• Daria (10/5): Wszystko super - Świetna lokalizacja, pieszo do centrum blisko a jeśli się komuś nie chce to pod budynkiem jest przystanek autobusowy. Są w pobliżu restauracje, sklepy. Na przeciwko budynku jest ogromny szpital i na początku myśleliśmy że będą przez to hałasy karetek ale nie było nic słychać. Cicho i spokojnie. Możliwość samodzielnego zameldowania. Wszystko mi się podobało jednak dla osób które chcą oglądać podczas wyjazdu tv - jest on trochę mały. No i suszarka do włosów która jest ok ale mogłaby być nieco mocniejsza.

• Sebastian (7/5): Für einen Städtetrip, wo man sehr viel unterwegs ist, ist die Unterkunft super. - Sehr nahe am Stadtzentrum gelegen. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Direkte Bushaltestelle an der Strasse vor der Unterkunft. Super schnelle Rückmeldung per Whatsapp. Easy Check-In / Check-Out Leider ist die Lautstärke störend. Die Zimmertüre ist nicht besonders Schalldicht und man hört sehr viel (da unser Zimmer auch direkt an der Kaffeemaschine und Arbeitsplatz der Mitarbeiter der Unterkunft war). Die Strasse ist leider auch sehr laut und bei geöffneten Fenster nicht unbedingt entspannend (Nachts ist der Vekehr aber OK). Beachten sollten man, dass direkt gegenüber ein Klinkum ist (wo vermehrt Krankenwagen fahren).

Il personale è stato corretto e cordiale.La camera silenziosa e pulita. L'angolo per la colazione offre poco e a pagamento. L'opzione del parcheggio è gradita ma bisogna pagarla. Per raggiungere il centro bisogna armarsi di scarpe buone o salire su un mezzo di trasporto urbano.

There is a bus stop nearby that takes you to the train station. There was construction work nearby, but the sound isolation is good to the outside. Not so good on the inside, but the other guests were quiet. There are shutters on the windows to darken the room The staff went out of their way to assist us. There are no mosquito nets, so you have to be careful when leaving the windows open.

• Rubeo (5/5): - Struttura pulita ed ordinata e posizione buona. Siamo state in questo B&B con aspettative positive, ma purtroppo ci sono stati diversi aspetti che hanno un po' rovinato l'esperienza. In generale, la struttura era pulita e ordinata, anche se il letto era un po' scomodo, e l’ascensore stretto e lungo, ma questo può passare in secondo piano. Il vero problema è stato il servizio. Nonostante il prezzo di 50 € a testa per notte (eravamo 8 persone), al nostro arrivo non c'era nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua a disposizione. Inoltre, se non si avevano spiccioli da un euro, non si poteva nemmeno prendere un caffè. E a completare il tutto, non c'erano nemmeno capsule di caffè gratuite a persona, il che fa perdere un po' di valore all'idea di "Bed & Breakfast", visto che il "breakfast" praticamente non c'era. C’erano a disposizione dei filtri per tisane, ma il bollitore era praticamente inutilizzabile per il calcare accumulato, rendendo difficile anche preparare una semplice bevanda calda. Peccato, perché la posizione e la pulizia erano buone, ma questi dettagli hanno davvero influito sulla nostra esperienza.

• Giulia (8/5): Piacevole, comodo, pulito - Struttura arredata in modo semplice ma con gusto. Perfetto il self check in per chi come non non aveva orari stabiliti. Pulita, ordinata, vicinissima all’ospedale e comoda per il centro Il materasso sarebbe da cambiare. Essendo un b&b offrirei il caffè.

Sbaglio mio, devo andare in hotel. serratura non funzionante il primo giorno, riparata ma se avessi dovuto uscire dovevo lasciare aperto. Acqua calda inesistente il primo giorno, riparata il giorno seguente, ma ho dovuto andare dal parrucchiere per lavare i capelli.

• Gabrielė (6/5): It was okay, the distance to the city centre is the main advantage. - The apartment was really close to the city centre and relatively clean. The staff that greeted us was also very friendly. The room we were provided was not like in any of the pictures and was not as nice. The duvet was only a thin sheet, therefore we had to sleep with an additional blanket on top. The bathroom had a funny smell and the shower head wouldn’t stay fixed in position. The fact that the reception is right next to the entrances of several rooms, including ours, made it a bit awkward and we could hear everything from neighbouring rooms and the reception.

• Lucrezia (7/5): Nel complesso buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, in più i gestori sono stati molto corretti a informare sulla tassa di so - Ho apprezzato la pulizia, il bagno ben ristrutturato, l’angolo cucina (sebbene abbia usufruito solo del frigorifero, ma comunque molto comodo). Ho chiacchierato con la signora delle pulizie, una persona dolce e gentile, mi ha fatto piacere considerando che ero sola in struttura e preoccupata per mia sorella ricoverata. Materasso e cuscini non comodissimi, troppo morbidi ma per i miei gusti. Nonostante sia un b&b non c’è colazione, a parte cialde the/caffé. Il che va anche bene, ne ero a conoscenza quando ho prenotato, ma allora non dovrebbe chiamarsi bed and breakfast. Menomale c’è un bar a due passi dalla struttura, proprio dietro l’angolo, dove ho fatto colazione tutti i giorni. La struttura non è vicinissima alla Clinica Villa Torri, dove dovevo recarmi perché accompagnavo mia sorella, ma tutto sommato raggiungibile facilmente.

Abbiamo soggiornato per cure mediche diverse volte e abbiamo sempre trovato delle camere con materassi ottimi e con serramenti nuovi da cui non si sentivano rumori esterni. Purtroppo nell' ultimo soggiorno abbiamo trovato una camera con materasso scomodo e Ia finestra tipo vecchio da cui si sentivano tutti i rumori della strada.

• Luigino (6/5): Ottima struttura, da migliorare con piccoli accorgimenti - Pulizia e professionalità dello staff. Camera calda accogliente anche se mancante di alcuni piccoli comfort. Materasso scomodo e bassissimo.Mancano tanti piccoli dettagli, da appendi cappotti all'ingresso della stanza, appendi asciugamani in bagno, le maniglie del box doccia erano mancanti di alcune parti. Peccato questi piccoli dettagli, la volta precedente ero stato da loro in un altro appartamento ed era tutto impeccabile.

• Rulamann (7/5): Convenient location at reasonable price but with limited service - The location is good. It's possible to walk downtown (20-30 minutes). There are multiple bus stations nearby, although it was not easy to orient myself on how to make use of them at first, even when consulting navigator apps. The room was large with a small kitchenette. It was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable.Small grocery stores are nearby. There is a bar/bakery/coffee shop at the bus stop very close, which served me very well and economically for breakfast. I stayed 8 nights and would have liked a change of towels after four nights. This turned out to be unexpectedly difficult, as I guess the management is not set up for this. The dishes and pots provided in the kitchenette were OK, but on the sparse side. Generally, the one (paid) coffee machine in the accessible (but usually unattended) registration area did not work well for me (which was not a real problem, because of close external alternatives).

• Daniela (8/5): Pulito e comodo per il Sant'Orsola ma non solo - Struttura veramente pulita e ambienti caldi. Personale disponibile e gentile. Ottimo servizio di deposito bagagli. C è un frigorifero nella zona comune, un bollitore e una macchina per il caffè con cialde a pagamento. Vicinissima al Sant'Orsola per chi ha questa necessità ma in realtà con una passeggiata si raggiunge facilmente il centro. Negozi e ristoranti nei paraggi. Fermata dell'autobus proprio all'uscita del palazzo. Mi sarebbe piaciuto avere delle piccole comodità in più, come una scrivania o uno spazio in bagno da poter poggiare i propri effetti personali in modo più comodo. Credo alla mia stanza mancasse qualcosa da renderla un po' più carina e accogliente
