The room service and cleaning was really bad, nit everything is changed, floor was never cleaned for 3 days. The AC in the room had only hot option and was 26 which was very uncomfortable and very hot inside.

Les chambres sont très grandes. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est mal desservi pour des transports en commun. Donc obligé de prendre tout le temps des taxis. C'est le seul bémol.

Metehan (9/5): Very enjoyable stay with kind and helpful staff, and although there was a minor issue with the room, it was resolved wit - Everything was great, we stay at this place frequently and always leave with good impressions and staff are accommodating in requests and respectful towards guests. My special thanks to ilayda Hanim in Guest Relations, Silvan Bey in reception and Mehmet Ali Bey for their help. There was problem with the rooms although, they had little bit of miscommunication and it took a little longer than expected to solve. They provided very nice meal and room upgrade as a goodwill gesture.

Besim (10/5): Excellent hotel with us as satisfied customers - Mijn vrouw en ik hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf. Het hotel ziet er zowel vanbuiten als vanbinnen fantastisch uit. Tijdens ons verblijf voelde het hotel als een nieuw thuis voor ons. De kamers werden dagelijks schoongemaakt en de receptie stond altijd klaar om ons te helpen en sprak Engels. Het uitzicht vanuit onze kamer was prachtig; we konden 's nachts uitkijken over de snelweg en de stad Istanbul. Het ontbijt bood veel keuze en het eten was heerlijk. Het zwembad had een aangename temperatuur en de jacuzzi was goed verwarmd. Er waren veel extra's, zoals een kapper en de mogelijkheid om je kleding te laten wassen. Omdat we een huurauto hadden, konden we ons gemakkelijk verplaatsen, maar anders waren er altijd taxi's beschikbaar. We hebben tijdens ons verblijf altijd een parkeerplaats kunnen vinden en het was gemakkelijk om ons te verplaatsen, omdat het hotel vlakbij de snelweg ligt. De medewerker van de gastenservice, Isci, heeft ons uitstekend geholpen om ons verblijf in Elite Grand World Basin Ekspres zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken en ervoor te zorgen dat we tevreden waren. We zouden deze plek aan iedereen die deze recensie leest, en ook aan iedereen die ons om aanbevelingen in Istanbul vraagt, van harte aanbevelen. We zullen deze optie zeker in gedachten houden voor een volgend bezoek aan Istanbul.

891besimt (10/5): Satisfied with our stay at Elite Grand World Basin Ekspres - Dear Elite Grand World Basin Ekspres, Me and my wife have enjoyed our stay very well. The hotel looks amazing from the outside as well from the inside. During our stay the hotel changed to feel like a new home to us. The rooms were cleaned daily and in case of any questions the reception was always ready to help us and communicate in English. The view from our room to the outside was beautifull we could look over the highway and over the city of Istanbul over the night. The breakfast has a lot of options and the food was tasty. The swimming pool has a good temperature and the jaccuzi was well heated. They had alot of extras like a hairdresser and options to wash the clothes. As we had a rental car we were able to travel easy from location to location but in any other case there would be taxis available at all the time. At this location we have always found a parking during our stay and it was easy to move around as it was connected close to the highway. The guest relations employee named Isci helped us very well to make ur stay more valuable and keep us satisfied with our stay at Elite Grand World Basin Ekspres. We would recommend this place to anyone reading this review as well as anyone asking us any recommendations in Istanboel. Akşam yemeği ve ikramları da ayrıca çok nazikti. Konaklamamız boyunca her konuda destek oldular. Genel olarak memnun kaldım. At first, we had an issue with our room, but the staff responded quickly and were very helpful and solution-oriented. Thank you for their support. The dinner and treats were also a very kind gesture. They assisted us with everything throughout our stay. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience.

The staff was friendly, the spa and fitness center were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I'd like to highlight the reservations manager, Ilayda, who made my stay at the hotel very comfortable.

La responsabile Ilayda u. è.stata bravissima nell'ascolto e nell'accoglienza. Ho trovato tutto perfetto e ogni volta che torno per business non posso farne a meno. Forse la non perfetta chiusura della finestra in camera che faceva passare un po di rumore del traffico, ma siamo in Istanbul ed é la normalità.

alice (5/5): People with colour it’s not a place for you. Am sorry - My highest appreciation goes to the housekeeping team. Thank you for keeping my room clean every day. Your hard work truly makes a difference I traveled to celebrate both my birthday and my son’s birthday. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the beginning. At check-in, the receptionist questioned my son as an extra adult, even though my reservation was for one adult and one child. My son is 15 years old but may look older. Thankfully, a supervisor stepped in and resolved the situation professionally, which I truly appreciated. During our stay, despite traveling for a birthday celebration, we did not receive any birthday wishes, a card, or any small gesture to acknowledge the occasion. At the restaurant, service was poorly timed. Our main dishes were served only two minutes after we received our starters, which meant that by the time we finished the starter, the main course was already cold. This happened throughout our meals. The most disappointing experience was during check-out. Since we were leaving very early, we initially requested breakfast boxes. We were informed that breakfast starts at 05:00, which worked for us, especially as breakfast was included in our package. However, when we arrived at breakfast, the staff member almost denied us service and had to call reception to confirm that we were allowed to eat. This situation made me very uncomfortable and caused me to lose my appetite. I only stayed so that my son could have his breakfast. Overall, I left feeling very dissatisfied with the experience.

Federica (6/5): Needs improvement - Good variety of breakfast, nice and fully equipped gym, nice sauna and spa. The moquette on the floor of the rooms is really terribile, its full of stains everywhere and completely not hygienic - especially for a 5 star hotel.. From the bathroom came a very bad smell of sewers. I called the reception to solve it, they sent someone to spray a perfume but this didnt solve the problem. Probably the drains were very old and needed replacement. Lastly, the hairdryer is "fixed" underneath the bathroom drawer. How do they think you can dry your hair? Bending down??? And it was connected to the electricity in a very dangerous manner. Not acceptable for a 5 star hotel, again.

Boban12z (6/5): Mixed feelings - We stayed at the hotel for 5 days, and during our stay, they had some very loud maintenance work ongoing on the floor above us. The food in the hotel is pricey and of very low quality. For example, I ordered a hamburger, and the meat was of very low quality, burned on one side. With 14 pieces of French fries, I counted them.
