• Paola (7/5): Molto bene - Ci è piaciuta la posizione, la pulizia, l’arredamento, cucina attrezzata, il patio e la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Gonzalo Non c’è la finestra nè in bagno nè in camera e non ci è piaciuto il fatto che ci sia un vespasiano (eravamo due donne non ci è servito) e il fatto che la doccia sia separata dal bagno non ha molto senso.

De buitenruimte was heel mooi, maar helaas niet zonnig. (Wij waren er in februari. Als het erg warm is, is het misschien wel prettig) Jammer dat er weinig daglicht in het appartement is.

L' host, Ricardo, è stato molto gentile, ci ha accolte con diverse cose per la colazione e altro. Inoltre ci ha concesso di rimanere qualche ora in più nell'appartamento. Tutto perfetto!

• Seromi (10/5): Perfect location and lovely host. Felt like home. - Breakfast wasn't included but they kindly left a good amount of bread and juices on the fridge for us to enjoy. The location was great, very close to the main Old Town. I think the sofa-bed was way more comfortable than the actual bed in the bedroom. Maybe that's something that could be looked into. Sometimes when the bed frame is not that strong or the mattress a bit old, that could be the reason.

Highly recommend! - The welcome gift of snack items, brekkie condiments and a lovely bottle of wine was delightful. Gonzalos was very helpful and made us feel welcomed. The information maps and suggestions for sights appreciated and informative.

• Lisa (10/5): A comfortable place in an excellent location. - Lovely welcoming apartment in an excellent location. Ricardo leaves a small tray of condiments plus a bottle of wine in the fridge. Ricardo’s friend, Gonzalo met us at the apartment and gave us a run down of the facilities. We had no Spanish and he had no English but we communicated well using google translate and all was good. An excellent place to stay in Seville. Nothing of concern.

Curatenie perfecta, liniste perfecta, dotat cu absolut tot necesarul. Ricardo este o gazda ideala, am primit toate indicatiile referitoare la regulile casei, informatii si recomandari turistice si am fost intampinati cu o sticla de vin pusa la rece si necesarul pentru un mic dejun copios. In imediata apropiere, multe restaurante, supermarket si empanadas. Cabina de dus cu acces direct din dormitor, aburul intrand in camera

• Michael (10/5): - Fantastic apartment. Spacious. Clean. Short walk to the main areas. They provided a nice breakfast spread on our first day. No issues.
• Glynis (9/5): Superb - Ricardo was very helpful and quick to respond with queries. Wine and breakfast supplies very much appreciated. The shower is just adequate, however, understandable as the apartment is in the Old Town.
• Naci (10/5): A perfect place to stay - The house is located in a lively area with lots of shops and restaurants. Close to the monumental sites of the city. It is well furnished with all the materials that you need on holiday. The kitchen utensils are quite enough to cook comfortably. The beds are comfy as well. The shower works perfectly. The small balcony area is enough for 4 or 5 people to sit together and enjoy. All the machines in the house work greatly. The AC runs smoothly. Most importantly, I got kidney stone issue and got hospitalized and Ricardo and Gonzalo helped me all through the day, providing support and morale to me until I felt better. Gonzalo is a great person (doesn’t matter he doesn’t know English), he helped me so much. You should definitely stay here. None

• Robyn (10/5): A warm welcome and very comfortable stay in a great location - Everything in the apartment was spot on. Every little thing at been thought of and accommodated. The welcome pack of muffins, croissants, pate, butter and condiments, water and wine were outstanding. We were given a warm welcome by a family member and were given tips of locations and places of interest. This is the best home away from home we have had in Eupore. not a thing.
• Marius (8/5): Decent for short stays - Clean, quiet, cool in the heat. Well equipped, extra treats in the fridge :). It's decent for a short stay. Host very responsive, welcoming. Shower en-suite with room, no windows to evacuate steam- you need to open room door to living. Only living has inside terrace- no view outside. No mosquito net on the living door to terrace. Access from pedestrian road that smells of urine: it seems lots of people in Seville like to urinate on the streets at night. No fault to the owner/property but just for info.
• Keith (10/5): Excellent apartment in the old town - perfect for couple spending a few day in Seville. - Excellent, quirky little apartment in a quiet pedestrian alleyway towards the north end of the old town. Less than 5 minute away from a lively area wit restaurants, bars and a small supermarket and a 25 minute walk from the main attractions in the city. Comprehensively equipped with all you could want - two ring hob, oven, washing machine, plenty of basics like tea and coffee etc and the hosts even left stuff for breakfast as well as a bottle of wine. Helpful, communicative hosts who met us with keys etc and allowed us to store our bags until apartment was ready. The apartment is naturally cool but the air conditioning is very effective if it gets a bit too warm. There's a small covered patio area - perfect for sitting out in the evening with a glass or two of wine. We really enjoyed this place. Nothing
• Dave (10/5): Fantastic city break. - Perfect getaway accommodation that had everything we needed. It was only a few minutes walk from a convenience store, local bars and restaurants and only 20/25 mins walk from the tourist sights of the city. A very quiet little street tucked away, we didn’t hear any noise while we were there. We were met at the property when we arrived.

• Simon (10/5): Excellent. - Great location, near restaurants and sights. The interior is charmingly decorated, clean, spacious, has all of the appliances and amenities that you’d want. The host prepared a package of useful local information and maps. The complimentary snacks and drinks were also a nice touch. They even provided a baby bath for our baby, something I haven’t seen in any other apartment or hotel. The hosts were responsive and helpful, for example they hailed a taxi for us when it was time to leave. The hot water for the shower is temperamental. At one point it stopped working entirely. But the host fixed it for us right away, to be fair.

Felt very safe and on a quiet street so no noise at night. The apartment was well equipped and some nice touches - some breakfast things, muffins and some wine were left which was great. We dealt with Gonzalo throughout and whilst we didn’t speak each other’s language, we were able to get by, and he was very helpful in printing some tickets for us! Both check in and check out was easy and we were also able to leave our bags until we went to the airport which was really helpful. Good vale for money - would highly recommend. Thanks Gonzalo!

The apartment was very clean ,felt very homely and was well equipped. There was a big tray of snacks, drinks and breakfast items left for us which was very unexpected. It's easy to walk to all the various attractions and there were lots of places to eat very close by as well. There was a lot of information regarding tourist attractrions and recommendations left in the appartment as well, which was very handy. Lovely to be able to sit outside in the very private patio area. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this for a couple.
• Rick (10/5): We had a great stay at this furnished apartment.. - We stayed here for a little over two weeks as we saw all the sights Seville has to offer. The location is great nestled among small churches and a occasional church procession great to watch incredible. Ricardo was always available if any problems or questions arise it was a great stay in a great historic city “Seville”.
• Joshua (10/5): Comfortable and Spacious Surprise - The proprietor was very courteous, and though he spoke no English (and I little Spanish) he did a thorough job of showing me around the apartment, as well as pointing out local attractions on a map. I was really surprised at just how spacious and comfortable Apartment Alameda was. It was within walking distance of lots of sights, and I felt very safe there. If I am in Seville again, I hope the place is available.
