- T Goutam (8/5): SCAM SPA CENTRE - Hi guys, been here for 1 week and the staff Mr ulladullah khan, ramesh and Sharath are very helpful and one honest suggestion there is a big scam centre in this hotel in 1st floor with name orchid spa, don't even dare to enter this spa orchid, they will literally stael your money and the blonde lady who sits in reception in spa is a big scammer, plz plz avoid orchid spa, they will suck ur blood I really didn't like the spa in hotel, they loot hard earned money and brought this to hotel management notice they say it doesn't belong to them, if it doesn't belong 2 u then y it is there in 1st floor? I request any one checking in to this hotel plz be cautious with this scam centre called spa in 1st floor, don't go there the moment u step in ur money gone, they looted my money and have seen them dng the same with many royal continental guests, plz remove this spa or else no one will come

I would totally recommend it. - The location was perfect next to Diera city centre,metro, the room was comfortable, the staff was really helpful, kind and helpful. Daily cleaning 👌🏽 The breakfast wasn’t a wow! The omelette was terrible, the egg wasn’t cooked properly the fried fries was over cooked.that was the only thing we didn’t like.

Ben normal oda istedim bana engelli bireyler için ayrılmış oda verdiler oda da olan her bir eşya küçük, engelliler için düzenlenmişti. Banyoda lavabonun boyu benim dizime kadardı, artı olarak oda da acil çağrı butonları vardı ve küçük çocuğum bilmeden onlara dokunuyordu sürekli odaya telefon ediyorlardı resepsiyondan 🤦🏼♀️ Hiç sevmedim bu durumu + malum durumlarla alakalı Dubaide mahsur kaldık ve mecburen indirim istedik asla yardımcı olmadılar ve otelde 2-3 saat kalmak için bizden 1 günün parasını aldılar. - Agi Kzma (9/5): - The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was not that varied but I always found something that I liked. Cleanliness was good, the complimentary bottled water was nice. We stayed there when the bombings happened and the airspace got closed, so we were indefinitely stuck in Dubai. They let us extend our stay daily, as we weren't sure when can we fly out. Then started also giving complimentary breakfast with our booking when we had to extend, which was a nice touch. the location is amazing, there is a mall with a Carrefour 3 minutes from the hotel, which was super useful when we got stuck in Dubai. We could not use the pool as it was closed for safety reasons.
