. My kids, nieces and nephews enjoyed the pool especially since it's upgrade. Bluewest offers space, privacy and convenience since it's right next to a supermarket , and eatery and a bowser that is open 24/7. Recently hosted my mother on laws 75th birthday, and everyone had a memorable weekend...and everyone is already looking forward to our next trip. Vinaka Bluewest....and see you very soon. • DianneW78 (8/5): Pleasant stay. - Stayed at Blue West for 7 nights. Villa was spacious but a couple of maintenance issues needed to be attended to (villa 18) sliding patio door onto balcony was extremely difficult to open, one power socket in kitchen not working, passage light and one of the wall lights flickered so couldn't use them but the place was pleasant enough. Even though the apartments are self catering with oven and microwave the supermarket next door was disappointing with very little suitable especially in the way of meals you could microwave so we mainly just bought corn flakes and bread for toast and the odd sandwich for lunch otherwise just ate out every night as the onsite restaurant was also not operating. There was just the 2 of us but has plenty of room for a small family.

Nice big pool and quite deep. Great for tall people but requires watchful eye on kids. A very nice balance of local and tourist community.

• Debra (8/5): - This was a lovely self catering place to stay with an elderly person. Accommodation was very clean and nothing was a problem if we asked for it. Would recommend to anyone wanting quiet, self catering options although the restaurants and the spa facilities were great too.

• John R (10/5): - The pool is great, large and clean. Rooms are a good size. The beds were moderately comfortable and pillows on the lumpy side. Staff are very attentive and friendly.
• Heather (10/5): Would book again, fully equipped and great people - The Villas aren't perfect. I'm sure with any place there are things you can find that make you in particular happier (kittens to play with) or unhappy (not really on the beach, no internet in apartments). But, for the price it's a full apartment with amazing people and everything you need. The only thing I'd really put that was somewhat negative is check-in wasn't smooth. I had to find the person in the back, and then was told I needed the deposit in cash immediately and she would bring me to the ATM, which was a little un-Fijian considering we were hot after a long car ride.

• Rubeena (10/5): - Have just got back from a short stay here with the family for two days. Whenever we visit Sigatoka we usually book a hotel however as there were a few of us, we decided on a villa style apartment. The villas themselves I would recommend for a short stay. They have everything you will need if wanting to cook , cooker microwave fridge and cooking pot pans and utensils. There is a tv and clean towels are provided daily. I have to mention there is no WiFi within the villas however the villas are next to a diner which does provide WiFi, this is open until 8pm. Although the villas themselves are in a quiet setting there is a supermarket and petrol station as well as a spa/beauty parlour next door to the villas. We were greeted by some really amazing staff. The property manager Hasina was extremely courteous and helpful throughout our entire stay. She was always checking up on us to make sure we had everything we needed and was able to accommodate any requests we had. She was a pleasure to meet and made us extremely comfortable throughout our stay. We would also like to thank Elenoa for her hospitality and kindness during our stay. Again nothing was too much to ask for and she always ensured we were ok and would check up on us regularly. The staff here are some of the kindest and most friendly we have met and for that reason we would consider returning here for another short stay.
• bennytfamilydayout (8/5): Always an unfforgetable Stay - Last time we stayed here was on my wife's birthday in March of 2018. This was our fourth visit and the kids are always excited everytime we go here. Blue West Villas surprises us everytime. The room was clean as usual and the staffs were freindly and always attended to what we needed during our stay. The kids loved the pool and the spacious rooms they had. Wifey is still impressed and loved the confortable sheets and pillows and trust me, they help you fall in deep sleep every single time. • pdotnndd (6/5): Clean and great staff - The best part about Blue West Villas is the staff. They are all very friendly and will get you anything you need. The rooms are exactly as pictured. Basic kitchen, comfy beds and great air conditioning. Very clean. No internet in the rooms but you can connect in the reception. The restaurants attached are all good and the supermarket had the basics to make our own breakfest, snacks and beer. The pool area needs some work. Tiles falling apart and the chairs need some cushions. Some chairs to sit on outside on the patio of the apartments would be nice too. The beach is right across the street but a little rocky. This was just a place for us to relax a couple days and be near the dive shop. For snorkelling and beaches I would recommend going to the islands. Also, our stay was in February their wet season, so lots of rain and extremely hot.

• malaui2020 (10/5): Memorable Time With Family - We really enjoyed ourselves despite minor hiccups with facilities. Villas are very spacious and clean. The manager Hasina and staff are very accomodating and made sure our complaints are attended too. We really enjoyed having our family reunion here December 29th to January 1st. Only wished there was alot of playing space. But all in all we had a good and memorable time with family. Faiakse'ea bluewest.
• Felicia_5795 (10/5): GREAT ENVIRONMENT, SPACIOUS VILLAS, FRIENDLY STAFF - Absolutely loved it !! Took my family over for the Christmas break — for 3 nights, booked 4 villas and we all enjoyed it. Would definitely book here again. Villas are spacious and self contained. Pool is big and also has a baby pool for the kids which the kids loved. And the environment is just so relaxing and accommodating. Easy access to the shops at any time and to top it off there was a live band on Christmas night which was so good. Customer service from the staff was so good — very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone planning a getaway with family. Thank you Blue West Villas for having us. See you again on our next trip.

• morganfH5161HL (10/5): Value and convenience - We travelled with a family of 5 and the villas were comfortable and clean. It isn’t a resort but was in a great spot by a supermarket and diner. The staff were great and helped us organise local activities . It’s a perfect option for families and those on a budget. The manager called a close by resort and we were able to spend the day there and pay for activities as we liked.

The facilities and property itself is well established and excellently furnished! The manager there, Hasina made our stay so amazing, we really didn’t want to leave! • Wendy (10/5): - The villa is spacious and clean. We really appreciated having a separate bedroom for our child and a kitchen to prepare some of our own meals to save some money. The gardens are beautiful, and the pool is in a lovely garden setting which is easy to access with lounges and umbrellas. The staff are very helpful. Plenty of parking. The beach on Maui Bay is close by and very picturesque with lots of tropical fish to see in the shallow water. Very convenient to have the supermarket and an Italian restaurant so close.

Totally loved my stay with my family. The 2 bedroom apartment was very nice with very clean towels and linen. Great Biausevu waterful nearby, restaurants and beaches just across the place.
• 996jasminj (8/5): Great budget friendly family appartments - Comfortable clean rooms, we liked how we had a kitchen to cook our own meals. It was also close to Craig’s diner and the Italian restaurant. Pool was huge, beautiful gardens, staff were lovely. Hotel management can organise restaurant quality meat for a bbq or for home cooked meals, they can also organise cakes if you don’t want to bake one yourself in your own oven. Everything is so close to the appartments, beach is just across the road, restaurants and supermarket/ bottle shop.

Awesome place to stay with a family. 2 bedrooms with everything you need to self cater and supermarket next door plus restaurants and petrol station in the complex Joe and Vika were both amazing and we loved our stay here 80 mins to Nadi Airport, 30 mins to Sigatoka and an hour to Pacific Harbour made it very Central while the jetty across the road was good for swimming and snorkling
• O957YHdavidn (10/5): Big Thumbs up for this resort - Dave and Deb from Manitoba, Canada We stayed for 7 nights there. The rate is very reasonable and the apartment is spacious. Kitchen had everything u needed. But what was really special about this resort were the people. They were so helpful in every way imaginable. Joe, the maintence person even took me snorkelling to his favourite location. The dogs and 1 cat made the place so homie feeling. I apologize that i forgot the woman's name that checked us in and checked everyday if we needed anything. I enjoy snorkling and about a twenty minutes walk down the beach has amazing snorkling with tons of coral and fish. I t would have been nice to be on the ocean, but for the price, u cannot beat this place. just a walk across the road to get to the ocean. I thank all of there staff for a memorable time.
• 394cliffb (8/5): Very Good Family Time Out! - Stayed over during the New Year period (Dec 30/22-02/02/23) with family who visited from Solomon Islands - so included teens and children. The children enjoyed the swimming pool. Was an excellent time together! Facilities were comfortable and we did not experience any undue situations. The New Year countdown could have been done better. Apart from the rainy weather, we enjoyed our time at Blue West Villas!
• vilir2023 (10/5): we really enjoyed our stay at Blue West Villas, it's a home away from your home with the frieandly staff - big spacious room which can cater all of your family needs. very clean and you will have the very best and helpful staff that are always there if you need anything. the swimming pool the kids really enjoyed their time while holidaying with the beautiful flours and green vegetation background. close to a supermarket and a 24hr fuel station which is a great idea along the coral coast.

• 330karstenl (6/5): Currently fine budget accommodation. - We stayed there 4 nights in July 2022. It used to be a resort but during Covid it closed down. At this point they just rent out the villas but there is no other resort facilities. The villas are spacious and have a small kitchen so you can cook for yourself. There is a supermarket just next door. The price is currently very reasonable for what you get. But the place could use some maintenance and especially the pool was very murky when we were there it should not be used, even though it was open. We also had issues with AC, fridge and kitchen appliances. The staff were really kind and tried to help out any way they could. So currently great value for your money if you just need accommodation while exploring the coast line. But if they want to reopen as a resort and therefore raise praises there should be some more maintenance done to apartments and pool.

• Kaitlyn (10/5): - Great local spot outside the typical tourist resorts. The staff were lovely - we had use of the on site pool, and a beach front pool as well. Great spot to spend 10 days. Would recommend a rental car to allow for easy exploration.
• Kim (8/5): Incredible personal service and well maintained. - My family stayed with Blue West Villas for Christmas and we were treated to the most amazing day of feasting, dancing and cultural celebration. Kids and adults all spending a wonderful time together hosted by the gorgeous staff. When a cyclone prevented us from leaving we felt very safe and well taken care of for the extra three days. My family felt safe and were even treated to some lessons on home cooking of local produce in our own villa. Staff treated us like family and we were sad to say goodbye. Thank you Blue West staff for our very special Christmas.
• James (10/5): - By far and away, the staff is superb. Kinny and Loma and Micah and truthfully I could list everyone by name and I would run out of space... Suffice to say, they are the VERY perfect example of Fijian hospitality. Furthermore: The reef is a short walk across the street to the clubhouse/beach house where there is a second pool and lounge, the pools are sparkling clean, the grounds are manicured neatly and very well kept, the rooms are stocked with everything you would need (just bring your own food, clothes and personals), air-con is cold, stove and fridge are great, hot water always available, we wanted for nothing. If I HAD to have something added...I would have wanted bigger coffee mugs and larger bowls (for soups and curries that we made). Oh, and I wish the kitchen wasn't being remodeled when we were there, because the breakfast we did have was great, so I am sure the full menu options which "will be" available by the time this is posted...will be awesome. =)
• Jess (4/5): - We booked this property because of the layout of the apartment. As a small family traveling for a few months we wanted a bit of space. We also liked the Maui Bay Area, a nice beach within a 5 minute walk, snorkeling right off the beach, a nice little grocery beside the hotel. WE WILL NOT RETURN to this hotel though as there are no regulations on how many people stay in a two bedroom unit. We saw as many as 14 people staying in the unit beneath us and 10 beside us. Showing up with 5 cases of beer each night and ridiculous levels of noise and partying all throughout the night. There was no one monitoring the property to keep things from getting out of control. People sent up stereos and yelled and partied at the pool even past 4 in the morning. We brought up the issue at the front desk and we’re told “oh so sorry, we’ll take care of that.” But the reality is that nothing was done to remedy the issue it’s just the kind of place they run. We we’re especially bothered by the drunk local men that gathered around the pool and in-front of the units in the early hours of the morning. Definitely did not make us feel safe. We were woken all throughout the night with yelling and left exhausted. Other issues that were of concern - the pool tiles were coming up and sliced up our feet, and we felt like we were reacting to mold in the AC units.

Ben and the rest of the staff looked after us very well, including arranging horse riding for my sister, providing excellent advice on where to eat, and providing fins for snorkelling. We would have liked to stay longer!

• gael (8/5): comfortable place , with big pool - we spent 2 days in this hotel, the rooms are quite clean and well equiped , the pool is really a big one.. You will have real Windows in your room , so you can sleep in the morning even better using Aircon ( not so commun in fiji). value for price ratio is good . The wifi works well . The area is not so perfect , hotel is near gas station and a supermarket and you have a road to cross to go to the beach so during the day it is a bit Noisy, small problems not really anoying.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - Was following directions to access beach through a sister property when ordered by the racist owner to use this beach as it was a private property. I was the only one asked if I stayed there , the only colored person present when none of the other guests (all white)were. I noticed the manager who was totally apologetic but the damage was done. Clonclusion . Ok place if you are white but stay away if local or colored.
• Kesh (8/5): Lovely stay with good snorkeling. - We had a great stay at the Blue West Villas. We stayed for 7 nights and were very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a grocery store right next door which was super convenient. We opted to have their continental breakfast every morning delivered to our room. The bed was very comfortable; not too hard. There was a good selection of tv channels that came in very clear. We did have our kitchen sink back up once and the power cut out once, but these were quickly fixed. One description I read says the beach is right across the road. This is not quite true. There is a wall right across the road. To get to the beach, you have to go to an opening in the wall about 1 block down. Then, you will walk about 5 houses further and you will come to a club house. You can access the beach through the club house. The club house is available for use and it has its own swimming pool. We used the pool at the club house more than the one at the villas because the villas' pool is 2 deep. Anyway, there is good snorkeling at the beach. The tide is high in the morning and noon, and goes out (low) on the evenings. When it gets low, you can't snorkel. But, during high tide, the water is crystal clear and there are many fish and coral formations to look at. Also, you can go to the pier, about a block further, and swim and snorkel off the end of that. There are stairs that go down into the water.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Remote location but spacious rooms - Rooms and villas very large and spacious. Perfect for families. Pool was great. Great views from the balcony. Cleanliness a little questionable with the odd cockroach. The hot water was inconsistent and annoying. Fairly remote but amazing location so better if you have a rental car, we used public transport which stops out the front (just travel time to get anywhere is longer). Has a supermarket and service station out the front which was handy. Would stay again as it was good value and stunning location with out the hustle of the cities.

I would also like some bowls to eat out of as the current ones are far too small and some more cooking implements eg small and middle size bowls, a whisk and a cake tin It would be good to understand what duties the cleaning ladies are supposed to do each day and when they will come. So we paid double the price for a hotel which was really only worth half. We wrote to you while we were staying there but had no reply and I have had no joy with the telephone either. As I said we won't be using you again.
• Kristy (10/5): Amazing spacious villa! - We loved our stay at Blue West Villas. Pool is beautiful, beach just across road. On site restaurant and supermarket gives you lots of options. Staff absolutely amazing - especially with our baby. We didn’t want to leave. We would love to make this our annual place to come and stay.

• Becki (8/5): Good for a family - We stayed for a couple of days and it was great. The pool is big and deep, and the grounds well looked after. The accommodation is simple with a great kitchen and comfy beds. The supermarket next door was very handy. The beach isn't suitable for swimming but lovely shallow pools full of life and great to walk along
